2023.06.03 02:36 CarnaSnow Language Laws in Quebec & the “Language Police”
When have they
not created controversy?
The language debate has been going on for centuries, and yet, it still manages to garner a lot of attention even today. Whether the attention is positive (rarely) or negative (mostly), it’s there, and I think we need to slow down a little and look at everything we’ve got before giving an opinion.
Many of the complaints are about the fact that anglophones are being refused certain rights or are outright being discriminated against when it comes to receiving provincial services in Quebec. I can’t speak about
individuals (because we all know there are some assholes out there, no matter who we’re speaking about), but I can explain the law. And that’s what this post is going to be about.
This series of posts will contain:
- An explanation of the language law (Bill 101 and its recent update, Bill 96), as well as what it means for anglophones, allophones and francophones. (this post)
- An explanation of the OQLF (Office Quebecois de la langue française) as well as what it can do and cannot do. (this post)
- A review of the different language laws of the past (ever wondered what Law 17 was about? Or about what happened in Manitoba during its creation, and after? And what about those laws that Prince Edward Island passed, but of which we don’t have any physical evidence?) - A little look at Quebec’s position in the past (not a history lesson of course, but I think it can help people understand the province’s position today) - A link to the different resources I used, if you’d like to read them yourself (a warning however: many will be in French. You can always use Google translate, but please be aware that it may not convey the original meaning) Moreover, a disclaimer: I am NOT a lawyer or a political analyst, or anything; I’m merely a random person who decided to do some research. I do think my research is accurate, although it is most likely not complete and superficial. I wish I could dig deeper and give you all an amazing analysis, but that’s simply impossible with my current skills. However, I do hope you learn more from this, just like I did, and that it pushes you to investigate further! Don’t hesitate to comment and ask questions, though I can’t guarantee I’ll be able to answer them all.
I’d like to add that this text is greatly influenced by Wikipédia, so I won’t claim to be the only author of it. However, any translations are my own. In relations to that, please forgive any mistakes that may appear in this text; English isn’t my first language, and though I do claim to be bilingual and to have a general great understanding of the language, I do sometimes forget certain terms, unfortunately.
With that said, let’s jump in!
The controversial Bill 101 and the even-more controversial Bill 96
The first ‘ancestor’ of Bill 101 is Bill 63 which was passed at the of the 1960s in an attempt to solve a conflict opposing French Canadians and Italian immigrants in St-Leonard, or at least, that’s where it started; the conflict then became a provincial-wide issue, and the government was pressured to react to it. While it was supposed to promote the use French, it mostly let allophones have access to English schools, which, considering the time…they took advantage of. Can’t blame them, but it did kind of ruin the purpose of the law.
In the 1970s, the Union nationale (who had passed the law) lost to the Liberals of Robert Bourassa, who then decided to attempt to create a new law in 1974: Bill 22 (again, ‘ancestor’ of Bill 101). They somehow managed to make everyone angry. People who supported the use of only French were mad that English could still be used at work without any limits, and people who supported the right to choose were mad that children needed to pass an English knowledge test before being able to be admitted in an English school. It did, however, make French the official language in the province. But the Liberals were hit hard and lost the elections in 1976.
The winners of the election of 1976 were the Parti Quebecois, the creators of Bill 101. The law is passed in 1977, and while a majority of francophones are happy (an approval rate of 80,6%), anglophones are not. That’s because, by making French the reference language in Quebec, English loses its status of sometimes-dominating language in some neighborhoods, and messes with the linguistic balance (mostly in Montreal). Thus, we have the exodus of anglophones; around 83 000 anglophones choose to leave the province during the mandate of the Parti Quebecois. Many left due to fear and frustration, although it’s worth noting that that’s the sort of speech many anglophone newspapers used at the time.
But was the law really
that bad? Did it justify so many people being scared and leaving? Well, we have to look a bit more at Bill 101 to understand. Let’s look at it title by title:
Title 1: Has 9 chapters that say that French is the official language of legislation, justice, administration, parapublic organisms, work, trade & affairs and finally, teaching.
Title 2: Defines 5 fundamentals rights that all Quebecers have, namely.
- Everyone has a right to receive communication in French from all governmental branches, professional orders, employees associations and enterprises established in Québec.
- Everyone has a right to speak in French during deliberative assemblies.
- Everyone has a right to work in French.
- Everyone has a right to be served in French and to be informed in French.
- Everyone admissible to studying in Quebec has a right to receive their education in French.
Title 3: About the linguistic officialization, toponomy and francization of civil administration and enterprises
Title 4: It establishes the Conseil supérieur de la langue française.
Title 5 & 6: Defines the provisions and penal sanctions, as well as various transitional provisions.
Now that we’ve established the different titles, let’s take a look at the different provisions:
Langue de la législation et de la justice (Language of legislation and justice) :
Bills and regulations within the National Assembly, the tribunals and the Quebecois judicial system need to be printed, adopted, and sanctioned in BOTH FRENCH AND ENGLISH. Both versions have the same judicial value. State regulations need to be in both languages, but those from municipalities and school service centers don’t necessarily have to be.
Moreover, in a judicial context, it is a person’s right to express themselves in either French or English, orally or on paper.
Langue de l’administration (Language of the administration): The government, the ministries and other organisms of public administration need to be designated by the French denomination, and their publications, communications, contracts and display also need to be in French. Moreover, administration employees need to have an appropriate knowledge of French.
Langue des organismes parapublics (Language of parapublic organisms) : Enterprises of public utility, professional orders and their members need to offer their services and the texts destined to the public in French. They must also freely provide a translation of texts that concern them. Communications with the State, moral people and their members is also in French unless there’s an exception. If you want to be a member of a professional order, you must have an appropriate understanding of French.
Langue du travail (Language of work) : French is the usual and normal language of work. Employers and unions need to communicate with the employees in French and write their collective conventions in French. Promotions and work offers must also be written in French. An employee cannot be penalized because they don’t have sufficient understanding of a language other than French or require the knowledge of a language other than French to get a job (unless, of course, knowledge of this language is necessary for the job).
Langue du commerce et des affaires (Language of trade and affairs) : French is mandatory for; containers of a product, wrappings, documents, inscriptions, catalogues, brochures, leaflets, commercial directories, softwares, games, toys, adhesion contracts, contracts and documents attached to them, job application forms, purchase orders, bills, receipts, public displays, commercial publicity and names of businesses (for the last 3, there are some exceptions; for example, certain businesses that have already registered their name with the Canadian government don’t have to add French to their name. Some still choose to).
Langue de l’enseignement maternel, primaire et secondaire (Language of maternal, primary and secondary education) : French is the language of all three of those. However, children who have at least one Canadian parent who received most of their schooling (primary or secondary) in English in Canada can have access to English schools (Canada clause). For higher education, cegeps and universities need to have a usage and quality policy on the French language.
Various provisions: French and another language can be used side by side if a certain law doesn’t require the exclusive use of French. This affects the redaction of texts or documents, where French can be used with either one or multiple languages. However, French needs to be at least as EQUALLY visible as the other language(s).
Linguistic officialization: Ministries and organisms related to the public administration can create committees to evaluate shortcomings when it comes to the use of certain terms. They can suggest the use of more appropriate terms or expressions, who then need to be suggested or normalized by the OQLF. Once that last part is done, those terms/expressions then become mandatory in the public administration.
(Skipping toponymy because this is getting long, but there’s basically a Commission that takes care of all the names of places and the Charter defines their competencies)
(Same for the francization of the administration and enterprises)
Conseil supérieur de la langue française (Superior Council of the French Language) : The Charter defines their role and their composition. Their role is to advise the minister responsible for the French Language (it’s currently Jean-Francois Roberge, the previous minister of Education).
For sanctions, to quickly go over it: 600$ to 6000$ for physical people and between 1500$ and 20 000$ for moral people (double if they do it again).
And we’re done with the most technical part of this post! We still haven’t gone over Bill 96, but believe me, it’ll be way shorter than that. But we’re still not done with Bill 101, so let’s keep going.
Anglophone and Indigenous minorities have, of course, certain rights that are recognized by the Constitution. Therefore, those rights must be respected and that’s what the Charter does.
For example: - When laws are published in both French and English, both versions are equally valid.
- People can speak to the tribunal in English.
- Judgements can be made available in either French or English, if someone asks for a translation (depends on if the judgment was first released in French or English)
- The law doesn’t apply to Indigenous reserves, but to the local Indigenous language outside of it. That means that outside of the reserve, local Indigenous languages are submitted to the legislation, same as English or any language other than French.
Of course, ever since its adoption, the law was the subject of many controversies and invalidations by the Supreme Court of Canada. Therefore, the Quebec government was forced to change the law accordingly. Other times, the provincial government chose to change without being forced to (like with Bill 96). To go over them quickly:
Law 178: Superior Court of Quebec invalidates dispositions that mandates French as the sole language that can be used on displays. The decision is confirmed in 1988 by the Superior Court of Canada. Robert Bourassa (Quebec Liberal Party) is therefore forced to act and chooses to change the law so that French is still mandatory outside, but can be used alongside other languages inside, as long as it is predominant. He uses the derogation clause. Nobody is happy once again, for completely different reasons, and 3 ministers decide to resign a few days later.
Invalidation of article 73: Now, children from anywhere in Canada can now have access to English schools (before, it was only if their education had been mostly in English in Quebec). The Constitution of 1982 now made it a right for any Canadian to receive education in the minority language of the province. The requirements of the Charter still apply, but now, to a Canada-wide scale. That right is then added to the Charter with Law 86.
Law 86: Without being forced to, the government passes a law that ends the mandatory use of only French in commercial displays. Bilingual displays are authorized if French is visibly dominant. The law also makes sure that judicial services are offered in both French and English, which wasn’t the case before.
-
Why it wasn’t the case: When the law was first adopted, it made it so that bills tabled at the National Assembly had to be written in French and trials had to be conducted in French, unless both parties agreed for it to be done in English. Camille Laurin (the father of the law), and the council of ministers knew that those provisions would go against the Constitution (the British North America Act), but that they wanted t o protest against the fact that only Quebec had to provide those services in both languages, as all the other provinces in English Canada were exempted (therefore, only English was fine, no French version was mandatory). The Supreme Court invalidated these articles, and thus, the law was changed.
The next important change is with Bill 96, but before we get to that, we`ve just got a few parts parts left.
Other Countries Did you know? Other countries were inspired by Quebec’s language policy:
The Baltic countries; to protect their respective languages against Russian. Some complained about a one-way bilingualism, in which, for example, Lithuanians learnt Russian and Lithuanian, but Russians only learnt Russian because there wasn’t a need for them to learn Lithuanian. Mart Rannut, vice-doyen of research at the department of psychology at Tallinn University, in Estonia, has even said (about Bill 101), that it has << touched 1/6 of the planet >>.
Catalonia: The legislation in Quebec had a big impact during the sociopolitical debate about the protection of Catalan against castellan in Spain. Catalan was made mandatory in public function because of a law inspired by Law 101.
China: The country was inspired by the law when they wrote one of their decisions, whose goal was to promote standard mandarin.
Israel: English is perceived as a threat against Hebrew, although for now, the Quebec law has only influenced linguists and a few politicians.
Wales: Law 101 had a big impact in Wales too, but unfortunately, couldn’t be implemented the same way it was in Baltic countries, as Gaelic speakers are a minority in the UK. Colin H. Williams, a professor and researcher at the Gaelic department at Cardiff University, said that many lessons can be learnt from Quebec’s experience.
Porto Rico: A law adopted in 1991 made Spanish the only official language of this place. It was inspired by Law 101. It was repealed in 1993.
Did you expect China to be there? Me neither honestly. According to the same Tallinn researcher, many Soviet countries were inspired by Quebec’s law. However, I haven’t done much research about this, so I won’t go deeper into this (although it’s very interesting to learn about).
Before going further, I’d like to explain the role of an organization that is often mentioned in the media. The so-called ‘language police’, whose role I’ll explain. I’ll also talk about some of the limits they have, as well as a particular incident that many people keep bringing up.
The OQLF (Office québécois de la langue française) : The OQLF was created in 1961, although it didn’t have as many responsibilities as it does now. Those were expanded in 1977, with the adoption of the Charter of the French language. Because, yes; the OQLF was there way before Law 101.
The organization has many responsibilities, including:
- Making sure the Charter of the French language is respected.
- Keeping an eye on the evolution of French in Quebec and giving a rapport to the minister at least every 5 years.
- Making sure that French is the language used at work, during communications, for trade and affairs. Taking the measures they deem necessary to make sure French is promoted.
- Must help define and elaborate francization programs as is foreseen in the law.
- Can assist and inform compagnies, organisms, and more about better words/terms they can use to make sure they stay up to date with the development of French in Québec.
- Can receive observations and suggestions about what could be done better to develop French and apply the law. Those can then be taken to the minster.
- Must establish the necessary research programs to the application of the law. Can conduct studies they deem necessary for those programs.
- Can conclude agreements and participate in projects with any person or organism.
- Can conclude agreements with a different government than the one in Québec, one of its ministries, and international organization or an organism that is linked to that government. That is possible as long as it follows the law in place in Québec.
While the OQLF’s more ‘active’ role is often the most highlighted, it’s far from the only one they have. And they don’t spend all of their time treating complaints either; finding more appropriate French words, following the evolution of French in the province, assisting compagnies and answering their questions and cooperating with different organizations is what they do the most often.
But since receiving, treating, and acting upon complaints is what they’re most known for, let’s address that.
Most years, the OQLF receives a few thousand complaints. Those complaints are sent by Quebecers who feel like their right to be served in French in Québec is affected. However, the OQLF doesn’t act upon all of these, and even then, most of the complaints they act upon are solved rather quickly. Most don’t make the news.
Many complaints are ignored and considered to be invalid. Others were already solved by the time the OQLF could intervene. Sometimes, the products were immediately taken off the shelf. Finally, sometimes, the complaints were made too late, and could not be treated.
For the fines, those don’t happen too often. For example, in 2006, they were only 127 fines that were given, between 250$ and 5000$.
All in all, there’s not really much ‘police’ in that. And that’s mostly the reality.
Some incidents did get out of hands of course (like the famous Pastagate incident, for which the OQLF admitted having been ‘overzealous’ and for which the head of the organization at the time, Louise Marchand, resigned), but it’s really not common. For most cases in which the complaint was appropriate, compagnies or people simply correct the mistake.
Now, for the part many were probably waiting for, the very, very controversial bill adopted in 2021…
Bill 96
I’m sure everyone (or at least, those who follow the news) remember the multiple debates that happened (and are still happening) about this law adopted around 2 years ago. Articles were written, protests were organized, Indigenous people weren’t happy; it was messy. Some misinformation was even spread around, like the idea that anglophones wouldn’t be able to receive medical services in English anymore (which, to be clear, isn’t true).
What is the truth? What are the lies? What should you be angry at? All the answers you might be seeking are here.
A mini disclaimer before we start this section: I am merely human, and therefore, have an opinion on this subject which I’ve researched as much as I could. Of course, I’ll give you all the facts so that you can then make a decision yourself, but there are some things I personally disagree with (or agree with) that might be more obvious than others. Anyway, let’s start.
What did Bill 96 include? When it was first introduced, the bill provided for the creation of a French language commissioner (whose designation would have to be approved by 2/3 of the National Assembly) as well as for the creation of a ministry of the French language.
It amended the Charter to change and include certain things:
- Laws can still be adopted in both languages, but when there is a misunderstanding between both versions, the French version will prevail.
- All judgements given in English will have to be translated in French.
- The knowledge of a language other than French cannot be required during the nomination of a provincial judge, unless the justice minister deems it necessary.
- Regulations don’t have to be written in English anymore, because the requirement of bilingualism (of the British North America Act of 1897) didn’t include regulations.
- For schools, English cegeps now have a limit, and can only accept 17,5% of the entire Québécois student population. Non-anglophones students will also have to complete the French exam (mandatory in French cegeps) to receive their diplomas. The student quota doesn’t apply to universities.
- Enterprises that have between 25 and 49 employees will need to obtain a francization certificate, just like enterprises with more than 50 employees. Law 101 will also apply to federal enterprises.
- Bilingual municipalities have their bilingual status removed if their population isn’t mostly anglophone anymore. However, they can ask to maintain that status with a resolution. As of today, all 48 municipalities concerned with this part of the law have adopted such a resolution to keep their status.
- Civil status documents obtained in English in a different Canadian province must be translated. Before, only documents written in a language other than French and English were concerned (so, mostly documents from other countries)
- The preliminary of the Quebec Civil Code is modified to say that it is now interpreted in harmony with the Charter of the French language, and not only with the Quebec Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms.
- Modifies the Profession Code to say that an inability to maintain an appropriate knowledge of French constitutes a derogatory act to the dignity of someone’s profession.
- Modifies the Constitution of 1867 to add the recognition of the Québécois nation and French as its sole official language. Uses the derogatory clause.
- Makes it so that after 6 months, an immigrant will have to communicate with the government in French.
- Gives the power to inspectors in charge of the application of the law to penetrate, at any reasonable hour, in any place aside from a house, where an activity concerned by the law is happening.
Those are most of the changes included in Bill 96. However, the law still has some limits. For example:
- Article 133 of the Constitution of 1867 (concerning the bilingualism of Quebec and the Canadian parliament) cannot be modified without the authorization of the Canadian parliament. Therefore, the part that was added (French is the sole official language of Quebec), is technically not valid. However, I don’t think the federal government intervened as of now (or plans to), so it’s there.
- For article 530 of the criminal code, the protected right to be heard in common law doesn’t actually say that the judge must speak English or even just understand it (the stoppage
Société des Acadien c. Association of Parents). However, later, with a different stoppage (R. c. Beaulac), it was declared that the tribunals have to be institutionally bilingual to make sure both official languages can be used. Since criminal law is under federal jurisdiction, Quebec’s attempt to create a unilingual judicial system could meet some obstacles.
However, the use of the derogatory clause by the province complicates things.
- It is still a right to receive medical services in English. While Quebec could have attempted to eliminate that right, it didn’t. Same goes for 9-1-1 (fun fact: only Quebec and New-Brunswick are forced to give 9-1-1 services in the minority language of their province. None of the others do), even though Indigenous people and anglophones were worried about that.
Bill 96 certainly goes further than the previous version of Bill 101 did, and that has many people worried. I myself don’t completely agree with some of the changes here. But let’s not fall into misinformation, because that helps absolutely no one. Fear and panic are also emotions we should avoid acting upon, no matter if we agree or disagree with the law. And please, no Nazi comparisons; they did much, much worse and I think it’s clear to all (or at least, I hope it is) that the Quebec government is absolutely not on the verge of committing a mass genocide. Accusations like that will only make people go on the defensive and are an obstacle to dialogue. We’ll get nowhere, still be mad and frustrated, and continue the cycle for even longer.
It may sometimes look like this debate will never end, like francophones and anglophones are destined to forever disagree when it comes to language, but in the end, nothing is eternal. I’m sure we’ll get somewhere one day, even if that day is years away.
Anyway, that’ll be it for part 1! Stay tuned for part 2, where we’ll take a look at the different language laws that were once in place in other provinces: Ontario, Manitoba, British-Columbia, even the territories had some! I’ll also do my best to write about the current language laws in the other provinces and compare the situation of Franco-Albertans and Fransaskois (for example) with the situation of anglophones in Québec.

