With all of the posts recently about how to mentally handle the death of your character in the game, I thought I would give my advice.
I struggled with wanting to make another character early on. It seemed pointless, since they ALL die. My friend and I developed the mantra "The world is my character." This helped me a lot. Just build a book and video library in your base. Yes, it takes about a week in game to get through all of the books and videos, but it is much faster than farming those skills manually.
Over 800 hours into my PZ experience, this mindset has served me well. Personally, I always spawn my new character on my old one. This way, the new character fights through to the goodies on the old body. In my head cannon, the new character then found the map on the body and went to their base. Then, they train themselves and live the good life until death inevitably comes.

I woke up this morning and sat down with my tank after getting the light and bubbler on. I'm supposed to have 6 Harlequins. I have 5. I checked all over the tank, looked in the filter (even though the water shouldn't be high enough for anyone to get in there). Checked with the husband. Had the kid double check. I fed them to try to draw it out. I have peeked into the barrel and looked at all the plants.
I have some Khuli Loaches and Amano Shrimp but I've lost a Harlequin and a Khuli before and they've left the bodies alone. It was there when I turned the lights off last night (I do two short sessions).
Where else could my fish be?!

On this post: https://www.reddit.com/livealive/comments/13ynd04/live_a_live_2_what_chapters_id_like_to_see/ I mentioned I'd like to see a Superhero-themed chapter involving a city named Cosmos City being invaded by aliens. It was inspired by the China chapter of LAL.
The plot involves Cosmos City, in the USA, being invaded by aliens (spawns of the alien from Cube's chapter, which in LAL2 alternate history has devoured and assimilated Cube to become the alien queen of this chapter).
The plot starts with Jason David Stark attacking the nest of the alien queen (it's genderless, but I'll call it a queen) alone, and almost defeats it at the cost of getting crippled and having his Green Dragon armor rendered inoperable. Meanwhile. the alien queen has survived, and it's gonna regenerate and learn a new plan to attack Cosmos City through its adaptation ability.
Back in Cosmos City, the aliens seem to have died, for now, but the queen is not actually dead so they're gonna respawn and attack again. Jason, no longer being able to use his armor, decides to train the rest of the Guardian Force to prepare for the new invasion.
Some months pass, and, as Jason predicted, the aliens come back with a vengeance. As such, Jason and the Guardian Force he leads are now ready to stop them. One of the heroes, the one with the highest affinity and level, claims the title of New Green Dragon in honor of the late Jason, and leads the attack on the aliens' nest.
Since the queen has adapted to Jason's powers and is now able to counter them, Jason decides to lead the city defense and send some of his Guardian Force to attack the nest while the rest assist him in city defense. Jason eventually dies while tackling the aliens' main force in a forced loss battle, meanwhile, the player's decisions cause other heroes to take up different tasks and fight some specific boss aliens. They might die or survive, depending on the situation.
The two doing tasks in the nest (but not the two protecting the city) assist the New Green Dragon as a party against the final boss. Then, as the New Green Dragon comes back to the city, the surviving heroes all cheer for them and, for the final chapter, teach them their signature special skill based on summoning them.
Unlike the China chapter, this one punishes favoritism severely, as avoiding favoritisms causes your heroes to be able to survive and give whoever is the New Green Dragon special skills to use in the final chapter.

