2023.01.19 15:23 Fruitcup_1 Does lps 272 have a white peg and a gray magnet?
Not that long ago I bought a $10 lot that included houses and some pets. One of them a collie that was painted. I was able to take some paint off and it turn out the collie is lps #272. Sadly, the peg broke but I was able to see that the peg looked white(ish) and it looked like the lps had a gray magnet. So if anyone can let me know if that it’s suppose to have that then that would be awesome!!

2022.12.11 19:33 Vica_ Looking for an LPS series (again)
Recently an LPS series (it might not have been a series but I think there were multiple videos of it by the same person) came across my mind. I think it was in French but at the time I was around 7 or 8 years old (in like 2013-14 ) so I couldn't really identify the language lmao. Since I wasn't able to speak that language I couldn't understand the story but I remember some visuals and some characters. I remember the video being high quality with great lighting and set I think it even had fake grass and it all took place in that big LPS hotel with blue walls and pink roof (https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41Iu0VrEEtL._AC_SY580_.jpg) I remember the main character being LPS #853 (a beige collie with brown ears and paws) she lived in that blue house (which I assumed was used as a hotel) I think she also had some accessories on and there might have been a weird landlord (it wasn't a popular lps mold might have been a parrot/lizard but I could be completely off) it played a part of an old man who the main character often talked to. Through the series another lps collie came into the picture #363 (the one that has grey fur and blue eyes) and it became the love interest of the mc. I'm trying to find these toys that were similar to LPS in material, but they didn't have bobble heads/were completely still.
One specific one I remember was a cotton candy figure with a light pink body and the arms and legs were a light blue?
There was also a black and white dog one (maybe a border collie).

If you guys want something to cry with laughter about today, then listen to the new smashing pumpkins album as it’s just utterly disappointing and terribly hilarious!
Billy corgan has pretty much promised us greatness (promising this whole project to be a true sequel to both Mellon Collie and Machina LPs) and instead made ‘songs’ out of synth fart tones, uninteresting melody structures, almost falling asleep bored vocals and has seemingly locked the rest of the band in the studios cupboard, filling up there contributions with dull drum machines and just out of place solos.
‘Horray!’ Sounds like a circus full of clowns who have been spiked with Xanax and are now trying to do the hokey pokey, it’s fucking absimal yet funnier then anything James Corden has ever said…and it definitely wasn’t intentional.
I really tried to give this thing a chance, I’m a big SP fan and have been listening to them since I was little, with my dad bringing me up on SD, MC and Adore. And to be fair, there is still snippets of greatness shrouded in tracks like ‘Goodbye’ and ‘With Ado’, but it’s being washed over by Billy’s gigantic wave of slobbish song structures, over mixed synths and his own overactive, hyperbolic ego.
Can we please either get back to what Oceania was promising for the future or start from scratch and just make an album out of songs like 99 Floors? Because right now this really is doing the exact opposite of what Billy wants and that is tainting the legacy of this amazing band to the point where they are being labelled a second rate grunge group from the 90s.
1/10, sad fan girl, someone burn down the synth room in the SP Studio.

The rules:
- Pick your favorite three albums from whichever artist of whatever genre you want. You can even get creative with it if you want and do, say, symphonies by Beethoven or something along those lines.
- LPs and EPs count, but those cover songs EPs that some bands have and compilation “greatest hits” albums don’t count. Only “real” albums with new, original material.
- The most important rule: The three albums you choose must be in chronological release order without skipping albums in between. You can’t just pick and choose three albums from various points of an artist’s career. This way, you might have to make some tough decisions about what you include and leave out which is what makes it interesting imo.
- Alice In Chains: Dirt, Jar Of Flies, Self-Titled (Here’s one a lot of people might disagree with, but their self-titled is their most personal and, honestly, depressing album, and I mean that in the best possible way. Yes, Facelift has awesome songs throughout, and SAP is a great EP, but these three albums are what I think of when I think “Alice in Chains” which isn’t to say that their Duvall albums aren’t great either which they are.)
- Count Zero: Affluenza, Robots Anonymous, Little Minds (I will take any opportunity to talk about this band. I guess Think Tree could also count considering the two main songwriters led both bands, but I’d still go with this. Never Be Yourself has “Radium Eyes” which was popular on Guitar Hero 2, but the album as a whole is like a lesser Robots Anonymous to me, and Affluenza is such a fun and interesting album both lyrically and musically.)
- Led Zeppelin: LZIV, Houses Of The Holy, Physical Graffiti (Pretty simple for me. Houses of The Holy is my favorite LZ album, and both LZIV and PG are legendary albums in their own right.)
- Pink Floyd: Wish You Were Here, Animals, The Wall (This one is the most difficult for me. Dark Side Of The Moon is a legendary album, but I can’t just leave out The Wall.)
- Primus: Frizzle Fry, Seas of Cheese, Pork Soda (Frizzle Fry and Brown Album are tied for my favorite Primus album, but Pork Soda->Punchbowl->Brown Album? Give me the Frizzle Fry->Cheese->Pork Soda combo any day. Yeah, there’s Miscellaneous Debris, but that’s an EP solely comprised of cover songs.)
- Queens Of The Stone Age: Self-Titled, Rated R, Songs For The Deaf (SFTD is a must-have. I enjoy Era Vulgaris more than most people seem to, but Lullabies is mixed for me. I love Like Clockwork, but it’s too far out of the order from SFTD to be included. That just leaves their self-titled album which is such a fun album every time I hear it, Rated R which is their transition album into the more “polished” sounding QOTSA, and SFTD which is the QOTSA album to have if nothing else.)
- Queensryche: Operation: MindCrime, Empire, Promised Land (In a similar vein to Soundgarden, there’s the classic MindCrime which is one of the greatest rock operas ever made imo, the popular Empire with some of the best songs overall, and the brutally honest Promised Land where the band tells you exactly how they’re feeling while making great music in the process instead of just “oh hey, we need to write hits and sell records.”)
- Red Hot Chili Peppers: The Uplift Mofo Party Plan, Mother’s Milk, Blood Sugar Sex Magik (Mother’s Milk is just alright imo, but Party Plan is RCHP’s best album while BSSM is legendary. I’m one of those who likes Californication, but still.)
- Rush: Hemispheres, Permanent Waves, Moving Pictures (There are any number of Rush album runs that would be excellent, but this combination stands out the most to me. Moving Pictures, while not my favorite, is their “biggest” album, Permanent Waves is excellent and has the best deep cuts until their 90s era, and Hemispheres is top-notch prog rock from start to finish.)
- Smashing Pumpkins: Siamese Dream, Mellon Collie, Adore (Can’t include Gish because Adore is too great of an album, and can’t include Machina because it really needs Machina II to reach its full potential while Siamese Dream is a must-have SP album. Either way, Mellon Collie is going to be in it as one of my favorite albums of all-time. Also, Pisces Iscariot and Aeroplane are B-side compilation albums which don’t count.)
- Soundgarden: Badmotorfinger, Superunknown, Down On The Upside (Probably the most obvious one for me so far. I love each of these albums from the classic Badmotorfinger, the super popular Superunknown, to the honest and down-to-Earth Down On The Upside.)
- Stone Temple Pilots: Core, Purple, Tiny Music (Each of these three albums could be my favorite STP album on any given day. No. 4 is good yet not great, and Shangri-La Dee Da is criminally underrated yet doesn’t quite stack up against these three.)
- Yes: The Yes Album, Fragile, Close To The Edge (If you’re a bass player, drummer, guitarist, keyboardist, or vocalist who wants inspiration to push their skills to the absolute limit in rock music then look no further than these three albums.)

- Siamese shorthair cat (#5) She was my chanel's mascot for some time & also she was the owner of the cinema studio in my first original setting. Her name is Tomoko, because the same pet was used to shoot my favorite LPS series of the childhood, and she was called Tomoko.
- Collie (#1542) She also was one of my old mascots, and she was the director of the said studio, because Tomoko was just a minor & a golden child who always got what she wanted. Her name is Nicole, and I love her so much!
- Scottie (#1034) This was the main character LPS in the first series I've ever watched, so I also adore her, though I got her not long time ago (2-3 months ago, I guess)
- Moose Hatfield (#3659) And here is my boy... He affected my life so much, as he is the character I based one of my main OCs now. His name is Scott, because I was a big fan of FNAF back then & had obsession with fanon Phone Guy. He was also in my studio setting and was working with decorations. Him & Nicole both had humanisation, long with some other main characters btw... I also have him in my pocket whenever I need to do something new & stressful