If you are a member of the LGBTQ+ community in need of help, there are multiple organizations that are there and willing to help. A few I know of are
Haaguda Lemaan Halahatab (general LGBT aid),
The Trans Center (transgender people),
The Lionesses (parents of trans kids),
Igy (queer youth),
Havruta (gay religious men),
Bat Kol (religious lesbians). Check your local area for LGBT groups that can help, and if you DM me (about this specifically and nothing else - see rule 9) I will try to help.
Here are a few questions and answers that might pop up (I stole them from my post last year)
Why isn't there a Pride Parade in (insert Arab town) Pride parades are organized by local volunteers, and are heavily supervised by police. While האגודה למען הלהט"ב and other organizations do help, they work with local activists. This is also why there isn't one in Bnei Brak, or many other cities. This is a troll question meant to distract from other issues.
Why do we need a Pride month? Pride started as a protest, and is likely to become more of one soon. LGBTQ rights are under attack worldwide, with the movement against it gaining power and influence. This government includes parties that are explicitly homophobic, including one whose sole purpose is the eradication of non-straight people. Anti-LGBTQ talking points are circulating more and more often, many homegrown but some imported from American grifters, with many of those grifters coming here personally to spread them. It is increasingly important to show ourselves and say we will not be erased.
I'm straight, should I come to my local pride events? Yes. It’s not a day explicitly meant for you, but it’s one where we show we matter, and having people join in is a strong move. Besides, it’s usually just fun.
I don't want to see half-naked dudes making out in public It's June and beach season, so you're probably seeing that anyway. Still, most Pride events (all of them other than the Tel Aviv one, really, and I don't go to the Tel Aviv one because I'm a reddit mod and allergic to people) are fairly low-key events. People walk with flags and shout slogans, then there's music and merch at the end. Some people do face paint. There's a guy with an anti-circumcision poster who seems to be at every single event, I've never spoken to him but he gets into a lot of fights. Bigger events (Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa) might have a politician or two, but most prefer to just say nice words and not bother making an appearance.
Should I get involved? YES. There is a huge shortage of volunteers country-wide and these marches cannot happen without them. If you have time, the day of a march, contact your local organizer. If you don't know who they are, look at local FB groups or maybe ask me and I can ask around.