The heroes' team, called the Guardian Force, is inspired by the "Sense of Right Alliance" bootleg toys (which depicts Superman, Batman, Spider-Man, a Power Ranger, Lightning McQueen and Shrek):
Green Dragon (Jason David Stark) is a tribute to Jason David Frank's Green Ranger and represents the Power Ranger, given he's a user of a cybernetic armor who can summon a dragon. Jason is the hero at the start of the game, and the character you control outside of battle for most of it. As he's gonna sacrifice himself to defend the city, you control him for one last time and have to beat waves and waves of aliens in a battle that carries on until you die: each wave you beat gives you rarer drops and beating the fifth wave gives a special weapon for the final chapter, however, after the fifth wave, a special boss spawns which uses an instakill move before you even get a chance to attack.
Killer Backhoe is a tribute to Lightning McQueen, being a modified backhoe controlled by an AI, with a machine gun turret mounted on it. He has an A rank in Strength and a B in Range, but a D in flight. If he survives, he gives the New Green Dragon the skill Grave Digger (Martial-elemental charge in a straight line with a 2x2 width, with a chance of an instant kill)
Bloodbat (Pat Cullenson) is a tribute to Pattinson's Batman (and Edward Cullen) and represents Batman, being a vampire with blood magic and the ability to turn into a bat. He has a B rank in Flight and an A rank in Range, and a D rank in Strength. If he survives, he'll give the New Green Dragon the skill My Bloody Valentine (health-draining Dark-elemental magic attack which inflicts Poison, Intoxication, atk down and def down in a 3x3 range)
The Oni (Roland Takahara) is a tribute to Shrek, being, you know, an oni. He has an S rank in Strength and a D in both Range and Flight. If he survives, he'll give the New Green Dragon the skill Oni's Rage (Blunt-elemental physical attack which covers a 4x4 area around the user and raises the user's atk but lowers their defense)
Plasma Jet (Henry Hartmann) is a tribute to Superman (especially Henry Cavill's one), as his power to control plasma allows him to fly and shoot heat beams. He has a C rank in Strength, an A rank in Range and an S rank in Flight. If he survives, he'll give the New Green Dragon the skill Plasma Blast (long-ranged Fire-elemental magic attack which hits a 4x4 area)
Monarch Butterfly (Vanessa Del Bruco) is a tribute to Spider-Man, as she controls bugs, shoot silk and split her body into multiple bugs. She has an S rank in Range, a D rank in Strength and a B rank in Flight. If she survives, she'll give the New Green Dragon the skill Hungry Swarm (Projectile-elemental physical attack which hits the whole field dealing 10 hits of light damage and drains health)
Note that in order to survive, each hero has to be a certain level or higher depending on what task you have them attempt. Since every hero has not only a task to accomplish, but also an individual boss to fight associated with said task, you have to win those boss battles cause if you lose it's not just a game over and reset, your hero dies.
In order to perform some tasks and have your heroes survive, you need a hero which has of those talents at a certain rank (those ranks can increase with levels). Some of these tasks involve rescuing civilians from a skyscraper, hitting flying aliens storming the city, removing debris blocking a road, and then destroying the gate to the nest or reaching it by flying or opening a passage by shooting. Each hero needs to have not only a certain skill rank to be able to perform those tasks, but also be at a certain level to be able to survive those tasks.
Jason can have "support conversations" and "training sessions" with various heroes in order to decide which ones go to the nest and which ones stay to defend the city. All surviving heroes who are in the nest are used as the party against the final boss.
After you finish the chapter, the New Green Dragon learns the ability to summon the heroes who have survived the chapter in order to launch one skill (as such being able to use a skill from their skillset in the final chapter). For instance, Killer Backhoe surviving gives you his skill Grave Digger, whose animation involves Killer Backhoe appearing and doing a Martial-elemental charge in a straight line which , or Bloodbat surviving gives whoever the New Green Dragon is his skill My Bloody Valentine, with an animation involving summoning Bloodbat, who uses Dark-elemental blood magic to drain health and inflict Poison, Intoxication and all stats down in a 3x3 range.

Decided to play summon necro as it was rated bottom-tier by basically everyone.
To preface, are summon necros as bad as people say it is? Not really, I cleared the campaign in WT2 with only a few instances of minions dying too easily. But when it happens its pretty painfully bad, there's no recourse. Nothing you do generates enough corpses and since you put all of your eggs into the minion basket, you can't really do that much damage on your own to start getting them back up.
My minion kit is:

• Skirmishers with the Crit buff
• Frost Mages with Vuln buff (+blizz lege power)
• Blood Golem with damage buff

That being said, there's still some glaringly huge problems with minions that need addressing:
-- Minion Health
Even fully invested in all minion passives, running the priest 24/7 every chance I can, even with the latest buffs, there are some mechanics that simply decimate your minions and you have absolutely no control over it. It's better, but clustered elite packs once you hit WT3 will kill your minions, and if you don't have corpses handy, you're screwed.
No one else has this problem, it is unique to summon necros, there are conditions in which we become fully unfunctional and there has to be some way to deal with this. It's not like we're crushing damage meters and blowing up the world so this weakness is warranted, it's just another nail in the coffin of a kinda bad build.
Suggestion: Either increase the base healing of the priest or tie it to a passive to heavily improve how much the heal does. 2% life per second doesn't cut it when minions are taking 30% of their life every hit, the passive that makes it heal them for 60% of their life after 5 seconds is great, but it requires so much forethought and setup in a game where an elite minion might just spam AOE's and instakill your dudes, there is no reactive way to save your minions. Which seems like something we need.

-- Minion AI
Minions are dumb as hell. In fact part of the reason they die so much, I think, is that they often just stand there getting beaten to death while doing nothing. They seem to get locked onto enemies and then, if there's other enemies in their way, instead of changing targets, they just stand there or try to run around to get to it and fail to do so.
Skeleton Mages sometimes lag so far behind that they don't engage enemies with the rest of your minions.
Golems suffer this the most. Their activated ability has to make them ignore enemy colliders, they should rush to the location you used it, trigger their ability, and then go back into a normal state. Currently, the number of times I've used a golem ability and honest to god had no idea where my golem even was is way too high. I walked past a group of enemies, used my golem to try and force move him past that first pack, and it took him in the realm of 10-15 full seconds before he actually got to me. Not to mention, if you use the golem's ability on top of certain monsters, like towers, they run in circles around it doing nothing for like 30 seconds.
Suggestion: Please improve this, make them more aggressive, make the golem not such a complete moron. Minions need something, like ignoring each other's colliders, or being able to walk through enemies, something. They get stuck in packs and stand there like idiots all the time.

