2016 chevy cruze cabin air filter
In cabin filter replacement

Had my Santa Fe in for an oil change and they said it needed the in-cabin air filter replaced. They wanted $39 so I said no and grabbed a bosch for $12 at the parts store. When I went to put it in, I realized I had the glovebox locked. So the question is how did they get in to inspect it since I just gave them the fob and they had no physical key? It's a 2018 as far as I know there is no inspection window or some sensor that would tell them it needed changing. So, I am guessing they got lucky and it was dirty or they just look and see when they asked me last time then ask me again.

2014 Cruze, could you guys pinpoint what's ticking? 80k miles, Mobil 1 oil and filter past 40k. The ticking isn't noticeable until you open the hood. It's been there forever. Has no codes, drives fine. Fiance's car, I'm not a chevy guy. Thanks! submitted by Independent-Ad9095 to AskMechanics [link] [comments]