CMM.World & CMMTheology.org
The Great Harvest is here. Christ's Mandate for Missions and CMMTheology build strong, organic relationships globally as we worship, grow and equip together. Like Joshua and Caleb and the Apostle Paul, we see with faith what He sees in each person (to help each reach fullness), group (many streams and backgrounds in unity) and nations (sheep vs. goat nations). Our passion is to love, connect, equip and send with the simplicity, fullness, and power of the Gospel.
The Uncompromising Blissful Extravagance of His Presence! Inbox
By CMM.World CMMTheology.org - November 10, 2022
Dear Mighty One,
I see the Lord's eye upon us we discover by revelation the 'new thing' He is doing in our lives and of those of us who, beyond the present darkness, gaze into His eyes. The 'tuning fork' of Yahweh is orchestrating the sons and daughters of our living God in growing holy remnant unity to withstand as we stand with Him fearlessly in the boldness of the faith of God in this hour. Egypt is behind us, and the covenantal promises and prophetic words we have received (1 Tim. 1:18) empower us by His Holy Spirit to advance in warfare, humbly growing in the spirit of wisdom and revelation.

Yesterday as I encouraged some friends, I said, 'stay in the blissful extravagance of His presence.' Today I saw in Psalm 34 His eyes are upon us in vs. 8 & 9 and v:15 about the 'uncompromisingly righteous.' We are to be holy as He is holy. That leaves no room for any more compromise or seeking to please man or the traditions of men, being free of the fear of man, the religious spirit, and any demonic activity. We are seated in heavenly places with Christ Jesus. Lord, help us understand by revelation to walk in all the authority we have been given by Jesus Christ.
Psalm 34:8-9 'O taste and see that the Lord [our God] is good! Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the man who trusts and takes refuge in Him. O fear the Lord, you His saints [revere and worship Him]! For there is no want to those who truly revere and worship Him with godly fear.'
v. 15 'The eyes of the Lord are toward the [uncompromisingly] righteous and His ears are open to their cry.'

By CMM.World CMMTheology.org - June 15, 2022

We are rejoicing! We just celebrated two of our six schools' graduations on June 4th in the US and June 11th in Ecuador and we thank the Lord for all He has done in their lives and will do in this new era. We honor the faith in action of each of the seventy-eight students (in the USA and Ecuador schools this year)of all ages and from different streams and backgrounds. Prophetic Encouragement for 2022 by Jorge Parrott
By CMM.World CMMTheology.org - January 02, 2022

Prophetic Encouragement for 2022 By Jorge Parrott (all scriptures NKJV) (Graphic art by Nancy G. Daniel) Despite the impending wars, division, chaos, calamity, and deceptive controls we hear the voice of our Lord at times speaking, or roaring, or whispering, and breathing on the sons of God. Are we listening yet? Heaven’s roar is clear to those with an ear to hear what the Spirit of the Living God is saying. This year holds untold opportunities, many answered prayers, and the cries of many hearts if we arise to walk obediently in His fullness, not growing weary in well-doing, nor fainting in the heat of this fiery battle. Deut. 6:4 ‘ The Lord our God, the Lord is one! 5 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.’ Jesus was asked many questions. What should you ask

Highlights Of Our Amazing Trip To The Holy Land With Chris Reed And Bart Peacher Prov. 16:9 ' A man’s mind plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps and makes them sure.' We are continually blessed and in awe of how the Lord breathes and moves in our lives. As we press into the high calling of Jesus Christ and we grow in intimacy and trust by faith, His love, grace, and mercy unfold in surprising ways. I had not been to Israel since 2017. So much has changed in the world since then as we see the tremendous acceleration of the times and seasons. Chaos, control, and corruption are increasing at an alarming rate. Our only hope is in Jesus Christ and His righteousness. Divine Encounters Abound As We Are Led By Holy Spirit And Make Ourselves Available Many churches are led by their pursuit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil instead of the knowledge of the Tree of Life. As we surrender fully to the Holy Spirit, we learn to walk in deep humility and attenti

2023.05.29 08:02 Researchnester90 Crohn's Disease Treatment Market to Expand at a Moderate CAGR of ~4% Assessment for the Driving Factors Opportunities During 2023-2035
Global Crohn's Disease Treatment Market Key Insights During the forecast period of 2023-2035, the global
Crohn’s disease treatment market is expected to reach an estimated value of ~USD 15.0 billion by 2035, by expanding at a CAGR of ~4%. The market further generated a revenue of ~USD 11.0 billion in the year 2022. Major key factors propelling the growth of the Crohn’s disease treatment market worldwide are the wide prevalence of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) and the rising cases of Crohn’s disease.
Market Definition of Crohn's Disease Treatment Crohn's Disease belongs to the class of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) and is distinguished by chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract. This health condition affects men and women equally and has also been observed to have been passed down genetically. The health condition includes complications such as bowel obstruction, ulcers, fistulas, colon cancer, and anal fissures, and even become life-threatening in some cases. Though Crohn’s disease is not curable, the progression of the disease and its symptoms are manageable with medications, including immunosuppressants and steroids. When these fail to work, a patient is suggested surgery.
Access Full Report@ https://www.researchnester.com/reports/crohns-disease-treatment-market/3004 Global Crohn's Disease Treatment Market: Growth Drivers The growth of the global Crohn’s disease treatment market can be attributed majorly to the increasing number of patients hospitalized, followed by the rise in new Crohn’s diseases, and recurring cases. For instance, nearly 100 hospitals there are more than 15 hospital re-admission of people aged above 65 within the 30 days from the discharge for Crohn’s diseases in the United States every year. On the other hand, the surging number of surgeries in order to deal with Crohn’s diseases. Nearly one in five people dealing with Crohn’s disease needs major surgery in the first five years after the diagnosis in the United Kingdom.
The global Crohn’s disease treatment market is also estimated to grow majorly on account of the following:
· Increasing symptoms related to Crohn’s diseases among people are leading to more pain
· A high prevalence of Crohn’s disease
· High possibilities for genetically passing down Crohn’s disease
· Possible occurrence of Crohn’s disease in people with autoimmune diseases
· Risk of Crohn’s disease in people who smoke
Global Crohn's Disease Treatment Market: Restraining Factor Lack of familiarity with the different treatment options for Crohn’s disease and the difficulty in diagnosing Crohn’s disease as a result of its similarity of symptoms with other disorders are expected to affect the market adversely. Further, the treatment for the IBDs involves high expense, with only the initial year spending after diagnosis coming up to USD 26,556. Hence, this factor is expected to be the major hindrance for the growth of the global Crohn’s disease treatment market during the forecast period.

By Treatment (Non-Surgical, and Surgical) Between these, the non-surgical treatment segment is expected to hold the largest market share by the end of 2035 as a result of the relatively high-efficiency rate of non-surgical medications in treating the symptoms of Crohn’s disease. For instance, as per a study conducted by the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), the initiation of the immune-system suppressant methotrexate in patients with active Crohn’s disease results in clinical remission in 72% of patients after just 3 months.

As Asian American and Pacific Islander heritage month draws to a close here in the United States, I wanted to share a collection of write-ups featuring the stories of Asians/Pacific Islanders who are currently missing or whose cases have not been resolved. This is an expansion of a piece I post annually and therefore may it sound similar. These are mostly my pieces as well as a few other cases that I have remembered reading about over the last year or two including some cases recommended by readers. Feel free to add other cases which have stuck with you down in the comment section. I hope to garner some exposure for these lesser known cases and links to sources can be found at the bottom or embedded.
Khoi Dang Vu was a deaf American man who went missing from his family’s home in 2007 in Vancouver, Washington. He left on a rainy night without his coat, bike, or any belongings. His case is now considered a homicide and no trace of him has ever been found. True Crime Bullsh*t, an investigative podcast, has surmised that Vu may be a victim of serial killer Israel Keyes. The FBI considers the case a kidnapping. Khoi is of Vietnamese descent. My write up here-