-- Minion Damage
Of all the things, this is the best part. I absolutely melt bosses and single targets. Getting to the boss in WT3 Nightmare Dungeons is the hard part, the boss basically dies in a couple seconds. They suffer in packs because none of them really have AOE besides the golem, so I supplement them with Bone Spirit to clear most trash out and let them focus on the elites.
That all being said, it is insane to me the hoops summon necros have to go through to upkeep their keystone passive and some other passives that are huge contributors to minion damage. If I get hit, by anything, I lose 30% attack speed on my minions. I have to not take damage for 3 full seconds, in a screen full of bullshit, to get my keystone passive. There are fights I never even see this, because of the sheer amount of projectiles floating around.
And then... you want me to stay close to my minions to give them a 30% damage boost. And then... you want me to stay about 70% hp to give them another attack speed boost.
So I have stand in melee range of enemies with my minions, not get hit, and not take too much damage, or literally all of these huge buffs to my minions go away.
Suggestion: Rework all of the big damage passives. For minions to already be this weak, with this many problems, to pile on that you basically need to stand next to them and not get hit by anything, is completely insane. All the other keystones either don't have conditions or have extremely minimal conditions that are easy to satisfy, why is so much burden put on minions?

-- Army of the Dead "Ultimate" Ability
I cannot stress how painfully bad this skill is even after the buff. Unless this does giga-damage then it'll be a perpetually awful ability because it mechanically is bad. If it didn't rez my minions and if there wasn't a legendary power that made it a 7 second long 140% attack speed buff to my minions, I would snap remove this from my bar.
Army of the Dead spawns skeletons far away from you, near the edges of the room. The skill clearly targets any targetable thing. Not enemies. The overwhelming majority of your skeletons are lost to: blowing up on boxes, crates, jars, or just blowing up in the middle of nowhere on nothing. Very few skeletons actually make contact with an enemy.
Suggestion: Rework Army of the Dead to specifically only target enemies. Like monsters. Not boxes. And make sure they actually get to their target before exploding. Also, why only a 15% chance to spawn a corpse? It's a 70 second long cooldown, just let it drop bodies.

-- Enemy AI
Enemies don't seem to care at all about my minions, and that's insane. Rarely do enemies actually target them. The Butcher, for instance, does not target your minions, ever. And as a necro, you can't kite him, he runs faster than you do, and you can't tank him or at least I can't. I managed to kill him once because he got caught in a ring of my minions and they just beat him to death while his AI struggled to reach me (re-iterating again, the AI in Diablo 4 is bad). When he did reach me, I took some hits, popped blood mist, healed up, and tried to get him bugged into my minions again. It works, it's just extremely tedious, and my minions seemingly stop hitting him regularly because they seem to struggle with targeting moving enemies.
This creates an interesting problem, where I have seen on multiple occasions enemies basically funnel through my minions to gang up on me. And as much as I try to kite back, expecting any of them to engage any of my minions, they refuse to do so, meanwhile--because my minion AI is so god damn bad, they are in a constant state of trying to figure out where to walk and what to do, that they just slowly die from AOE's and don't really kill anything.
This doesn't always happen, but when it does it's infuriating.

-- Summary
The minion build is fairly fun, keeping up the damage buff, using the golem, watching army of the dead wreck a single target is all great--when it works. But the consistency in which it doesn't is overwhelming. I don't think it's crazy far off, but there are mechanical changes that need to happen to make minions really function, the pathing issue is so painful on the golem it absolutely kills me.
Also, why can we see the HP and damage of the golem, but not skeletons? This would be very helpful and appreciated.

Hi everyone, I need help to select one bag for multi-tasking like short day trips to trail, park, museum, beach and city commute with my kid. Generally, I carry two 32oZ water bottle, granola bars, packed foods, warm clothes during winter, beach wear and towel during summer, kids books, phone charger and other small stuffs. Sometime it is tiring when I haul these staff whole day (8 to 10 hours) in my current backpack. Personally, I like something which is comfortable to carry and durable enough to to sustain rough usage. Some time my bag is dragged and thrown in the floor, rock, mud and grass. After searching over internet, I found that mystery ranch bags have most comfortable harness and built to last. I like the tri-zipper access.
I ordered both scree 32 and 2 day assault, and testing them currently. However, I need your help to select a proper bag based on long term real world experience. I will really appreciate your advice.
Personally, I liked the scree32's fit and comfort. Also, I love the less tactical look and water bottle holders. However, I am concerned about the durability of 210D robic nylon used in this bag. I feel like it might fail in stress in long term. Does any body has long term experience with scree 32 in 210D robic nylon? whether 210D robic nylon can sustain rough use?
2 day assault pack with cordura 500D feel more durable. However, I did not like the hip belt, which is bare minimum. In addition, sternum strap has weird pointed buckle which dig into arm when turn around or reach high. Although, I like the inner organization better than scree 32, and it might help to arrange things better.
Right now I am leaning towards scree-32 but I am not sure about my selection. Please advise if scree 32 is good enough for my use? Also, whether 210D Robic nylon is durable enough to take beating?

