so i’m 24 weeks pregnant today, i have a sizable baby bump now. i’m not super insecure about the bump mainly because i have HG and struggled to eat and was throwing up everything until 18 weeks, so i know the big bump means full baby.
but anyway, i’ve always been really insecure with my own butt. i’ve never liked it, hated any and all swimsuits because of it, and didn’t and still don’t think bikini cut or full coverage look good on me. i just prefer it not to be perceived at all. i’ve been with my partner for 8 months now and he’s aware of my insecurity, and he knows that’s my only body insecurity. i love everything else on my body except for my butt.
fast forward to tonight, i ask my partner if i can use his android tablet to download and play a game i can’t access on my ipad. he’s fine with it and gets it out to charge it/turn it on since he never uses it. while he’s doing this he for some reason feels to the need to tell me that the screensaver on the tablet, is a girls butt. he quickly follows by saying it’s tattooed and just a picture he found on facebook and it’s been that since before he met me and he hadn’t been on the tablet our entire relationship (which is true, it’s been dead and in a suitcase under our bed)
he himself is covered in tattoos, and use to do them even. he’s into art just like i am. but i really have no clue why he felt the need to announce the wallpaper to me. he could have just quickly changed it to something else. at this point i’m now standing at the counter with him because of my morbid curiosity and just needing to see what it looked like to hurt my own feelings.
then it goes downhill. i could easily get over the screensaver. he set it long before he knew me, it is a butt with tattoos and he likes tattoos, and i know he doesn’t ever use the tablet so it’s not like he was staring at it our entire relationship. but again for reasons unknown, he says something along the lines of “it’s just some random ass with tattoos on it. i mean i like it, but”
since i was standing next to him he was kinda holding onto me and my hands and after he said that i kinda froze because WHY would he think that’s a good thing to say? even if my one and only insecurity wasn’t my butt, i don’t see how that was appropriate. i pulled away from him and went back to my bed. when i was laying back down he tried to lighten the situation i guess because he said “are you texting your therapist now” jokingly. it’s been half an hour now and i’m still tearing up and trying not to cry because i feel like i’m overreacting but it just bothered me. this screenshot looked nothing like me. just some tight little tanned tattoo ass which is NOT what i have and i guess hearing him just casually announce he likes it knowing it’s the opposite of my own in every way got to me.

Along with all of this, I love to cook and figure out new foods I like to eat!! my favorite food to cook though is pasta along with breakfast foods, halal plates, and wraps.
Lookwise i am 5'8 midsize. I mostly dress extremely feminine, wearing lots of dresses and I love to play in makeup too. Along with that I cover my head for modesty,religious reasons.