https://charleyproject.org/case/diane-nguyen-robbins Edward Ryon Makuahanai Aikau, usually known as Eddie Aikau, a famous lifeguard and surfer, was credited with saving over 500 people at Waimea bay on Oahu’s north shore during his tenure as lifeguard. In fact not one person was reported drowned during Eddie’s shifts at the beach. In 1978, 31 year old Aikau had decided to join the Polynesia Voyaging society, a group who planned to travel from Hawaii to Tahiti using only outrigger canoes. Shortly into their journey one canoe sprung a leak and eventually capsized 12 miles south of Molokai. Eddie paddled on his surfboard towards Lanai in a valiant effort to summon help, but soon disappeared. The US Coast Guard were able to save all the passengers and a huge search was launched but Eddie was never found and is presumed drowned. Eddie Aikau is a household name in Hawaii and in the surfing community. She left home with this friend between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. but when Nikki returned home an hour later, Hang was not with her. Nikki initially told authorities Hang had left with some unidentified young men. She later changed her story and said Hang had gone to a job interview with Nikki's own employer, Mark Steven Wallace, at Wallace's small painting and carpentry business on Iroquois Avenue. Wallace told Nikki that he was looking to hire another employee and she suggested her friend Hang as Hang was looking for a new job. Nikki thought that this request from Wallace was odd as he did not have enough work to hire another employee at that time. Nikki eventually told authorities that she and Hang went to Wallace's place of work and drove around with him in a white truck before switching and driving around in a tan Chevy Cavalier. Wallace dropped Nikki off and then left with Hang in the car. Wallace also told Nikki to not report what happened to the police. After a few interviews with the police Nikki retained an attorney and is no longer cooperating. Wallace denied involvement but also retained an attorney. Wallace is the prime suspect in the disappearance of Hang Lee. He has a record which includes rape, kidnapping, stalking, and drug possession. Hang Lee has never been located and her mother and 13 siblings are still looking for her.Hang is described as a sweet and naïve teenager who is only 17 and 1993. She was 5 ft tall and weighed 90 lb. She was last seen wearing a lightweight black leather jacket, a black t-shirt with "Skid Row" written on the back, black jeans or slacks, sneakers and several pieces of jewelry, including two silver bracelets. She is described as an Asian female with black hair and brown eyes. Her parents moved from Lao (sometimes spelled Laos in the US), and she is Hmong descent. She speaks both English and Hmong. Ashok Kuman Narain was last seen in Eugene, Oregon in either 1987 or 1988 where he lived with his wife and young daughter after moving from Fiji several years earlier. In 1987 the dismembered body of a pregnant woman and the body of a toddler were found floating nearby in Washington and Oregon. 20 years later these bodies were identified as
Raj Mati Narain and
Kamnee Koushal, the wife and daughter of Ashok, after Raj’s brother read a story about the unidentified bodies online. He had not heard from his sister since 1987 when Raj’s letters back to her family in Fiji mysteriously stopped. Ashok is wanted for questioning but his whereabouts are unknown. Authorities are looking for a white 1980 Toyota Tercel with the Oregon license plate number KUV762, which disappeared with Ashok and may be connected to Raj and Kamnee's homicides. Both Oregon and Washington authorities are investigating his disappearance. Most sources say the family is of Indo Fijian descent, however, the Charley project now reports that Ashok is of native Fijian descent. You can read their tragic story here.
https://charleyproject.org/case/ashok-kumar-narain Queens Jane Doe was an unidentified woman who fell to her death accidentally after falling off an elevated train platform in Queens, New York in January, 2000. She was wearing a dark brown Albert Duke brand leather jacket, a blue and white plaid button-up shirt, a dark colored bra, blue jeans, white underwear, and black Euro sneakers or boots. She was also wearing earrings. Her identity is still a mystery to this day. You can find more information here,

Yuan had been found at Dulles Airport when a man who was smuggling people into the country was detained and Yuan was one of his charges. Police became suspicious when Yuan who was supposedly a Thai citizen could not speak or understand Thai, but rather spoke Mandarin. Yuan told authorities her parents in Fuzhou, China had paid money for this man to get her into the country using a Thai passport. She was supposed to live with an aunt in the US, but she didn't know where or who this person was so she was placed in foster care for the time being. Other reports say that her smuggler was supposed to take her to a hotel in Alexandria, Virginia. Her foster parents hired a Mandarin speaking babysitter to stay with her until she was enrolled in at a local middle school. Yuan went missing only a few weeks later while on the way to a doctor's appointment. She reportedly got off the school bus and was supposed to take a cab to the doctors but vanished by the time the cab arrived. Although Yuan said she was 12, she was 5’ 6” in height and most people thought she was probably 14-15 at the time of her disappearance. She is of Chinese descent and speaks Mandarin. Police believe she either ran away, was kidnapped by her family members or smugglers, or met with foul play. She may have been seen in Kansas city in 2008. Sadly her dentals, fingerprints, and DNA and not available.

Maleina Luhk, 9, disappeared while waiting for their school bus in As Teo, Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands, on May 25th, 2011. The girls were last seen sitting on a concrete slab at 6:10 a.m. across the road from their bus stop, only 300 feet from the home they shared with their grandparents. The bus arrived and left without them at 6:30 am but the girls were not reported missing until they didn’t come home after school that day. The 12 mile long island of Saipan was searched thoroughly by friends, family, locals, and the FBI but no trace of the girls or their things were ever found and their disappearance remains one of the most well known mysteries from the Northern Mariana Islands. Both girls are described as Pacific Islander females with brown hair and brown eyes. In 2011, Faloma had bronze colored highlights in her bangs, and Maleina had a large birthmark on her left cheek. She is reported as small and short for her age. A distant family member by marriage, who was later arrested for domestic violence, is the prime suspect in the case. He has never been named publicly.

The 78 year old was residing at the Golden Lion Motel on Tacoma Way in Lakewood, Washington. The establishment has long been a hotbed of criminal activity and violence since at least the 1990s. On average the police responded to incidents at the 24-room hotel over 100 times per year. November 22nd 2003 was one of those times. On that day witnesses called the police after hearing a “disturbance” in Dong’s room. When the authorities arrived, they found a giant pool of blood on the floor as well as Dong’s prescription eyeglasses, but Dong was nowhere to be found. According to the News Tribune, a paper out of Tacoma, one week before Dong’s disappearance he was granted a temporary domestic violence protection order from a Paul C. Jung, who might be Dong’s adult son. In June of 2003, someone named Hae Sung Jung, got a restraining order against Dong. Hae might be the estranged wife of Dong, but this isn’t known for sure. There are vague reports that Dong was having “marital issues'' at the time of his disappearance. Very little information is available in the case. The Golden Lion Inn was finally torn down in 2017 but the fate of the elderly man who resided within remains a mystery. Dong is described as an Asian (Korean) male, with brown eyes and thinning gray hair. He is 5’6'' and weighs 135 lbs. Dong wears prescription eyeglasses but they were left behind when he vanished. If you have any information regarding the disappearance of Dong Jung please call Pierce County Crime Stoppers 253-591-5959.

They were last seen fishing near Honolulu where they lived on July 8; Gordon cherished Mahina and brought her almost everywhere he went. After his disappearance, Gordon's white minivan was found abandoned, and his dinghy was found in the water, floating away from his home. Gordon is 6'1 and 250 pounds, and he is of Native Hawaiian descent.
https://charleyproject.org/case/gordon-kaipo-kealoha Amber Aiaz and
Melissa Fu were mother and daughter who went missing In November, 2019 from Irvine, California. The story of their disappearance and possible kidnapping is complicated. I would suggest reading the story
here or
here if you are interested in the details but the basic story is this. Amber's husband, Cheng Zhang, reported his wife and stepdaughter missing to the police about a week after they were last seen. He said that a Chinese man and woman came to his door, put something on his face and he passed out. He reported that when he woke up he found blood and evidence of a struggle in the apartment. He also found a note telling him not to report his wife and daughter missing to the police for at least several days and continued to get notes over the next week. He did what the notes instructed for the next several days. When he finally did report his wife and stepdaughter missing, police were skeptical of his story to say the least. Several months later police reported that they had found nothing to indicate that Cheng’s story was untrue, including over 40 hours of interviews with him and 44 days of around the clock surveillance. In the past Amber had told acquaintances that she was a very wealthy woman who had millions of dollars to her name. While this was not true, authorities speculated that Amber may have been kidnapped for ransom only for her captors to find out that her story of riches was nothing more than a farce. Amber's money has not been touched in either her Chinese or American bank accounts. Both mother and daughter left behind their passports and there's no indication that either of them have entered China.
Amber is described as a 34-year-old Chinese woman who is 5'9 and weighed 180 lb. She has black hair and brown eyes. When last seen she was wearing a black shirt, a black vest, black fitted pants with white writing on them, and light colored shoes. She may use the name Mei Yi Wu or Meiyi W. Wu.
Melissa is described as a 12 or 13 year old Chinese female with black hair and brown eyes. She was 5 '11” in height and weighed about 200 lb. She was last seen wearing a black tracksuit.
Cheng described the unidentified abductors as a Chinese couple in their 40s. Both had average builds. The woman was reported to be about 5’8” and had her black hair tied back in a bun. The man was of average build about 190 lb. and 5 '10”. He had short black hair. The couple may have been driving a black Cadillac and they may have been seen near the apartment complex that day by other neighbors.
Destiny Dee Sanith was last seen by her family on March 3rd, 2022 in Williamstown New Jersey. At about 2:30 in the afternoon on March 3rd, she asked her mom if she could borrow the car to go visit a friend in South Philadelphia. When Destiny did not return in the evening her mother learned that she never made it to her friend's house that day. New Jersey police had contact with Destiny at about 5:20 a.m. on March 4th In Folsom New Jersey. Destiny and her car were near a strip mall at the time. What exactly happened is not clear but police reported they helped Destiny move her car into a parking spot and then gave her a ride to a Wawa convenience store about a mile up the road. Destiny's family has reported that they have surveillance video of Destiny entering and then later leaving the Wawa store after purchasing a drink. At about 9:00 a.m. she was seen leaving the store with a drink crossing the road, turning into another convenience store and then going behind the building and out of view. This is the last known sighting and location of Destiny Sanith. On March 5th when Destiny had still not returned home she was reported missing to the police and her family learned about her interaction with the police on the morning of March 4th. Destiny has not been seen or heard from since.
Destiny is described as an Asian female 27 years old, who is 5'6 and height and weighs about 160 lb. She reportedly has short wavy brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a black Nike sweatshirt, a backpack, white and red Air Jordan sneakers, wearing earrings and carrying a coffee. She has a tattoo of the Virgo symbol on her right hand. Her nickname is Dara. Her family has set up a GoFundMe to help find Destiny and hire a private investigator. Full article

Myong Keun Noah, who went by the nickname Mike, was seen by his family at around 7:00 p.m. on May 1st, 2007 in San Bruno, CA. Mike owned a private car company called E Limousine Services that he ran out of his home. That evening Mike told his son that he had to leave to pick up a 7:30 p.m fare. He did not tell his son where he was picking up the fare. Mike's wife was at an evening class at the time. Neither he or his black Lincoln town car was ever seen again. His car was new and didn't have permanent license plates, but had the transportation carrier permit number TCP 18525 printed on the back bumper. It had a transponder that registers when it enters San Francisco International Airport, but the transponder did not register a trip to the airport that evening. A search of parking areas at both the San Francisco Airport and the Oakland Airport did not locate Mike or his car. Mike's bank account and his phone have not been used since May 1st, 2007. Mike had no history of running away or dropping out of sight, he had no reported mental health issues, no personal problems, and no enemies. Police report that they are baffled by his disappearance. Mike was a US Army veteran and a naturalized American citizen. He had one teenaged son with his current wife and two adult children from a previous marriage however, no one in Mike's family has heard from him since May 1st, 2007. Mike is described as an Asian male, 60 years old in 2007, with brown eyes and black and gray hair. He is 5 ft 8 in in height and weighs about 165 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black suit with a white shirt. He may spell his last name “Noh.” He is of Korean descent.