Molly: Ok? *Call ends* Jonathan, were going on an adventure. But first we need to bring in some people and some weapons.
Jonathan: What?
Few hours later...
Sasha: So Mr. X called you and told us to come here?
Molly: Yes, and I don't know why. Maybe they manage to make the portal stable?
Dorian: Who is Mr. X?
Jonathan: A bald person who works in the government and made crazy inventions.
Dorian: I wanna see that guy.
So we reach the place where Mr. X runs a lab, which is where he created a portal that supposed to lead us to Amphibia.
Mr. X: Hello kids, seems like you brought some extra help.
Sasha: I don't trust you. One time you got us stuck in a different dimension for a week.
Mr. X: I know, but now we fixed it. We just need to set a target location on the other side of the portal where it spawns, and the test subject voluntarily sets it in the White Space on his mind.
Dorian: White Space?
Molly: Uh oh, I think I know who the text subject is... SUNNY!
So we ran to the room where the portal was located, and we saw Sunny's body in a contraption, where there is a dead body right next to it.
Molly: Oh my gosh, what did you do to Sunny?
Aubrey: I'm so sorry, there's a reason why we did it. There is something in Sunny's mind that we just need to do this.
Molly: Do What!?
Aubrey: That one.
So the dead body that was right next to Sunny is her used to be his older sister. Mari, and Mr. X found a way to revive her.
Sasha: Oh my gosh, who's that?
Molly: I think, it's-
Aubrey: Mari. It has been 24 years since she died. When Sunny shut himself in, his mother met Mr. X, who was young at that time and he wants to donate her body to him, just to do an experiment. Thanks to cryogenics, she's intact, although a lot of the process has been made.
Molly: Process, what process?
Mr. X: Repairing her spinal cord after internal decapitation, which is the cause of her death. It took a lot of effort to repair the spinal cord with the help of the doctors from around the world secretly. That took 14 years to do it.
Jonathan: That was so damn impressive that you managed to do this, but why didn't you want to show it to the world?
Mr. X: It's too long, so we need to find another way. And this one is experimental that is too risky and the legal and moral problems that it needs to face in society.
Molly: So what are you going to do to her?
Mr. X: Were going to revive her.
Molly: Using Sunny's soul?
Aubrey: No, we use something to our imagination and bring it to reality.
Sasha: That seems dumb.
Aubrey: No, it's not. A long time ago, Sunny made a headspace from the first four years during Mari's death. His headspace was a place to survive during is shut in phase on his life. When I lived with him, we both filled in with crazy headspace plans that can help Sunny's future outside life. And then we came up with a plan to revive Mari by trying to create a life jam, which is called the Ultimate Life Jam that can actually revive a dead person, not a toast of bread after defeat. Problem is, this was on his mind and there is no way to replicate it in real life. Right now, he hasn't gone back to the headspace for a long time and we forget where we put the Ultimate Life Jam.
Molly: Who's plan was this?
Sunny's Mom: My plan. I spent so much hard work that I rarely interact with Sunny during his 4 years of shut in. I tried to help him by giving things he needed to survive, until we moved into a new place where Mr. X's base was near me.
Molly: Ms. Suzuki?
Sunny's Mom: I know. We were grieving a lot, and I'm the only one who can't recover at all.
Jonathan: I'm not sure if this should work, but I want to see what Sunny's headspace looks like.
Mr. X: Well that signs it. So what weapons did you bring?
We show all of the weapons that we brought to fight something in headspace.
Mr. X: Molly, why did you use a violin as a weapon?
Molly: It has Nokia strength, and I have calamity powers to back it up.
Mr. X: Sasha just brought a sword. You could have a cooler sword just like what Jonathan has.
Sasha: It was forge on Amphibia you know?
Mr. X: Jonathan, you are having a hard time using the sword, right?
Jonathan: I know, but this sword can float mid air.
Mr. X: Ok? So Dorian, you bought-
Dorian: A glock?
Mr. X: 45 caliber bullets? This seems fine. Do you have extra rounds?
Dorian: Yes, 200 ammo, and probably more lootbox in Sunny's mind.
Mr. X: Hmmm, I think you're all set and Sunny is in a state of controlled coma, which has a 24 hour time limit in our time to retrieve the jam, but we can wake him up if you finish it early though.
Molly: I won't disappoint you.
Jonathan: Uhhh, I think 24 hours will not be enough to find something in his headspace?
Aubrey: I have to remind you, time runs 48x slower in headspace, so you have a lot of time to go around and explore in the headspace.
Dorian: 48x slower, so that means we have 48 days. That's cool but we wouldn't waste it, right?
Jonathan: I'm skeptical.
After this, Mr. X reactivated the portal again, and it all leads to Sunny's headspace, or I like to call it, his infraverse.
Mr. X: Terri will keep you in touch on your headspace adventures.
Molly: Got it!👍
Mr. X: Alright, the portal will be activated in 3, 2, 1. *Portal activates*
Dorian: ... Ok, so we go in?
Jonathan: Of course we go in.
Then we went into the portal, and it landed us in Sunny's headspace, which was the most central part of his mind.
Molly: Where are we?
Jonathan: Were in Sunny's mind.
Molly: According to me, you will see his inner version of himself.
Sasha: This feels creepy.
Molly: Of course, it used to be scarier during the first four years, but as the time passes, he said that it gotten less scary since he managed to control himself to not let his alter ego take over his mind.
Dorian: Alter ego? Who is it?
Then we saw Sunny, in his inner form of his mind, panicking.
Molly: Sunny?
Sunny: Oh my gosh! How did you all get in my mind? I didn't plan to make you all in my headspace.
Jonathan: We used Mr. X's contraption to travel into different places, and he sets it to your mind and you have something to do about it, right?
