He couldn't attend bc he was on vacation with other friends. I haven't seen him since graduating few weeks ago and party world have been a perfect opportunity to meeting with him but I didn't care bc he was supposed not to be there. But f*cking guess what. He came back from vacation earlier. And he came to the party. Jesus fucking christ. Every day I AM DREAMING of dancing with him, laughting and having a conversation with loud music in the background. Probably that was the only chance to meet with him innocently and only chance to meet him at the party. Now I will have to ask him out soon. Jesus, fml.

Hi, I just got a Canon 5D Mark II from my mother, and I have a lens for it that is excellent for plane spotting. Now I just need help with the settings on my camera to take good photos of airplanes taking off and landing. Anyone got any good settings for that?

I had been doing so well keeping my flares from effecting my memtal health. I'm having a tough time today though.
Anyone else struggle with feeling everyones mad at you, you've screwed up everything, you're worthless, hopeless, and helpless while flaring? I've been working on that lately, working on childhood trauma. It's been much better, but today after I was enlisted in carrying out a party. Three hour ice cream social with a lot of socialization, set up and clean up. Today, I'm flaring, as expected, but I'm down and anxious like I used to be. Impostor syndrome in full mode, too.
What do you good people do in this situation? I know social media is the worst thing to do, but you know. Distractions.

I have a little device(on photo) that whenever I'm in the camera app and press it it makes a photo. Very useful! But when i am out of the camera app it highers the volume. I want to use it for wirelessly scroll through TikTok so that it is even more useful. I tried to make a simple script i Automate, but for some reason I just suck at those. Can someone please make a script for me that whenever the camera button is connected, TikTok is open and i make the volume highepress the button, a scroll interaction should be performed. I would be very greatful and Thanks in Advance.

I haven’t even flirted with anyone for such a long time that I thought this could be fun. I’d have loved to say that the idea of doing this came to me during a dream, but I haven’t dreamt in a long time.
I am a 21 years old male from a big city in Brazil. I am going to university for a social sciences degree, and I have done pretty well so far. Besides all that, I write poetry on the side, and I work for a small online newspaper.
I am fascinated fairly often by many things and I have many hobbies so you won’t be bored. Last month I became fascinated by Spanish modern history after reading Preston’s biography of Francisco Franco and I was reading about the Miracle on the Han River yesterday, while my family gave a lunch party and I had to keep myself entertained while they discussed the tragedy of a heiress’ dog many illnesses, which were mysteriously shared with his owner, and some reforms in the Vatican Bank. But yes, in general, I really enjoy the humanities. I follow politics keenly – in fact, there is some chance I might have some thoughts on your country’s politics – and I’d say I am on the centre-left – pro-choice, in favour of a robust welfare state, LGBTQ+ rights, affirmative action. If you know about Brazilian politics, I voted for Marina and Haddad in 2018 (the voting age here is 16), and Lula last year.
As you can imagine, I also really enjoy reading and writing. Besides poetry, I have often thought about reading a novel, but this seems like too much work – and it seems that it would be arrogant of me to write a novel having lived this little. I really enjoy learning about other languages and cultures and I know a bit of French, German, Spanish, and Russian, besides English and Portuguese. I am into genealogy and I have helped a few friends with it. I also really enjoy TV shows and cinema, and I am easily brought to tears. I cried during the last Minions movie, even if I didn’t want to be there. I love music and my taste in it has been described as “fairly gay”. I’d have loved to be a musician, but I’d have loved to have been many things.
I guess I am pretty introverted, polite, and timid. I am affectionate and I can be really passionate as well. And I am fairly funny, or rather, I have made a few people laugh over the years. I am an atheist, if that matters.
I asked a close friend to describe myself, and that is what he said:

I think you’re very communicative. Shrewd, funny, a good companion. Kind of withdrawn but not necessarily shy. You avoid conflict and unnecessary arguments, but love to participate in good conversations. I think you’re very kind too, besides being polite.

As for what I want to do with my life, I am unsure though I am inclined to go into academia. I have been considering applying to a PhD program in the U.S. after finishing my undergrad here in Brazil. My family does want me to go into their business, which is related to politics. I have also considered going into diplomacy.
Who am I looking for? I’d look like someone curious about the world around her, and open-minded.