2023.05.27 01:11 HumbleGuidance7274 Need OB/GYN recommendations
Hi all, I recently found out I’m pregnant a week ago. Currently 5 weeks along. I met with an OB at tufts medical center (afflicted with MelroseWakefield hospital) to confirm the pregnancy. They scheduled another appointment for tests & ultrasound when I’ll be 8 weeks. I’m still researching other hospitals like beth israel deaconess medical center and Mt Auburn. I checked with them and they would be scheduling my ultrasound when I would be around 10 weeks pregnant. I’m really confused how should I go about selecting an OB or the hospital!! Can I get my ultrasound done with one provider and then change my provider later? How easy is it to change the doctohospital after about 10 to 12 weeks? Does insurance usually cover multiple ultrasound costs? Any suggestions or recommendations would be highly appreciated!! Thank you

Nir Barzilai
"Dr. Nir Barzilai is the director of the Institute for Aging Research at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Director of the Paul F. Glenn Center for the Biology of Human Aging Research and of the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) Nathan Shock Centers of Excellence in the Basic Biology of Aging. He is the Ingeborg and Ira Leon Rennert Chair of Aging Research, professor in the Departments of Medicine and Genetics, and member of the Diabetes Research Center and of the Divisions of Endocrinology & Diabetes and Geriatrics. Dr. Barzilai’s research interests are in the biology and genetics of aging. One focuses on the genetic of exceptional longevity, where we hypothesize and demonstrated that centenarians have protective genes, which allows the delay of aging or for the protection against age-related diseases. In a Program he is leading we take full advantage of phenotypes, DNA, and cells from the Ashkenazi Jewish families with exceptional longevity and the appropriate controls and his group have established at Einstein (over 2600 samples of which ~670 are centenarians) and discovered underling genomic differences associated with longevity. Longevity Genes Project (LGP) is a cross-sectional, on-going collection of blood and phenotype from families with centenarian proband. LonGenity is a longitudinal study of 1400 subjects, half offspring of parents with exceptional longevity, validating and following their aging in relationship to their genome. The second direction, for which Dr. Barzilai is holding an NIH Merit award that focuses on the metabolic decline of aging, and his team hypothesize that the brain leads this decline. His lab has identified several central pathways that specifically alter body fat distribution and insulin action and secretion by intraventricular or hypothalamic administration of several peptides that are modulated by aging including: Leptin, IGF-1, IGFBP3 and resveratrol. He has received numerous grants, among them ones from the National Institute on Aging (NIA), American Federation for Aging Research, the Ellison Medical Foundation and The Glenn Medical foundation. He has published over 280 peer-reviewed papers, reviews, and textbook chapters. He is an advisor to the NIH on several projects and serves on several editorial boards and is a reviewer for numerous other journals. Dr. Barzilai is in the Scientific Director and on the board of the American Federation for Aging Research, is its co-scientific director, and has served on several NIA study section. He is also a founder of CohBar Inc., a biotech that develops mitochondrial derived peptides as therapy for aging and its diseases and of Lifebioscince biotech. Dr. Barzilai has been the recipient of numerous prestigious awards, including the Beeson Fellow for Aging Research, the Ellison Medical Foundation Senior Scholar in Aging Award, the Paul F. Glenn Foundation Award, the NIA Nathan Shock Award, the 2010 Irving S. Wright Award of Distinction in Aging Research and the IPSEN Longevity Prize (2016). He is currently leading an international effort to approve drugs that can target aging. Targeting Aging with METformin (TAME) is a specific study designed to prove the concept that multi-morbidities of aging can be delayed by metformin, working with the FDA to approve this approach which will serve as a template for future efforts to delay aging and its diseases in humans. Born in Israel, Dr. Barzilai served as chief medic and physician in the Israel Defense Forces. He graduated from The Ruth and Bruce Rappaport Faculty of Medicine at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa and completed his residency in internal medicine at Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem. He served in a refugee camp during the war in Cambodia (1979-1980) and built a nutritional village in the homeland of the Zulu (1983 – Kwazulu). He has completed 2 fellowships at Yale (metabolism) and Corenell (Endocrinoology and molecular Medicine). He was an invited speaker to the 4th Israeli President Conference (2012) and a Vatican conference on efforts to enhance cures (2013, 2016). He has also taken part in Global initiatives and spoke at The Milken Global Institute, Asian Megatrends and is an advisor for the Prime Minister of Singapore on Aging. Dr. Barzilai has been on the ‘Forward 50, top 50 influence Jews in the US (2011). His work has been profiled by major outlets, including the New York Times, the BBC and PBS' NOVA science now, TEDMED and several TEDx talk is the leading feature on the Ron Howard/Jonathan Silberberg/National Geographic film about the Age of Aging. He authored Age Later (2019)"