Sunny: Oh, you mean the Ultimate Life Jam? Well you can take the jam, because I can't get it out on my mind. But since you weren't, you can bring it into the real world.
Sasha: Oh, I now the context on what Mr. X wants us to do: Find the life jam thing in Sunny's mind and bring it out in the real world using Mr. X portal.
Molly: He said that he won't open the portal until we get the jam or the time runs out. By the way, what's the problem?
Sunny: Look.
So he sent us to the control room in the White Space, which is where everything in his mind was controlled.
Sunny: So this is my headspace control room, and this is where my world is controlled. Normally, before I wake up, I must shut the headspace down to avoid incidents in the headspace when I was gone. However I forgot to turn it off one day and left it for NEARLY A DECADE!
Molly: So, is there a problem after leaving it for a while?
Sunny: Well, based on the map.... 4/10 headspace sectors are in serious situation right now. First is the Otherworld is in constant war with the Infinity world, which they are constantly suppressed by each other, then In Sweethearts Castle, there is a huge issue because Perfectheart deposed Sweetheart and it didn't go well for the townspeople, then someone breached my prison that I made for Dreamworld Kel from Dankistsn.
Sasha: Dreamworld Kel? Who's that?
Molly: Did you just imagined Kel as a prisoner?
Sunny: I just locked him in because if I set free one of the main 3 Dreamworld destroyers, Omori will come out and destroy me, including my mental health.
Jonathan: Oh no, we can't just go on and let Dreamworld Kel do destruction, I want to showcase the pain now?
Sunny: Well, we should get out using one of the doors that leads to outside White Space.
Molly: Can we go now? I want to see what is the rest of your mind be like?
Sunny: Ok, ok, let's go.
So we go outside the White Space and explore to save the Dreamworld. This is where the new adventure starts.
Snake: Sunny? Who are these guys?
Sunny: Oh, these arent in my mind, and they came from the real world.
Snake: How?
Sunny: Some portal contraption made by a bald scientist.
Snake: Hmmm, I'm gonna ask them. Hey blonde girl with a dye on her hair, why are you here!?
Molly: I'm Molly, and we are going to find the Ultimate Life Jam to revive Mari, in real life!
Snake: Sunny loved her so much... He wants her back, right?
Molly: Most likely yes, according to his accounts.
Snake: It's true. The sun shined brighter when she was around, but one accident was enough to send her into her demise.
Molly: I know the story, he accidentally pushed her down stairs and framed her death as a suicide, not realizing she was still alive.
Snake:... Did you tell that story to her?
Sunny: Yes. She also wonders what she was like when she's alive.
Snake:... Hmmm, that seems great, because we have a replica of her when she was still alive. He uses her to talk to his problems out
Molly: I want to see her!
Snake: Go for it. Sunny, here's your allowance, 30 clams to go around the world.
Sunny: Thanks snake.
We went outside White Space, and we're in the Vast Forest part of his Headspace.
Sunny: Welcome to the Vast Forest, be careful of hostile sprout moles, they are hostile when they are lost.
Sasha: How hostile are they?
Sunny: Very hostile...
So there was a path that leads to a playground, which was now abandoned after 15 years of stagnation. In the abandoned playground, a treehouse was built on the center of the playground itself.
Underneath the tree, we saw Mari, and acted like what she could have been when she was still alive.
Sunny: Mari, I'm back!
Headspace Mari: Sunny!
Under the tree...
Headspace Mari: Where have you been?
Sunny: Focusing myself in real life. A lot of things has happened. Getting a job, having a wife, and raising two kids.
Headspace Mari: Oh my gosh, that's a lot, but who are those guys? Did you programed it up into your imagination?
Dorian: No, were real humans, we came from real life.
HeadspaceMari: Oh, thats what happened.
Sunny: And I forgot to shut the headspace down when I was gone, and now there is chaos in some places and I need to fix it with the help of them.
Molly: So you're Mari, before you died, right?
Headspace Mari: Yes. I'm basically a replica of real life Mari, and I'm aware the real one died after accident.
Jonathan: Listen here, we're going on an adventure in this place and we're looking for the Ultimate Life Jam.
Headspace Mari: Ultimate Life Jam? Oh the life jam that can revive anyone that didn't die as a toast. I don't know where but it was being abandoned for a long time because Sunny forgot to shut the headspace down when he left.
Sunny: Yeah it's my fault and now there are some places in Headspace that are now suffering from humanitarian crisis and I decided to ask them for some help.
Headspace Mari: Oh, well if you need to fight, then here are some food and items that can help you in battle. You already have weapons right?
Everyone in my group: *raises all of their available weapons*
Headspace Mari: That's a, lethal weapon choice. That can work.
So we analyzed the food and items that she gave us. She gave:
- 5 toast - 5 hotdogs - 3 life jam packets - 2 Banana smoothie - 5 rubber bands - and a disposable shield, which helps to negate damage.
Dorian: Life jam packets? I don't think we need to go further.
Sunny: Those aren't Ultimate Life Jam though, but they function as a way to revive in the battle.
Headspace Mari: So, are you ready to tackle your own world after more than a decade of working in real life?
Sunny: Well, I'm ready. Guys, are you ready too?
Jonathan: Is it ok to cause as much damage as possible?
Sunny: Well yes, you can.
Molly: LETS GOOO!!!
Sasha: I have a bad feeling about this...
Dorian: Just let them enjoy, seeing these two side by side is pretty entertaining because Molly and Jonathan's dynamic is somehow worth it.
Sasha: Yeah, it should.
Headspace Mari: Also meet Headspace Basil when you are going around. He is somewhere though.
Sunny: Got it! 👍
Then we go around the adventure to fix Sunny's Headspace Humanitarian Crisis, then find the Ultimate Life Jam to be given to Mr. X