It should be noted that I am a cult survivor and I was held against my will by my parents for almost a decade. Because of these experiences I do have some weird quirks and mannerisms. Like for example I find it fun to go to grocery stores to look around and buy different new foods to make me happy, because my parents never wanted to spend money on me and wouldn’t allow me to keep the diet I wanted. Along with this, I love doing activities that are considered childish (e.g. wearing brightly colored clothes, playing webkinz regularly and watching children’s tv) because I was never allowed to express myself freely growing up so I just have an extremely delayed adolescents.
When it comes to what I like I am more on the eccentric side of things. My definition of fun is going to houses of worship to socialize and interact with the worshipers there along with that i love going to shows in small venues and finding new music through this avenue. I love to play old computer games, and webkinz regularly. I love buying children's art projects and doing them to de-stress. I am also autistic/have ADHD and should mention that what my special interests, which are: religion, old/dead languages, kidcore and y2k aesthetics, old internet, ancient near east, late 19th century-early 20th century Europe,astrology,supernatural stuff, early modern Eastern European Jewish culture and history, and pop punk music are just a scratch on the surface of some of my special interests. I also love to film tiktoks and am trying just for the hell of it to become an content creatoinfluencer that focuses on talking about religion and documenting my life while wearing extremely bright rainbow aesthetics. Along with this I write in my free time too; mostly academic material with other informative literature too, along with personal essays and pieces. It should be noted politically, I am a leftist, a communist to be exact. Lately tho I have been getting into trying to make my own art. With my university graduation right around the corner, it has been my longstanding goal to get myself a brand new rig as a "you made it through 4 years" present. I love my i5-8600k and 1060 desktop, but its started squelching and rumbling a bit too much for my taste, so I'm in the market for a complete makeover.
The original plan was to get myself a new desktop along with a makeover of my room. However, some plans have changed for the better. This summer, I'll be traveling for personal pleasure and to study abroad. While I'll also be pursuing my MA next fall and spring, I plan on moving and working abroad once that's finished. So I came to the decision that getting a giant new rig and setup would be a bit too much of a hassle. I wouldn't want to drop my entire budget on a desktop only to be constantly moving around. So, a laptop has become my best bet.
Being outside of the loop of the gaming laptop market, I figured coming here would be best. I've been doing some digging myself, but I tend to be the guy who flip flops 400 times before a purchase and always makes the wrong one. Buying a nice laptop 4 years ago might've saved me the price of an iPad Pro, MacBook, and a SteamDeck, and although I love all of these things, there's always a major compromise that leaves a certain part of me often disappointed.
Something that popped up was the Asus Strix Scar 16 with the 4080 from this year. It's been tough to find info or stock of these newer laptops, but after seeing a couple of videos and reviews, these laptops seem to be real beasts. While I'm not one for flashiness, I actually found myself liking the crazy RGB of the Strix Scar, and the 16th inch seems a good size to take where I plan on going while also having connectivity to support linking up to a monitor and making it a desktop-like experience. And that mini-LED screen...it's just pretty. The price is also hard to beat, and it seems to be cooled very efficiently.
Then a massive wrench was thrown in my goop brain: Razer. No matter the amount of horror stories I hear, or the price tag, I've always loved the way Razers have looked since way back when my cousin had that roundish Blade 14. I mean, I bought a MacBook. Clearly, price means nothing in the face of aesthetics and sleekness. My dream laptop is probably that Blade 14 mercury edition, but I've come to understand that those laptops just have a harder time pushing out power in that form factor. They look great and perform great, but I want something that's really gonna last and be the ultimate machine for at least until I'm able to settle down and build a PC of my own.
I also looked at the newer Blade 16, but found that, although that screen is nice, I'd rather have a 4080 or 4090 than a 4070, and no ethernet port is kind of a bummer, even if this can be solved by a dongle (truthfully, I'm tired of dongles). Then came the 18. I really like the way this laptop looks. Massive yet still thin, and although less portable than a 16 inch, still able to be lugged around on trips to it's next desk-stination. I like the ethernet, I love the SD card slot, I cherish the simple style (again, MacBook brainlet), and I enjoy the overall package. But, with great Razer comes great price-tag. At nearly a thousand smackers more than the Strix for the 4080 (and, from what I've seen, arguably worse performace), and an arm and a leg for a 4090, I've really been thrown.
On one hand, the Strix seems like the no brainer. Numbers wise, it's just the clear winner. Mini-led, price, RGB, performance. It all adds up to what should be an easy decision. But I'm a poor decision maker. I figure, if I'm going all out, might as well go all out. I love the look of the Razer more and more, and if I'm comparing the 4080, might as well jump up to the 4090 at $4,500! This is replacing a desktop, so that's no problem! But I also want to be practical. I guess I'm looking for an angel AND a devil on each shoulder. If you think the Strix is a no brainer like the smart, calculating side of my brain, let me know! Tell me how smooth that Mini-LED screen is and how great an extra $2000 in my pocket will feel. But if you're like the emotionally unstable part of my brain, tell me that the Razer really is just that good. That even though it's a premium price tag, the 4090 version inside that chassis could never look or feel so good.
Alternatively, drop some other recommendations! I know MSI is very popular, but that's just a bit too big for me. If I want size, I want it to look well. Otherwise, I'm in the market for 16 inches that can do a bit of both. If you've read this far, thanks! I hope it wasn't boring. I'm just a person struggling to make a decision, so any input at this stage is appreciated. Give me the pros and cons, your own experiences, biases, and whatnot. I just wanna hear some more info on these, if anyone has any!

Why I Want This Game

Additionally, I believe it is far better to alternatives like lively or just Google Wallpapers because it has a huge selection of amazing, high-quality animated wallpapers that are relevant to your search. They don't even have to be animated some are just regular wallpapers but their high quality and detail are what make them look better on basically anyone's setup no matter your PC. I mainly just want to have my setups look improved and its general vibe.
And yes, I know the game is only a few dollars but I will get into why I can't get the game.

I am aware that the game is only 5 bucks but since my mom doesn't want to spend money on "virtual things", she doesn't allow me to spend money on my computer. And I know it's only a few dollars but I am unfortunately unable to spend money on my computer since I am young and not allowed to. Furthermore, even though I am aware that it is simple to make $4, my mother would not allow me to spend it because I don't have a debit card. To get the game, I would have to ask my mom and then repay her later, but even then, she would not agree. (I know I have some games that coat over $30,but those were from my dad since he lets me buy a game but he is away rn so i cant ask him)

Why I Want This Game