2023.05.24 09:31 mjonesgcms Lore Tinfoil: Moses and Aaron theory
| Your grand kids ask you how you became so successful, you will get out your Torah or Bible and open up to Exodus and say, “This is a story about BBBY. The reason it says Moses instead of Ryan Cohen, Aaron instead of Bill Pulte, and Jethro instead of Carl Icahn, is because of the SEC.” Your wise but smart-ass little grand kid will tell you, “Is this the Tinfoil shit you were eating up when Grandma left?” To which you will reply, “Not everyone is born with Diamond hands. But you got my genes, one of which is the Highly Regarded Person’s gene, which means that you will make history.” “But grandpa, could there ever be a squeeze like there was in the summer of ‘23?” “There doesn’t need to be, but that doesn’t mean we aren’t going to still try.” Hopefully in that time, our grandkids will be able to enjoy a more transparent and fair market, where the goal is to build value into the framework of our country and world rather than profit from sucking it out. I think this is what Pulte’s Tweet was referring to where his son was wearing the number 3 despite being named William Pulte the fifth. Pulte wants his son and all of us to live in a world where people regardless of the size of their bank account can invest and be shareholders in enterprises they believe in. https://preview.redd.it/f9xmp046fq1b1.jpg?width=1920&format=pjpg&auto=webp&v=enabled&s=ed46d5f54facfbd3759875d4e7319d4943b6f89a The American stock market is a relatively new thing, and is still taking form–I am reminded about that when I travel abroad and people refer to America as a young country. 1776 was not very long ago when compared to other civilizations. In BBBY it seems the reference it is being compared to is GME or Volkswagen, but this is bigger than a jump in stock price–this is the end of an old era and the beginning of a new one. BBBY is not like GME or Volkswagen, it is most like Israel at the end of their captivity in Egypt. Many people don’t know why Moses had to rescue Israel from bondage. Abraham was supposed to live in Canaan, as well as his son Issaac and Jacob. Jacob, also known as Israel, left Canaan(the promised land) to join Joseph in his financial success. They used that financial success to make profit at the local Egyptian’s expense. The Egyptians eventually turned the tables. Joseph had been sold as a slave and worked his way up the hierarchy to be the top servant. The goal was never to be free, but to be the best slave. This is analogous to the same model of career development that Jordan Peterson espouses in his book Beyond Order. The viability of doing a free internship, and being someone’s bitch until you pay your dues and get your turn on top, is over. Amazon for example doesn’t hire internally. You can’t just work your way up. Not only can you not start off in the warehouse and then move your way up, they will probably just wear you out and try to get you to quit. They aren’t even secretive about these tactics. People like Jordan Peterson, Charlie Munger and Warren Buffet suggest leaving the promised land to work up the ranks through Egypt, despite the ladder to climb not still being there. What does it mean that because of our parents we were born into bondage in Egypt? The two paths laid out for us was to go to college or trade school, and then work your way up. The debt was normalized although comparatively the cost of tuition and cost of owning a house are an order of magnitude higher. Even renting in a safe area has become impossible. They check your credit and see that you have more student loans that you can pay off at the rate you are going, and they don’t want to lease you an apartment. As the Maverick of Wall street says, the best we can even dream of is owning a van to live in down by the river. Luckily there are people who are trying to make a way for us to get out of slavery and actually be free. The process of saving our generation follows the same path as Moses and Aaron saving Israel from Egypt. I hope you enjoy this Fantasy DD Exodus 1:8 Eventually, a new king came to power in Egypt who knew nothing about Joseph or what he had done. - He said to his people, “Look, the people of Israel now outnumber us and are stronger than we are.
- We must make a plan to keep them from growing even more. If we don’t, and if war breaks out, they will join our enemies and fight against us. Then they will escape from the country.”
- So the Egyptians made the Israelites their slaves. They appointed brutal slave drivers over them, hoping to wear them down with crushing labor. They forced them to build the cities of Pithom and Rameses as supply centers(Amazon) for the king.
- But the more the Egyptians oppressed them, the more the Israelites multiplied and spread, and the more alarmed the Egyptians became.
- So the Egyptians worked the people of Israel without mercy.
- They made their lives bitter, forcing them to mix mortar and make bricks and do all the work in the fields. They were ruthless in all their demands.
- Then Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, gave this order to the Hebrew midwives, Shiphrah and Puah:
16.“When you help the Hebrew women as they give birth, watch as they deliver. If the baby is a boy, kill him; if it is a girl, let her live.” (make it difficult for young men to have a real career) - But because the midwives feared God, they refused to obey the king’s orders. They allowed the boys to live, too.
- So the king of Egypt called for the midwives. “Why have you done this?” he demanded. “Why have you allowed the boys to live?”
- “The Hebrew women are not like the Egyptian women,” the midwives replied. “They are more vigorous and have their babies so quickly that we cannot get there in time.” (A generation of Self-starters who learned to teach ourselves.)
- So God was good to the midwives, and the Israelites continued to multiply, growing more and more powerful.
- And because the midwives feared God, he gave them families of their own. (Discord groups. APRN group is super intelligent)
- Then Pharaoh gave this order to all his people: “Throw every newborn Hebrew boy into the Nile River. But you may let the girls live.” (Infinite liquidity of the FTDs)
2:1. About this time, a man and woman from the tribe of Levi got married. (The tribe of Levi was the only tribe that could read and write. They were in charge of understanding the law of God. Who knows how to read and write? The online community where DD is being researched and written. - The woman became pregnant and gave birth to a son. She saw that he was a special baby(Ryan Cohen) and kept him hidden for three months.
- But when she(the internet community) could no longer hide him, she got a basket made of papyrus reeds and waterproofed it with tar and pitch. She put the baby in the basket(A market basket refers to a selection of goods and services that are consistently purchased and sold throughout an economic system. Economists, politicians, and financial analysts use market baskets to track price changes over time and determine inflation levels.) and laid it among the reeds(subreddits discussing the true deep value which was not reflected in the share price) along the bank of the Nile River(largest flow of FTDs.)
- The baby’s sister then stood at a distance, watching to see what would happen to him. (The whole online community watched GME)
- Soon Pharaoh’s daughter came down to bathe in the river, and her attendants walked along the riverbank. When the princess saw the basket among the reeds, she sent her maid to get it for her.
- When the princess opened it, she saw the baby. The little boy was crying, and she felt sorry for him. “This must be one of the Hebrew children,” she said.
- Then the baby’s sister approached the princess. “Should I go and find one of the Hebrew women to nurse the baby for you?” she asked.
- “Yes, do!” the princess replied. So the girl went and called the baby’s mother.
- “Take this baby and nurse him for me,” the princess told the baby’s mother. “I will pay you for your help.” So the woman took her baby home and nursed him.
- Later, when the boy was older, his mother brought him back to Pharaoh’s daughter, who adopted him as her own son. The princess named him Moses, for she explained, “I lifted him out of the water.”
- Many years later, when Moses had grown up, he went out to visit his own people, the Hebrews, and he saw how hard they were forced to work. During his visit, he saw an Egyptian beating one of his fellow Hebrews. (BBBY being destroyed by Tritton, with his Golden Parachute deployed and handing the shareholder value to the short hedge funds)
- After looking in all directions to make sure no one was watching, Moses killed the Egyptian and hid the body in the sand. (Ryan Cohen buys in and writes a letter to the board)
- The next day, when Moses went out to visit his people again, he saw two Hebrew men fighting. “Why are you beating up your friend?” Moses said to the one who had started the fight. (GME purists hating on Bobbies, and AMC, and GME, BBBY, and AMC apes all hating on the red-headed step child meme stock APRN.)
- The man replied, “Who appointed you to be our prince and judge? Are you going to kill me as you killed that Egyptian yesterday?” Then Moses was afraid, thinking, “Everyone knows what I did.” (Bobbies feeling betrayed when RC sold…or supposedly sold.)
- And sure enough, Pharaoh heard what had happened, and he tried to kill Moses. But Moses fled from Pharaoh and went to live in the land of Midian. When Moses arrived in Midian, he sat down beside a well.
- Now the priest of Midian had seven daughters who came as usual to draw water and fill the water troughs for their father’s flocks.
- But some other shepherds came and chased them away. So Moses jumped up and rescued the girls from the shepherds. Then he drew water for their flocks.
- When the girls returned to Reuel, their father, he asked, “Why are you back so soon today?”
- “An Egyptian rescued us from the shepherds,” they answered. “And then he drew water for us and watered our flocks(poor reddit degens).”
- “Then where is he?” their father asked. (Is RC still coming for Baby?) “Why did you leave him there? Invite him to come and eat with us.” (Maybe he didn’t betray us. Maybe selling his shares and Chapter 11 are part of the plan.
- Moses accepted the invitation, and he settled there with him. In time, Reuel gave Moses his daughter Zipporah to be his wife.
- Later she gave birth to a son, and Moses named him Gershom, for he explained, “I have been a foreigner in a foreign land.”
- Years passed, and the king of Egypt died(Finra is pulled into a lawsuit for the corruption that happened during MMTLP). But the Israelites continued to groan under their burden of slavery. (Everyone who was in MMTLP still lost out) They cried out for help, and their cry rose up to God.
- God heard their groaning, and he remembered his covenant promise to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
- He looked down on the people of Israel and knew it was time to act.
3:1. One day Moses was tending the flock of his father-in-law, Jethro(Carl Icahn), the priest of Midian. He led the flock far into the wilderness and came to Sinai, the mountain of God(Activist investing). - There the angel of the LORD appeared to him in a blazing fire from the middle of a bush. Moses stared in amazement. Though the bush was engulfed in flames, it didn’t burn up. (A tree in dream language is a choice. It is the connection between heaven/the mind and Earth/the heart. Fire is passion, which is the result of an intention from the heart moving to the mind to be framed up logically, and then being put into action. Ryan Cohen made the decision to risk it all to change the stock market to be more transparent and fair.)
- “This is amazing,” Moses said to himself. “Why isn’t that bush burning up?(I did it once with GME, but the passion is still there) I must go see it.(BBBY)”
- When the LORD saw Moses coming to take a closer look, God called to him from the middle of the bush, “Moses! Moses!” “Here I am!” Moses replied.
- “Do not come any closer,” the LORD warned. “Take off your sandals(shoes like any other container are an identity or ego), for you are standing on holy ground. (Doing it out of good conscience rather than to make a name for himself. Shoes also are a barrier to the earth which is the heart.)
- I am the God of your father—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” When Moses heard this, he covered his face because he was afraid to look at God. (RC trying to convince himself that he just has “a dark sense of humor” instead of accepting the fact that he is literally Moses saving a whole generation)
- Then the LORD told him, “I have certainly seen the oppression of my people in Egypt. I have heard their cries of distress because of their harsh slave drivers. (Amazon not hiring internally and purposely trying to have high employee turnover) Yes, I am aware of their suffering.(Crushing student debt for degrees that are worthless at interest that is absurd. 16% really? But seriously, really? WTF? Amazon and everyone else including morons like Three Arrows Capital got zero percent interest loans for the last ten years, and now a semester away from graduating and they won’t even give me a loan at 16% when I worked my ass off to pay off all my credit cards?)
- So I have come down to rescue them from the power of the Egyptians and lead them out of Egypt into their own fertile and spacious land. It is a land flowing with milk(altruism eg. Norse myth Auðumbla) and honey(the reward of working together) —the land where the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites now live.
- Look! The cry of the people of Israel has reached me, and I have seen how harshly the Egyptians abuse them.
- Now go, for I am sending you to Pharaoh. You must lead my people Israel out of Egypt.”(a rigged market run by bankers. The same bankers that funded both sides of every war. The same bankers that accepted pillaged money from the Nazis)
- But Moses protested to God, “Who am I to appear before Pharaoh? Who am I to lead the people of Israel out of Egypt?”
- God answered, “I will be with you. And this is your sign that I am the one who has sent you: When you have brought the people out of Egypt, you will worship God at this very mountain.” Mountain spring water bottle shaped MOASS)
- But Moses protested, “If I go to the people of Israel and tell them, ‘The God of your ancestors has sent me to you,’ they will ask me, ‘What is his name?’ Then what should I tell them?”
- God replied to Moses, “ I Am Who I Am. (The share price should be what it is, which should be the result of price discovery.) Say this to the people of Israel: I Am has sent me to you.”
- God also said to Moses, “Say this to the people of Israel: Yahweh(Yolo All Hard Work Earnings Hedonistically), the God of your ancestors—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob—has sent me to you. This is my eternal name, my name to remember for all generations.
- “Now go and call together all the elders of Israel.(The DD writers and Shit-posters of reddit) Tell them, ‘Yahweh, the God of your ancestors—the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob—has appeared to me. He told me, “I have been watching closely, and I see how the Egyptians are treating you.
- I have promised to rescue you from your oppression in Egypt. I will lead you to a land flowing with milk and honey—the land where the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites now live.”’
- “The elders of Israel will accept your message. Then you and the elders must go to the king of Egypt and tell him, ‘The LORD, the God of the Hebrews, has met with us. So please let us take a three-day journey into the wilderness to offer sacrifices to the LORD, our God.
- “But I know that the king of Egypt will not let you go unless a mighty hand forces him. (Pulte)
- And I will cause the Egyptians to look favorably on you. They will give you gifts when you go so you will not leave empty-handed. (Shareholders will not get rekted)
- Every Israelite woman will ask for articles of silver and gold and fine clothing from her Egyptian neighbors and from the foreign women in their houses. You will dress your sons and daughters with these, stripping the Egyptians of their wealth.” (Wealth transfer from the soulless banks and hedge funds to the loyal retail investors.)
4:1. But Moses protested again, “What if they won’t believe me or listen to me? What if they say, ‘The LORD never appeared to you’?” - Then the LORD asked him, “What is that in your hand?” “A shepherd’s staff,” Moses replied. (In dream language a staff is the same as the trunk of the tree or a magic wand which represents the connection between the heart and the mind, the yin and the yang, which is the will power. RC in the GMEDD interview “chewy almost killed me…but I can’t stop” Because as Jesus said, “I know my sheep and my sheep know me, and I would give my life for them. John 6:39 “And this is the will of God, that I should not lose even one of all those he has given me, but that I should raise them up at the last day.” Ryan Cohen’s tweet May 11, 2023 “Give me liberty or give me death! Unless there is a 99% recovery[of shareholder value])
- “Throw it down on the ground,”(let it go to OTC) the LORD told him. So Moses threw down the staff, and it turned into a snake! Moses jumped back. (RC seemed to be out completely from BBBY)
- Then the LORD told him, “Reach out and grab its tail.” So Moses reached out and grabbed it, and it turned back into a shepherd’s staff in his hand. (Catch BBBY at the tail end of its existence. Matthew 20 parable of the 11th hour)
- “Perform this sign,” the LORD told him. “Then they will believe that the LORD, the God of their ancestors—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob—really has appeared to you.”
- Then the LORD said to Moses, “Now put your hand inside your cloak.” So Moses put his hand inside his cloak, and when he took it out again, his hand was white as snow with a severe skin disease. (IEP share price going down)
- “Now put your hand back into your cloak,” the LORD said. So Moses put his hand back in, and when he took it out again, it was as healthy as the rest of his body. (IEP share price recovering)
- The LORD said to Moses, “If they do not believe you and are not convinced by the first miraculous sign, they will be convinced by the second sign.
- And if they don’t believe you or listen to you even after these two signs, then take some water from the Nile River and pour it out on the dry ground. When you do, the water from the Nile will turn to blood on the ground.”(In dream language blood is a promise or a covenant. The Nile is the FTDs. Blood is the Apes buying up the float(dry ground) and diamond-handing with a covenant for Lambos or food stamps.)
- But Moses pleaded with the LORD, “O Lord, I’m not very good with words. I never have been, and I’m not now, even though you have spoken to me. I get tongue-tied, and my words get tangled.” (RC with the SEC watching what he says like a hawk despite turning a blind eye to literally everything else in the financial world.)
- Then the LORD asked Moses, “Who makes a person’s mouth? Who decides whether people speak or do not speak, hear or do not hear, see or do not see? Is it not I, the LORD?
- Now go! I will be with you as you speak, and I will instruct you in what to say.”
- But he said, “Oh, my Lord, please send someone else.”
- Then the LORD became angry with Moses. “All right,” he said. “What about your brother, Aaron(Pulte) the Levite? I know he speaks well. And look! He is on his way to meet you now. He will be delighted to see you.
- Talk to him, and put the words in his mouth. I will be with both of you as you speak, and I will instruct you both in what to do.
- Aaron will be your spokesman to the people. He will be your mouthpiece, and you will stand in the place of God for him, telling him what to say.
- And take your shepherd’s staff with you, and use it to perform the miraculous signs I have shown you.”
- So Moses went back home to Jethro, his father-in-law. “Please let me return to my relatives in Egypt,” Moses said. “I don’t even know if they are still alive.”(still hodling and averaging down) “Go in peace,” Jethro(Carl) replied.
- Before Moses left Midian, the LORD said to him, “Return to Egypt, for all those who wanted to kill you have died.” (Tritton is gone although the selfish bastard is still trying to pillage a severance he in no way deserves)
- So Moses took his wife and sons, put them on a donkey(the most stubborn animal), and headed back to the land of Egypt. In his hand he carried the staff of God.
- And the LORD told Moses, “When you arrive back in Egypt, go to Pharaoh and perform all the miracles I have empowered you to do. But I will harden his heart so he will refuse to let the people go. (God will convince wall street to max out the short interest and dig their own grave.)
- Then you will tell him, ‘This is what the LORD says: Israel is my firstborn son. (Banks can only exist when people work hard and actually create value, and so it doesn’t make sense for banks to destroy value and think that they are getting richer. You are literally cutting the branch you are standing on. Besides a convenient entry into world war 2, some successful coups and probably more exploitation than I want to think about, the American Dollar was built on blood sweat and tears of the hard working class.)
- I commanded you, “Let my son go, so he can worship me.” But since you have refused, I will now kill your firstborn son!’” (You gave big businesses zero percent interest for a decade and now you want to raise interest rates which only affects middle and lower class, and consolidates the power in the few big banks? Fine, we will continue to buy the stock market and let inflation run. You love your dollar so much, well we are crazy regards, and we are fine sleeping in our cars and literally dumping every penny into the stock market, which makes inflation look bad. We know who is really scared of the bubble popping or inflation getting out of control, and it isn’t us.)
- On the way to Egypt, at a place where Moses and his family had stopped for the night, the LORD confronted him and was about to kill him.
- But Moses’ wife, Zipporah, took a flint knife(small sword of truth) and circumcised(exposed logically the sensitive part of the mind) her son. She touched his feet(direction in life) with the foreskin(sacrifice) and said, “Now you are a bridegroom(integrated) of blood to me.”
- (When she said “a bridegroom of blood,” she was referring to the circumcision.) After that, the LORD left him alone.
- Now the LORD had said to Aaron, “Go out into the wilderness to meet Moses.” So Aaron went and met Moses at the mountain of God, and he embraced him.
- Moses then told Aaron everything the LORD had commanded him to say. And he told him about the miraculous signs the LORD had commanded him to perform. (This is completely figurative, RC and Pulte are not colluding to manipulate the market. Any investment that overlaps between Pulte and RC is just because the deep fucking value RC brings to the table is obvious.)
- Then Moses and Aaron returned to Egypt and called all the elders of Israel together.
- Aaron told them everything the LORD had told Moses, and Moses performed the miraculous signs as they watched.
- Then the people of Israel were convinced that the LORD had sent Moses and Aaron. When they heard that the LORD was concerned about them and had seen their misery, they bowed down and worshiped. (Wor-ship: Wor = worth. Ship = to make. Worship means to add value to something of value not to just claim to care about it.)
5:1. After this presentation to Israel’s leaders, Moses and Aaron went and spoke to Pharaoh. They told him, “This is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says: Let my people go so they may hold a festival in my honor in the wilderness.” - “Is that so?” retorted Pharaoh. “And who is the LORD?(truth) Why should I listen to him and let Israel go? I don’t know the LORD, and I will not let Israel(Retail investors) go.”
- But Aaron and Moses persisted. “The God of the Hebrews has met with us,” they declared. “So let us take a three-day journey into the wilderness so we can offer sacrifices to the LORD our God. If we don’t, he will kill us with a plague or with the sword.” (We have dreams and no capital to act on them. Literally what Theranos claimed to have done has already actually been done and hasn’t because of a 100k start up cost.)
- Pharaoh replied, “Moses and Aaron, why are you distracting the people from their tasks? Get back to work!
- Look, there are many of your people in the land, and you are stopping them from their work.” (more apes gathering and degenerately throwing their hard earned money into bbby)
- That same day Pharaoh sent this order to the Egyptian slave drivers and the Israelite foremen:
- “Do not supply any more straw for making bricks. Make the people get it themselves! “In dream symbolism grass is like hair, it represents naiveness. Bricks are wisdom. The strength of the wisdom comes from looking into your own naiveness. Wall street keeps clear answers from the public about what actually goes on behind the scenes at wall street. Like waiting to use the word “receivership when talking about FRC until Sunday night so that they could halt trading and then give the shareholders nothing despite tens of billions of dollars of value went to JPM. My naiveness of knowing that someone like JPM would want the high-end clients of FRC was eclipsed by the limitless corruption. I felt like a genius catching the bounce from $2 to $2.40 right before it got halted. Well, wisdom isn’t free, and I don’t regret it. I should have l guessed who the buyer would be and known they weren’t interested in shareholders. That is why I feel more confident in RC.)
- But still require them to make the same number of bricks as before. Don’t reduce the quota. They are lazy. That’s why they are crying out, ‘Let us go and offer sacrifices to our God.’ (Yes, have them running their own business which has nothing to do with their useless medical degree, so they can do their biotech invention, but they need to multiply their capital in the stock market, so they are trying to learn enough to beat the algos which control everything.)
- Make the work harder on the men so they will be occupied and pay no attention to these lies.” (the generation before us was so busy breaking their backs building the country, that they didn’t have time to figure out how the stock market worked. How did retirement funds thank them?)
- So the slave drivers and foremen went out and told the people: “This is what Pharaoh says: I will not provide any more straw for you.
- Go and get it yourselves. Find it wherever you can. But you must produce just as many bricks as before!”
- So the people scattered throughout the land of Egypt in search of stubble(high risk high reward beat down companies) to use as straw.
- Meanwhile, the Egyptian slave drivers continued to push hard. “Meet your daily quota of bricks, just as you did when we provided you with straw!” they demanded.
- Then they whipped the Israelite foremen they had put in charge of the work crews. “Why haven’t you met your quotas either yesterday or today?” they demanded.
- So the Israelite foremen went to Pharaoh and pleaded with him. “Please don’t treat your servants like this,” they begged.
- “We are given no straw, but the slave drivers still demand, ‘Make bricks!’ We are being beaten, but it isn’t our fault! Your own people are to blame!”
- But Pharaoh shouted, “You’re just lazy! Lazy! That’s why you’re saying, ‘Let us go and offer sacrifices to the LORD.’
- Now get back to work! No straw will be given to you, but you must still produce the full quota of bricks.”
- The Israelite foremen could see that they were in serious trouble when they were told, “You must not reduce the number of bricks you make each day.”
- As they left Pharaoh’s court, they confronted Moses and Aaron, who were waiting outside for them.
- The foremen said to them, “May the LORD judge and punish you for making us stink before Pharaoh and his officials. You have put a sword into their hands, an excuse to kill us!”
- Then Moses went back to the LORD and protested, “Why have you brought all this trouble on your own people, Lord? Why did you send me?
- Ever since I came to Pharaoh as your spokesman, he has been even more brutal to your people. And you have done nothing to rescue them!”
6:1. Then the LORD told Moses, “Now you will see what I will do to Pharaoh. When he feels the force of my strong hand, he will let the people go. In fact, he will force them to leave his land!” - And God said to Moses, “I am Yahweh—‘the LORD.’ (Yolo All Hard Worked-for Earnings Hedonistically NFA)
- I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob as El-Shaddai—‘God Almighty’—but I did not reveal my name, Yahweh, to them.
- And I reaffirmed my covenant with them. Under its terms, I promised to give them the land of Canaan, where they were living as foreigners.
- You can be sure that I have heard the groans of the people of Israel, who are now slaves to the Egyptians. And I am well aware of my covenant with them.
- “Therefore, say to the people of Israel: ‘I am the LORD. I will free you from your oppression and will rescue you from your slavery in Egypt. I will redeem you with a powerful arm and great acts of judgment.
- I will claim you as my own people, and I will be your God. Then you will know that I am the LORD your God who has freed you from your oppression in Egypt.
- I will bring you into the land I swore to give to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I will give it to you as your very own possession. I am the LORD!’”
The rest of the story follows that signs and wonders as shown, and Moses parts the red sea(FTDs) and leaves Egypt on dry ground. A snap shot of some of the signs and wonders: Jan 25, 2023 “You know you’ve made it when you buy a Turtleneck” (A turtleneck is a type of bond that is hard to buy because a big entity is holding all of them and isn’t selling. They were holding the bonds and taking the company down.) Feb 14, 2023 “Someone tell the government(bbby board) to stop shooting down my Balloons.” (A balloon payment is a larger-than-usual one-time payment at the end of the loan term. RC was referring to his offer to buy buy buy baby.) Mar 8, 2023 HELLO - Help Eliminate the Levy on Locution (HELLO) Act. Locution is an utterance regarded in terms of its intrinsic meaning or reference, as distinct from its function or purpose in context. Ryan wants to be able to openly talk about his plans and openly make deals, but he can’t. The SEC would punish him in a heartbeat despite letting market makers intentionally fail-to-deliver and not even have to make it right for 35 days. And even then, can do the same thing indefinitely. 2023.05.23 01:53 DepartureHonest7948 The Uncompromising Blissful Extravagance of His Presence!

Pray for the new wells and the living water and safe water recently drilled or soon to be drilled in Tanzania, India, Malawi, and Pakistan.
Pray for our upcoming Christmas gift campaigns to bless children and youth in many nations. Many of them are precious, beautiful children (orphans). As the Lord leads, pray about giving any amount to bless dear CMM children this Christmas.

Please pray for me as I speak tomorrow online to a crusade with 8,000 expected to attend in Pakistan. In December, I will speak at conferences in Liberia and Kenya with fellow CMM Ordained ministers Robert Bimba (Liberia), Tom Omukhobero, and Daniel and Christine Oyoko (Kenya).
We are working on plans and trips for 2023. If you would like to have some of our awesome CMM family speakers for a conference in your area or would like to join or lead a missions trip, we would love to hook you up with dear friends in many nations.
Please join me in welcoming Dr. Louis Blom of Judea Harvest as Associate Director of Missions at CMM. This strategic alliance multiplies the efforts and impact in building the Kingdom of our God, for His glory.

Honoring and Celebrating the Class of 2022's 196 Graduates of CMM College of Theology Global Schools

We thank the Lord for the hunger, perseverance and faith to finish strong. Each one encountered the Lord in fresh new ways as their hunger and perseverance in faith reaped eternal change as evidenced in their dissertations and heavenly encounters. In the last few months we have graduated 196 students from our global schools. All glory to the Lord as we enter our 16th year of offering affordable, life changing accredited degrees around the world. Each year our school is led by the Holy Spirit to go higher and deeper in excellence in academic standards and spirit-led equipping in a truly experiential, interactive, a

Highlights Of Our Amazing Trip To The Holy Land With Chris Reed And Bart Peacher
By CMM.World CMMTheology.org - July 19, 2022

Strategic Connecting Toward Freshness and Fullness in God
CMM is strategically positioned with proven, trusted, indigenous friends in many nations activating, equipping, connecting and releasing the saints to reach their people and nation with the love of Father God.
CMM is cross-denominational. We are seated in heavenly places with Christ Jesus and the completed work of Jesus Christ on the cross assures us of victory, through trials, as we are trained to rule and reign with the Father's heart and love of justice and mercy and walk humbly before Him.
CMM is a 501c3 founded in 1978. We also handle donor relations for approximately 500 missionaries globally, ordained ministers, as we enjoy the Lord in fellowship, offering Christian accredited degrees globally, church planting, healing, counseling, orphanages, and prayer centers, creative arts, prophetic, humanitarian aid and disaster relief, medical, stopping human trafficking, leadership training and creative incubators for entrepreneurs, disaster relief, and connecting destinies.

2023.05.19 14:51 kittehgoesmeow What A Day: Air Jordan by Julia Claire & Crooked Media (05/18/23)
"She ain't worth it, bro." - Rep. AOC (D-NY) telling an unimpeachable truth while pulling Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) away from Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), who was saying typical MTG shit Judiciary In The Coal Mine
Once Republicans narrowly took back the House, manufactured scandals and abuse of oversight power were inevitable. Enter: Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH)! - Jordan’s crowning moment was supposed to be a Thursday House Judiciary subcommittee hearing touting FBI “whistleblowers,” who, he claimed, would expose left-wing politicization of the bureau, and its unfair targeting of Donald Trump and his supporters, including January 6 rioters. Well, a day earlier, the FBI revoked the security clearances of three agents—including two of Jordan’s witnesses—who either took part in January 6, or later expressed opinions about it that called their “allegiance to the United States” into question.
- Jordan became chairman of the House Judiciary Committee with the new Congress, and immediately announced the formation of new “task forces” dedicated to investigating the “weaponization of the federal government,” alleging, hilariously, that the FBI has been used as a tool to oppress conservatives. The idea that the FBI is a cudgel against conservatives is further undermined by the Bureau’s failure to appropriately investigate to right-wing domestic terrorist groups, and the well-documented problem of right-wing extremists in the FBI and law enforcement more broadly.
- Nevertheless, for the past several months, GOP members of Congress have been courting any FBI agents whom they believe will echo the deranged argument that the Bureau and other intelligence agencies are tools of left-wing harassment, targeting Trump and his supporters. Even if Trump pays them to make that allegation. Let’s just remind everyone that the FBI is and has always been a conservative agency, and was full of conservative appointees before January 6. That hasn’t stopped Jordan from long alleging (with no actual proof yet) that he has “dozens” of whistleblowers at the ready.
So what do the ranking Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee actually have to support their conspiracy theory? Not much. - The self-professed “whistleblowers” at the center of this investigation are former agents Marcus Allen, Stephen Friend, and Brett Gloss. The FBI revoked Gloss’s security clearance two-weeks ago after internal investigators determined that he was in the crowd on January 6 and later provided “false and/or misleading information” about what he saw. The report documenting that finding was sent to Jim Jordan by the FBI’s acting assistant director, Christopher Dunham. Did this new information deter Jordan from his villain’s quest? Of course not.
- Jordan was, for back of a letter phrase, really on one during today’s hearing. He repeatedly denied requests from his Democratic colleagues to share the transcribed deposition of one of the GOP’s alleged “whistleblowers” then freaked the fuck out at Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) when Goldman read the rules, which require transcripts to be made available to all committee members. Jordan and his Republican colleagues are frothing at the mouth to smear the FBI’s executive assistant director of human resources Jennifer Leigh Moore. They claim Moore was part of carrying out a “purge” of FBI employees with conservative views (lol). According to an excerpt from her transcript Moore shared that she oversees the security clearances of about 38,000 employees, and only 32 are currently suspended.
Okay, Jim, you want to talk about weaponization of government? Let’s! Confronted with the fact that these “witnesses” have taken money from a Trump front group,
Jordan again, freaked the fuck out and yelled “They got a family! How are they supposed to feed their family?” You’re right, Jim, there is literally no other way that they could. Excellent point. Airtight arguments all around. Can’t wait to see what you guys do next.
Look No Further Than Crooked Media
At the current rate of Trump’s legal troubles, every New Yorker is probably going to be put on a Trump jury sooner or later. Just remember to check your mail and Grab a Totally Impartial Potential Juror tee, now available at the Crooked Store. For the non-New Yorkers, you might not be able to establish a New York residency in time but if you miss this one at least you’ll have this shirt until you can catch the next one.

Under The Radar
Once again, we gotta talk about Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA). The 89-year-old Senator has officially returned to the Capitol after a two-month absence, yes, but new reports indicate that her recent health problems were even more serious than previously reported, and
her latest interview with Slate, in which she denied having been away from the Senate at all is not inspiring confidence in her mental acuity or ability to fulfill her duties.
Feinstein suffered several complications after being hospitalized for shingles back in February, including a previously-unreported case of encephalitis. Encephalitis, which is swelling of the brain, can leave patients with lasting memory and language problems, sleep disorders, periods of confusion, and other physical and cognitive challenges. Feinstein has already suffered substantial memory issues that have led many to question her fitness to serve. Even those who have long been close to Feinstein called her appearance “frightening” and worry it shows she was not ready to return to work. Calls for Feinstein to resign are not “misogynistic” as some Democratic establishment figures have intimated, particularly because Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) has indicated that he would appoint a Black woman to serve as interim senator. California is a state of 40 million people, already under-represented by the unfairness of the Senate. It at least deserves two competent senators.
What Else?
Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy said a debt-limit deal is close at hand and he expects the House to vote on an agreement by next week. We’ll believe it when we see it, Kevin.
The Supreme Court issued a pair of rulings upholding protections for social-media companies from lawsuits by users who have been victims of attacks by militant groups on their platforms under the Anti-Terrorism Act. Kowtowing to right-wing Christian outrage, the Los Angeles Dodgers disinvited the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, a charity founded during the AIDS crisis, and will no longer be honoring them with the team’s Community Hero Award at LGBTQ+ Pride Night at Dodger Stadium. The Los Angeles LGBT Center threatened to boycott Pride Night unless the Dodgers reverse course.
A new Reuters poll published on Wednesday shows that more than two-thirds of Americans are concerned about the negative effects of artificial intelligence, with 61 percent believing that it could threaten the future of humanity. On Thursday, tens of thousands of Israeli nationalists processed through the Muslim quarter of Jerusalem’s Old City as part of the celebration of “Jerusalem Day” which has increasingly become a Jewish-nationalist show of force meant to undermine and intimidate Palestinians in recent years. Floods in Northern Italy have killed at least 13 people and caused billions of euros worth of damage. Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) is expected to finally announce his 2024 presidential bid next week, which we're sure will be a great day for the worst people in America. Ukraine’s military intelligence and Russia’s Wagner mercenary group both reported further Russian retreats around the city of Bakhmut, as Ukraine moves forward with its most significant military advance ahead of its planned counteroffensive. Be Smarter
Los Angeles County Inspector General Max Huntsman alleges that 35 deputies in the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are suspected members of notorious deputy gangs. Gangs within the LASD have garnered attention before, and the two in question today are the Executioners of the Compton station, and the Banditos operating out of the East L.A. station. Huntsman told the
Los Angeles Times that his department “conducted incomplete internal affairs investigations into the Banditos and Executioners, failing to identify all members,” and therefore all deputies are being forced to show their tattoos and disclose the identity of anyone else who has them. There was almost immediate pushback from some deputies (I wonder why!!) who turned to the union that represents them to challenge the request. A 2021 state law gave inspectors general the authority to investigate law-enforcement gangs by requiring cooperation from all agencies. Although the letter doesn’t specify what happens if an individual deputy refuses to comply, the law states that failing to cooperate with an investigation into police misconduct can be grounds for decertification.