Hey guys, I’m starting to branch out and explore lot more on lube choices, and I’m just wondering what everyone’s favorite is/ best recommendations? Here is what I’ve used so far:
Astroglide water based: 6.5/10, I love the slippery and feeling of it, but I have to re-apply it too much or use spit or something otherwise it starts to get really dry and hurts
Petroleum Jelly/Vaseline: 6/10, pretty good feeling but it gets really dry and then it starts to hurt. Unless I constantly use spit it just isn’t slippery enough
Coconut oil: 9.5/10, I love this, probably my favorite so far, it can just get pretty messy but that isn’t a problem for me, it’s very slippery, I don’t have to re-apply too much, good level of thick-ness, etc. my body just loves it so any recommendations similar is appreciated
Gun oil silicone: 7/10, It’s good but I have to go at a slower pace or it gets uncomfortable and hurts, I think it’s because for my body it almost feels as if there’s no ‘coating’, so it slides easily but it hurts unless I go slow as it’s not thick enough or something

Chapter Eight
“Chaos.” A storm raged as lightning flashed and thunder clashed. It was an endless barrage of havoc from nature unbridled. Through the storm, the form of a mask took shape, cackling while lightning struck the voids of its sockets and gave it otherworldly eyes. Its sheer size wasn’t an exaggeration either, and it took the form of a bright light with only the faintest appearance of a humanoid form with long arms. It also had horns sticking out of its head with long, silver hair. If that weren’t enough, wings spread out behind it, creating fire and devastation with every flap.
“In the time before time, there was no order in the universe. Mayhem reigned over an ageless blight.”
The gigantic figure waved its hands around gracefully as a conductor. Great flashes of destruction erupted when it threw its hands up and down. As if it was making music, the mask slowly raised its hands while twiddling its fingers, gradually drawing upon rolling thunder. After a pause, the mask threw its arms down, causing all the clouds and fire around it to drop.
Everything went dark after that.
“This would continue until a miracle happened.”
From out of the darkness formed a planet. The mask’s hands appeared, giving the earth a glow that acted like the sun. The mask appeared in full again and raised the world to get a better look.
“From out of thin air came the world you know as Mekkan. Ananke, the Eternal Strife, had intended an eternity of destruction in her image, but her calamity created life, leaving her baffled and furious.”
Ananke, as she was called, held Mekkan in her hand. The pupils in her eyes turned red as she raised her other hand into a fist. Her hand trembled with fury as she threatened to smash the planet to pieces. Bringing her fist down, she stopped at the very last moment.
“It was as if another miracle had happened. Having accidentally created life, she realized for the first time that she had a heart. The great destroyer shed a single tear of regret over what she had almost done.”
A tear slid down her mask until it dropped onto Mekkan. Spreading across the planet, it became a water world. Next, her wings pulled themselves off and broke into pieces. Each piece took the form of a dragon. They fluttered around like butterflies except for one. A white dragon, bigger than the others, landed on Ananke’s finger. Ananke stroked the dragon’s chin before the dragon took off.
“From Ananke came the dragons, an extension of her will, and they flew into the world where they brought down fire and devastation. Nobody was perfect, but in her fleeting regret, she was curious whether she could create more miracles.”
Mekkan, under dragon fire, saw entire continents of volcanic hellscapes emerge from the boiling oceans. The dragons used their wings to calm the flames until they were only embers. Circling the skies, they used magic to form clouds, spreading them worldwide and bringing about rain. The last of the fires were put out. Soon, there was grass, and then there were trees.
“Ananke did it again. It became an experiment in creation, a foreign concept to a destroyer god. Perhaps she only wished to satisfy her cosmic ego, so she took it further and had three children. She tasked them with creating sentient life, sending them to Mekkan on their mission.”
Three masks fell into the world like shooting stars. Crash landing into different parts of the earth, they emerged as beings of great and intimidating appearances, as tall as they were mighty. One was a humanoid, the second was a basitin, and the third was a keidran who resembled a dog. All three had masks for faces. They created the respective races using their magic and were worshipped as gods.
“This was as far as Ananke was willing to let her experiment go. Her patience was spent when creation did not lead to more destruction. On the contrary, the masks and their races nearly came together in peace and harmony, which was the final straw. There is nothing chaos despises more than peace. So, she ordered the dragons to destroy them. A great war was started that saw countless deaths, including the dragons. The masks proved resilient enough that when Ananke threatened to obliterate them all, they took it upon themselves to fight her alone. The resulting melee nearly split the universe and almost destroyed the world the masks had come to see as their own.”