Games that I played tonight, on Frankfurt server:

1. Octane is JM, he is disconnected, I wait until the end maybe he comes back, ping location and drop solo, the other guy who wasn't disconnected goes with him at the edge of the map and they become both crates. I get chased by 3 dudes and punched to death.
2. Same Octane as previous game, again JM, but now he confirms by voice he's not disconnected, we land with one other team. I do like 250 damage, with him and the other two a combined whooping 0. Zero. Nada. They die with weapons in their hands. I also die because I can't do 1vs3 with a p2020 and a shotgun without ammo.
3. They chose location for drop, we land far, with one other team. I start shooting, they go opposite direction and leave me alone only to get killed 30 seconds later. No pings, no voice, no nothing.
4. Good start with a Path and Ballistic, we kill a team and get baited into a bad position. Bad luck.
5. Good start with Lifeline and Ash, we kill 3 squads, then die to the combined fire of some other two.
6. Drop uncontested with Bangalore and Wraith. We loot and we head to 3rd party some dudes. Our Bangalore goes left instead of right, we ping and talk that we like to 3rd party, he goes "there's enemy here too" we start shooting, only to discover 10 seconds later that he drops a f-off balloon and yeets himself across the map. Me and Wraith we finally get killed after we down like 4 or 5 dudes. Bangalore rats for the rest of the match with and amazing 279 damage and 80 RP. He's a Silver 3.
7. It's just me and Ballistic. We get followed while we drop, and die with 600 damage between us.
8. I get a Ash and Bloodhound. Good play with Ash, I'm getting carried, this Ash is good, Bloodhound was always behind and not helping at all, ignoring the pings and voice, he left me and Ash to fight a full team only to sneak into the ring. He died 30 seconds later. Karma I guess.
9. Good match, lots of damage, lots of kills, in the end we got a bad ring. GGs for Caustic and Rampart.
10. Hodrop with 5 other teams, we die in the first 30 seconds.
11. Good match with Path and Gibby. Top five with good coordination.
12. I get a Ballistic and Ash. We meet a team, Ash does 90 damage in total, yeets away. The he goes back, gets our banners, goes into the ring, drops a mobile respwan beacon in the middle of nowhere with no cover and dies to a single charge rifle shooting from 300m or so.
13. Together with Lifeline and Caustic we hotdrop, do 400-500 damage each and get 3rd partied.
14. I get a Valk and a Octane, Valk goes solo from the start, dies with zero damage, starts pinging his banner from across the map, then gives us text based directions. Us two finish a team, we get 3rd partied.
15. Wraith and Revenant, Wraith pushes then falls back, closes a door, manages to block me and Revenant on the outside of a door, getting us killed, then proceeds to calls us idiots that we don't know how to open doors. Dies one minute later with a whooping 205 damage.
16. We hodrop. Lifeline does zero damage, Fuse 108, I do 491, I kill two, I revive Lifeline only to get 3rd partied.
17. Second place, with 1k damage each, but in the end our Bronze II Seer decided to ignore me and Revenant even if we were knocked safe and just waited to do a 1v3. He did not survive.
18. Loba and Pathfinder, we got second place with Loba surviving for 90% of the game, and not shooting a single bullet. Zero damage. She had weapons, but didn't shoot once.

And the jewl in the crown, my man Wraith that dropped solo from the start, in the middle of the map, didn't move for the next 15 minutes and got 4th place.
This game is amazing.

I’m a 21 m in uni but the thing is I don’t drink/so drugs. I’m so not into the partying scene which I feel sums up what uni is about for 99%. Currently I’m on an internship. In free time I go to my sport practice and work on a business im tryna start. I got decent looks and athletic body. The only problem with my lifestyle I meet absolutely no new people. I’ve tried cold approaching in gym and other places I actually end up getting the number most of the time pretty easily but maybe half of the time doesn’t even translate to a date after and even if there’s a first date it’s just not it. So I was thinking there must be something other than talking to random. Some might suggest apps but a weird problem is I didn’t take pics at all for the longest time of my life even if I did how I look hugely changed through the past couple years so I got pics but they just don’t look like me and since I look like what I look like currently, I’ve been focused on my current lifestyle even when I was doing courses it didn’t really change anything still talked to few in lectures whatever but nothing that different. I just wanna know what are your thoughts on this and I appreciate people being brutally honest so feel free to comment whatever u feel.

That's all. I still feel a bit exhausted and dysregulated, but I don't miss him at all. I deleted all of our photos, threw everything out that reminded me of him, don't feel any urges to unblock. Nothing. I think I'm on the way back to myself again. 🎉
Thank you kind people in this group and in the other group when this one got shut down for a while. And thanks to my beautiful friend who listened to me for hours and said: "You complain about him not keeping promises and not caring enough about you yet here you are doing the same exact thing to yourself. You promise yourself you deserve better but you tolerate shit behaviour over again. Keep a promise to yourself this time." I thought it was a bit rough at first, but ultimately she was right. I imagined my inner adult, my inner parent step forward and end my misery for me. I've been extra gentle and forgiving to myself. Going through a bit of a down and flare ups of deep rage rn but it's not nearly as bad as the height of the narc relationship and the physical pains I was experiencing aren't an issue anymore.