The masks fought Ananke in a terrifying display of skill and magic. When they gained the upper hand, the keidran mask fell back, unwilling to fight their mother anymore. Ananke overpowered the other two until the humanoid mask pleaded with the keidran mask to help. When it finally relented, the three masks combined their powers into one last attack. It proved to be enough to conquer Ananke.
“Although she had been defeated, Ananke swore she would one day return to finish what she started. To accomplish this, she unmasked herself.”
Before losing her godly form, Ananke pulled her mask off, and it fell to earth like a meteor. Whatever face was behind the mask faded, along with the rest of her body, until nothing was left but a sun.
“This was not a warning the three victorious siblings could take lightly. Although they had destroyed their mother, her powers exceeded their own, ensuring her will continued contaminating the world. One dragon, who called herself Nora, remained and lived outside the laws and boundaries imposed on the mortal world. She remains loyal to her creator as an extension of her and has sired new dragons throughout the ages. When Ananke rises again, they will fight for her in greater numbers to devastate the world again.”
As a bleak future haunted them, the three masks came together and regarded the world from their higher plane of existence. Looking at each other, they each nodded in agreement over something.
“It was decided that they would split themselves in half. One half would remain in limbo while the other half would be born to the earth, live, die, and reincarnate in a cycle that would repeat itself until the time came for them to become whole again.”
They pulled their masks off in a brilliant flash of light that ended the story.
“This was called the Great Unmasking,” Dolos told Evals, who remained suspended in the higher plane. “For countless generations, our avatars, the mortal halves, have lived in Mekkan, but not without hints of their true godly selves. You see, they have all gone on to become great leaders, revolutionaries, and wizards revered in the annals of history.”
Evals was in awe of everything he had witnessed. It wasn’t a boring history lesson, after all. There wasn’t a storm anymore, either. The clouds around him cleared up as if it were turning into a sunny day.
“I’m not going to pretend I understand everything that just happened,” he said, scratching his head. “No offense, but masks make things complicated.”
Dolos chuckled and responded, “We work in mysterious ways.”
“Yeah, but what has happened since then? Mike has gone on about this book he likes to read called On Masks and the Creation of the World. It’s kind of like everything you explained but a lot less dense. How he describes it doesn’t involve all those big, showy words you like to use.”
Dolos replied flatly, “We’re masks, wise guy. You shouldn’t expect gods to level with you in common language.”
“Maybe I can teach you,” Evals said while his tongue stuck out. “Fair is fair. You teach me magic; I’ll teach you to speak more like dogs do!”
“…No, thank you. Anyway, what else do you want to know?”
“Mike talked about how the masks have gone to war with each other. Why are the three of you fighting each other now?”
Dolos sighed and answered, “As time passed, Ananke didn’t appear, and we grew impatient. Restlessness got us more involved in the affairs of our races. The kind of influence we wielded over the mortals, particularly through our avatars, went to our heads. We lost our way.”
The higher plane faded around Evals until he found himself on the bench again. He looked around until he noticed Dolos still sitting next to him. It didn’t look happy, however.
“We’ve made mistakes,” Dolos admitted. “I regret my part now in agreeing to the game we created for ourselves and all the damage it has caused.”
“What game?”
Dolos shook its head and answered, “Eons of one-upmanship. Our dueling goals, no, our obsession, were to turn our respective races against each other in endless wars for supremacy using our avatars. Aside from one archaic rule we agreed to, nothing else was off-limits as we tried beating each other. This led to segregation, genocide, and slavery.”
Evals looked down when he heard that. “This place you see here? It resulted from one of our games going awry and resulted in me seeing the error of my ways. It might have been too late to save the lives lost here, but I vowed to right so many wrongs when the opportunity presented itself. So, you came along.”
Evals believed it, but he wasn’t sure if he should be happy Dolos had turned over a new leaf. Because of the masks, countless keidran were enslaved. He might have never been torn away from his family. Evals felt angry momentarily, and a red aura glowed faintly around him as he clenched his fist. At first, his changing appearance didn’t faze him. Dolos didn’t seem too bothered when it noticed, taking particular interest in how he reacted. It was intoxicating the more he felt enraged. However, he took a deep breath and let it all subside until the aura was gone, and he was calm again. Anger was never his style, and he didn’t want to hold it against Dolos, who had helped him already.
“You mentioned one rule,” he said. “If everything else was fair game, then what line wouldn’t you cross?”
“We agreed that while we could influence our mortal bodies and the races they led when asked, we could not completely control our avatars. We were forbidden from becoming whole again.”
Evals raised his brow and responded, “That’s it?”
“We considered returning to full power to be cheating, especially when we vowed only to do so in the worst-case scenario. That time has come, I’m afraid.”
“What changed your minds?”
Dolos looked at him and answered, “Ananke has returned.”

I’m curious what job options are like this, preferably already in my field-environmental science/wildlife biology. I also have a background in animal science. I currently am a biologist, and have a lot of tasks that take weeks-months to complete. I have anxiety, and over time this job has contributed to that because after work im always worrying about uncompleted tasks. Other than that, i love that i can work from home somedays and out in the field other days. My position before this was more per day task based and i was out in the field 90% of the time and much happier. But was not payed enough to continue, and i know after a while alot of physical work will be hard on the body. Current position is 75% office work. Maybe im just not cut out for that amount of office work. I know i also need to see someone for my mental health problems, that will also help significantly. But I want to start brainstorming my next career move. Thoughts? Thank you.

About The Setting
Welcome to the wild world of Dragonlance! Enter Ansalon, a continent that has suffered long since the great cataclysm that shook the world, not only restructuring the land masses but also marking the departure of the gods. Though some of the most devout claims to still draw power from these long-forgotten gods, others have started to turn to newer gods to fill the gap. There are however events unfolding, things that will forever alter the future of the continent as the fate of the mortals there hang in the balance. Can the forces amassing be stopped, and what of the gods that were claimed to be lost, is there any way to change the course of forces unseen preparing to alter this world forever? Find out in this 5e adaptation of the 3.5 Dragonlance Chronicles.
Campaign Details
The group will start in the small city of Starport, which is situated on the Western shore of the Southland region. Characters' motivation will be their own for arriving in this town and will find themselves suddenly thrust into action alongside (possible) strangers. From there events will unravel both in the world at large and based on the characters backgrounds. Slowly the world will evolve around the characters in a large sandbox environment where players' choices will go a long way to shape the world before major events out of anyone's control begin to occur.
About Me
I started playing D&D in Middle School when one of my friends brought in a book he had received. Unfortunately, that didn’t last long since the book was confiscated, but I would pick it up again much later in life. I’ve been playing for a while and DMing for three years (in person until the pandemic) and have amassed a good flow of my campaign which has players just recently hitting Level 14, with a plan for them to reach Level 20.
My Style
I enjoy a good balance between RP and Combat, trying to find a good balance between the two, but differing to what players enjoy the most. Though I’m not phenomenal, I do try to emulate as many voices as possible to add to the immersiveness of the NPCs that will be encountered. The more in-depth your character's backstory, the deeper it can be woven into the story as it unfolds around the characters, with your character taking a main feature in many events built to make your backstory shine.

By paying to play, it allows me to continue my Roll20 subscription, and D&D Beyond subscription (if we can get someone with the books, I can share out characters for a campaign), and to help cover my bills. Acceptable Content
Most WotC published books will be accepted (save things like Ravnica backgrounds), I'll do whatever I can to help make sure that we find a way to find your character into the setting.
Character Levels
Characters level based on milestones, they are currently Level 7.
Stats
You may use the following array for stats: 18, 15, 15, 14, 8, 6 (This was the decision on 4d6 rolls by the group).
Players
Looking to add one player to the group.
Frequency
The goal is to play either weekly or every other week on Wednesdays @ 8:00 PM. Each game should last more than 3 hours.

Current Information
The group is currently at Level 7. There is no timeframe for the campaign and I do expect it to reach Level 20. Currently, the campaign is comprised of the following:
