The title is a gross understatement of the whirlwind of thoughts and feelings I'm going through. I recently as of the last year or two begun to think of myself as trans due to my passion of crossdressing for which I've done for years. I realize that that doesn't automatically mean you're trans but I have read that it can be a door so to speak that can lead further down to self discovery of being trans. I first crossdressed when I was about 7 and something awoke inside of me that later in my teens I heavily indulged in. In school I often would look at the girls clothes and wonder how they felt and where they got them. While I did have some thoughts about having a feminine body, I didn't put much stock in it because I blamed it on hormones and puberty and the like. It wasn't till I was about 20-21 did I really start to feel something was up. I started to look behind the clothes and longing for breasts, hips, buttocks, soft features etc. I dismissed this several times and got mad at myself. I would tell myself I was a man and society was doing this to me. Even when I did tell my doctor and got a therapist, I was hard headed and threw away any tiny progress we made. Only recently have I noticed that other parts of my life are hindered because of this. My mind is constantly at war between possibly being trans and being angry at myself for even entertaining the thought. I often use dysphoria as a weapon against myself to prove I'm not trans, yet I do find myself unhappy with my body. Whether that's because I'm just unhappy with my current image or trans...I'm not sure hence why I'm confused.
Sorry for the rant and even if this post doesn't get responses I'm just glad I was at least able to write this. This is a lovely community filled with lovely people I'm sure.

When I type for long periods of time, my hands intermittently jerk and twitch. It's like I'll be typing a sentence and my hands quickly jerk straight up and then back down onto the keys, and it's never individual fingers, only my full hands. It also occasionally happens when I'm pausing between paragraphs/sentences. Should I be concerned? This started in 2020.

For context, I had a pretty decent friend group back in college, and for the last two years, part of that that group was me and my girlfriend, and my girlfriends roommate and her boyfriend.
I graduated about a year ahead of them and shortly after my graduation, my girlfriend and I broke up. I don’t really think the details of that are important here, but it basically was one of those things where neither of us was well suited for the other. It was probably more my fault, I’ve done a lot of maturing in the years since and seen how much I was damaging the relationship. Tension had been building for a while and we had a pretty big argument that caused the final straw.
I felt pretty upset for a bit but overall thought it was the right call. She however seems to resent me to this day. On the rare occasions I’ve ran into her she has completely ignored my existence. In one case literally doing a heel turn and leaving the room she just walked into after making eye contact with me.
Well despite my relationship woes, the other couple have stayed together and are getting married. guess who’s the maid of honor.
In the past year ish since they announced their engagement I’ve seen this couple multiple times. I’ve had them over to my place for parties and board game nights. I’ve been out to bars a couple of times with the guy, and generally just stayed in touch after college. So obviously I was aware their wedding was happening. I even know it’s next weekend because I’ve asked them about it and we’ve had multiple conversations regarding it.
And so initially when I head the date I marked it down on my calendar. But as we got closer and closer I finally decided to reach out to a mutual friend and asked if he had gotten an invite yet. Turns out he had, because obviously they’ve already sent out invites. My mutual friend decided to reach out to the groom and ask on my behalf (lol) and surprise I was “sadly not invited”
I ain’t stupid, I know why. And honestly it was always a possibility. I know I’m not entitled to an invite to anyone’s wedding no matter how close I think we may be. I’m also aware that that same line of reasoning applies to not being entitled to being informed I’m not invited.
But are we friends or not? Like I get it, it’s your day and your closer to her. She’s much more important to the whole thing and if she’s going to cause a fuss from my being there then yeah I guess leave me out. But come on at least tell me. If I wanted someone to be at my wedding, but for whatever reason couldn’t invite them, I’d hope I’d have the courage to at least tell them. I(M 19) have been abroad for a few years and I decided to return this summer for the first time. Obviously enough, my family want to spend time with me (ofc so do I) a bit too much but nothing really of control. Although, the last straw being my mother. She loves to apply her opinions on others even the smallest of things. This in turn kinda hurt our relationship as both of us are quite hot-tempered. So the very first days of the trip, my brother(M 14),me and my cousin (M 16) planned to see the new Spiderman movie. Dad wants to invite the cousin (M 12) from mom’s family side. To clear things, I never hate him bc they they are my family anyways, I have not seen him for a long time too. But having to babysit them a whole day in a mall, is an obvious pain to bear, especially you plan to have FUN. Plus, my brother gets along with them so well that he will likely to cause troubles (kids ig). When my father suggested this idea, I quickly feel pissed bc of the responsibility. Before anything, I admit I’m in the wrong too since I was the one to agitate things. Consequently, mom as always accused me of hating them and being selfish. Now I have no idea what to do since she is also mad at me. What should I do accordingly?

For now I’m not doing custom music (that is, new scores on demand) for time constraints caused by other personal projects, but the catalog is constantly updated as I add more material. I’d say that it’s almost certain that the music you need for your film or project is already there, waiting for you. Also, a huge update is coming with more than 150 instrumentals, mostly beat-like backing tracks without vocals or distracting melodies for situations that require this type of audio.

I 22/F and my 22/M boyfriend have been together for roughly 6 months. I feel like I need to give back story to the kind of people we are before i head into this. My boyfriend has always had anxiety over keeping people around in his life. until he went to university he was in an all boys school and he would be constantly left out because hes awkward and hes very poor at reading social cues sometimes. so hes the biggest people pleaser i know, he also had/has verbally abusive parents so that just adds to his need to feel like he needs to make sure everything is peaceful and not stir things up. i may also add we are both half japanese, i spent time abroad so i am very straightforward, i don't believe in people pleasing at the cost of my comfort and i don't care about "maintaining the peace". unfortunately my boyfriend has only been raised in japan, he was raised to never destroy the peace no matter what, this will seemingly come to bite him later in this story.
I have a lot of trust issues, i have been lied to by friends, family, and multiple romantic partners. My boyfriend has also been cheated on not once but twice, and to be honest is very insecure about who will leave him and how he can keep as many people around as possible (this mostly is in the case of friends)
So the actual cheating story. Long before my boyfriend met me he was talking to a girl online, (she lives in the us) and they were romantically speaking just up until a little before december of last year. my boyfriend and i got together at the end of december. the problem is that in the beginning of December the girl had already bought a ticket with her friend to come to a trip to japan, before he met me they had mad plans to meet at that time.
fast forward and hes met me, we are together, i trust him and i love him dearly, he has done everything to keep me stable while my mental health has crashed and burned because of my new job. in February i got a follow request from that girl and when i accepted it she immediately unfollowed me so that put me off. i already felt like that was weird. the problem is while they talked my boyfriend would show me the messages as hes typing. i never SAW anything remotely incriminating. she continues to follow request me two more times throughout these six months and so i ask my boyfriend if they had anything in the past and he says no.
I would like to point out that my boyfriend is terrified of giving people bad news or telling them anything that might remotely hurt their feelings. i knew he was probably lying but i had bigger things to worry about so i let it go.
fast forward march and her trip to japan comes around, she and friend, while my boyfriend and his friend all go out for drinks (my boyfriend invited me but i had work until late so i couldnt attend). now fast forward to yesterday. i get a text from her asking if im his girlfriend and that hes a liar. my heart dropped, i thought i might throw up. she tells me they've been talking but his responses have been less and less since a few months ago and he has posted me multiple times on his Instagram story so she was suspicious that i was his girlfriend. I ask her for screenshots and immediately call my boyfriend to find out what's going on.
Now i will admit i was not very mature about it, i was calling and screaming on the phone asking if he cheated. As per usual, hes a very calm person so he explained to me. She had bought her ticket just before we had met and she had already said she was coming to see him. Now what has me absolutely HEATED is that because he didnt want to hurt her feelings he continued to lead her on and sweet talk her so that she wouldnt refund her ticket because its a lot of money. Her japanese is non existent and his English is garbage, so when she said he was coming to see him, he took it as i am only coming to japan to see you. so basically he decided to entertain her until she came to japan and then when she went back home he would somehow cut her off without hurting her feelings and hopefully remain friends. Boyfriend comes to my house and me, in my uncontrolled rage i am tearing into him, I've told him that because he's too nice he ends up hurting not only himself but people around him. i called him a coward, and that even if he didnt have feelings for her during these past months its messed up to not just her but also me, because i have always been honest and i cut out all the men i had relations with in the early stages of us dating. He is crying, apologizing, begging on his knees for forgiveness but in the moment i am so upset i just keep tearing into him, i do admit i said some not nice things. (not my best moment i am aware). He does tell the girl that around the time we met the reason his messages to her were getting less and less was because he met me, and he was really going to try and make our relationship work but he didnt want her to cancel her ticket because it was so expensive so he chose to entertain some romantic messages here and there. This is where we find out that there was a very large misunderstanding. even if he broke it off with her, the girl was still going to come to japan regardless, and she would have been happy to meet as friends. because my boyfriend is spineless and didnt say what he should have said at the beginning, he did not know this information and just assumed she'd cancel and her ticket was non refundable.
I was raised most of my life in japan but with very progressive parents so I believe that if i say what NEEDS to be said and nothing more, the reaction of the other person is not my responsibility to take. most japanese people dont think this way and it always leads to drama since people wont just put their foot down.
yesterday from noon to 1am, i basically tore him a new one. I also made a few conditions if we were going to work this out. 1. obviously block the girl on everything if she hasnt already blocked him . 2. he has to tell his parents he cheated (his mom and i are pretty close, and in the event this conversation or topic were to ever come up in their presence i didnt want them to find out from me so i made him tell them). 3. from here on out i expect full honesty about everything and anything. if i even get a whiff of some nonsense i told him its over 4. regaining my trust and the level i love ive had before is going to be difficult and take a long time, he has to be willing to do the work. 5. i will never forget this, (i have no intention of holding it over his head in the event of a different fight) but months or even years later if i remember what happened, i want to talk about it and he has to be willing to face that head on.
Did i handle this the right way? We both have our fair share of problems and i admit i didn't completely cut off a guy i was previously in a fling with until maybe a month passed in our relationship because i was scared, but during that month we never spoke romantically. ive never been in this situation and its difficult because i know all the cultural nuances at play and the sheer stupid personality of my boyfriend. everyone tells him hes book smart but not street smart, and it shows the most in these situations.

Boyfriend comes to my house and me, in my uncontrolled rage i am tearing into him, I've told him that because he's too nice he ends up hurting not only himself but people around him. i called him a coward, and that even if he didnt have feelings for her during these past months its messed up to not just her but also me, because i have always been honest and i cut out all the men i had relations with in the early stages of us dating. He is crying, apologizing, begging on his knees for forgiveness but in the moment i am so upset i just keep tearing into him, i do admit i said some not nice things. (not my best moment i am aware). He does tell the girl that around the time we met the reason his messages to her were getting less and less was because he met me, and he was really going to try and make our relationship work but he didnt want her to cancel her ticket because it was so expensive so he chose to entertain some romantic messages here and there. This is where we find out that there was a very large misunderstanding. even if he broke it off with her, the girl was still going to come to japan regardless, and she would have been happy to meet as friends. because my boyfriend is spineless and didnt say what he should have said at the beginning, he did not know this information and just assumed she'd cancel and her ticket was non refundable.
I was raised most of my life in japan but with very progressive parents so I believe that if i say what NEEDS to be said and nothing more, the reaction of the other person is not my responsibility to take. most japanese people dont think this way and it always leads to drama since people wont just put their foot down.
yesterday from noon to 1am, i basically tore him a new one. I also made a few conditions if we were going to work this out. 1. obviously block the girl on everything if she hasnt already blocked him . 2. he has to tell his parents he cheated (his mom and i are pretty close, and in the event this conversation or topic were to ever come up in their presence i didnt want them to find out from me so i made him tell them). 3. from here on out i expect full honesty about everything and anything. if i even get a whiff of some nonsense i told him its over 4. regaining my trust and the level i love ive had before is going to be difficult and take a long time, he has to be willing to do the work. 5. i will never forget this, (i have no intention of holding it over his head in the event of a different fight) but months or even years later if i remember what happened, i want to talk about it and he has to be willing to face that head on.
Did i handle this the right way? We both have our fair share of problems and i admit i didn't completely cut off a guy i was previously in a fling with until maybe a month passed in our relationship because i was scared, but during that month we never spoke romantically. ive never been in this situation and its difficult because i know all the cultural nuances at play and the sheer stupid personality of my boyfriend. everyone tells him hes book smart but not street smart, and it shows the most in these situations.

I live with my uncle who threatened to make me homeless. Always paid rent but he’s just tired of the situation I guess. So I found an ideal apartment and place I would like to live but have no money. So after work one night I drove to that apartment pretending i already lived there and my dog was waiting inside. After I felt good I headed back to where I stay now and imagined to the best of my ability that I was sleeping there and dozed off and for one of the first times I felt I was doing it correct. Wake up the next day to a text from my uncle saying he changed his mind he wants me out and is giving me a week with nothing to fall back on. I thought maybe it was just part of it coming true but honestly it made it super difficult to get back into the state I was practicing. Now I am not sure if I successfully did it that night or made it worse by possibly doing it wrong.

[Throttle issue] My throttle stopped working randomly last night when I went to leave for work. I had rode home from work 12 hours earlier with no issues and did nothing in between beside charge the battery. For clarification Ive removed every sensor including the tip over sensor long ago so it's not a one of those at least.
However, I thought it was strange how it occurred. As I left my driveway (slops down a good bit) and naturally got a bit of speed I realized immediately my throttle wasnt working even though the bike seemed to be operating as normal, everything else did and still does have power. So I jumped off the bike turned it off, switched the breaker box off... drained the remaining power.. And went to fix it...
So something similar happened some months ago but it only ever happened that once and besides then and now never had any electrical or throttle issues. But when my throttle suddenly / randomly didn't work ....... after cutting power I just kind of adjusted the cable trying to secure where it attaches if there was some sort of short and boom it worked fine ...
Back to last night so after doing what I did before it worked again... for like 2seconds... then it cut out again.. I tried the same process and yet to get it working. I have since examined the entire cable and it's connectors by unmounting the controller / bash guard and can't find any sort of damage to the cable. Connectors look damage free as well..
I was going to try to use the diagnostic cable but from what It seems without the stock safety sensors it won’t work is this true? any advice or things I could try ?

Recently I have had the oddest thing happen to my car. I was dropping off my son and when I returned to my car and put it in reverse my car reversed no problem. When I engaged Drive it just revved the engine. No response from the gear at all. I was able to downshift into 1st and 2nd and the gear caught and I could go, but entering 3rd and then Drive would just get me back to a high RPM rev. Any ideas? I added transmission fluid this evening after running my car for a good ten minutes. I took it for a cruise and the problem persisted.Thank you in advance for any advice.

In a trio match you have on average 4 x teams of 3 - that roughly equals to atleast 25% chance to obtain a bounty if one spawns.
If a solo joins the game the slot for a complete team of 3 gets deleted and filled with duos and solos or no one at all - but on average weaker teams.
If two bountys spawn and a team leaving after gathering only one bounty the chances obtaining a bounty can reach 50% just like that.
Map/traversal wise trio's tend to have an easier time because of lesser chances to encounter other teams unexpected in the open because of less player scattered across the map.
In comparison:
In a duo match you have on average 6 x teams of 2 - that roughly equals to 16,6% chance to obtain a bounty if one spawns.
If a solo joins the match the slot for a duo gets deleted - so its either another solo joining aswell or nobody - but on average no 3vs1 situations and solos tend to be more of a threat to a duo then to trio.
If two bounty spawn its a bit more unpredictable because it can double your chances if the players evenly and exclusively decide for a bounty OR even reduce your chances if the second bounty gets away scot free - leaving only 1 bounty on the map to compete for the other 5 teams.
Map/traversal wise duo's have in return a harder time because the chances to run into other teams is higher.
Overall the chance of gaining a gauntlet in trio is way higher aswell because of less competition and less unpredictabel encounters on the map.
So not only are the basic monetary values for a reward higher but also the chance of getting the jackpot.
So while there are absolutely way more factors in play which decide how a match playes out in the end - i think those are some basic metrics that highlight a fundamental flaw in the distribution of rewards.

In this thread I will discuss my feelings regarding the state of the game at launch and some of the combat mechanics I find problematic in general.
TLDR: The launch is plagued by several progress impacting server issues that are being overlooked following a mostly positive early access period. Visibility & clarity regarding enemy & ally abilities has reduced drastically compared to D3, and CC times against the player are out of control.
I've seen a lot of discussion about how great a launch this has been and I feel like this is such a blatant example of how low our standards have become as a community. It seems as though nowadays if a game launches without crashing for hours / days then it's considered good, which is so sad.
During the early access days we praised this game for having such a smooth launch, and to be fair things were very good during that time. The cracks were starting to show with rubber banding and minor lag spikes when switching into different zones, but that was forgivable based on the quality of everything else.
With the full launch of the game all of that has changed. The above issues have gotten worse and more frequent, but on top of this there is now a huge issue with lag spikes during general gameplay as well as servers crashing and kicking players from the game. This is unforgivable in a game such as this. So much progress can be deleted when one of these things occur; hardcore players dying, disconnecting during whispers, disconnecting / dying during hell tides, it is not okay.
On top of this, there are several issues with the gameplay itself that I can't seem to understand why it is the way it is.
In D3 it was very clear what was happening on the screen regarding enemy & ally abilities both visually and through sound cues, but in D4 it feels as though both of those things have drastically reduced in quality. Abilities are too dark when compared to the landscape of the game, and it's entirely unclear whether an attack is coming from an enemy or ally unless you're intimately familiar with every class in the game and all of their abilities.
Another issue I have with the combat is CC times. Every death I have had in this game has been due to lag spikes, or being CC locked for several seconds after already using my free movement ability, causing me to be completely destroyed with no way to respond. There was nothing like this in D3, CC existed but not to the extent it's gone in this game and I can't understand why they made this choice. There is no immune time either, I have been chain CC'd when fighting multiple elites at once and it's honestly ridiculous. Coupling this with the issue of visibility, I feel strongly it's something that needs to be addressed by the developers.
There are other lesser issues I left out such as dungeon layouts, mount cooldowns, and inconsistencies with mount movement, but these are my current feelings on the game as of this moment and I'm quickly tiring of the people defending the game in its current state.

I'm in a long distance relationship and I know that already sounds like recipe for disaster. I've known my boyfriend for 3 years and we started officially dating this year after he came to my country and spent a month here.
When he left, I was okay with the relationship but I felt pressured into making it public. A couple of days after he left, he pushed me into making it official on Facebook. I wasn't comfortable (there were people on my Facebook at the time I didn't want snooping around on that but that's an unrelated event) but did it. Since then, it's like he's a different person. He was clingy and affectionate to the point where I complained to friends that I couldn't do anything around the house and it was annoying me but I grew used to it; now it's been months since he last said an "I love you" or even remotely something affectionate. He also changed his mind on having kids after we made it official (which I always made clear was essential for me) and keeps saying kids are terrible, the worst, etc.
Add to the mountain of tension the fact I feel like he's not prioritizing our future or thinking about it. He worked minimum wage (which, again, it's fine) but refuses to study even though his circumstances fully allow it because, and I quote, he doesn't want to explore the workers and sees any type of degree as a tool for that (I have a bachelors, a specialisation and now I'm applying for my masters). But the straw that broke the camel's back is this:
A couple of days ago we had an argument over something I know it's dumb but it felt disrespectful. I am an odd woman, there's no way to put this with any other words. I am a huge age of sails enthusiast (I sail myself and visit naval museums for fun), read books and diaries of sailmakers and shipmakers and captain's logs, I build ship models, have sea themed tattoos and am absolutely in love with historical reenactment, know the language of fans by heart and even make my own butter. It's recently become a problem in the sense that my boyfriend doesn't care about any of this (which is okay, we're all different people) but also thinks I shouldn't and has grown resentful at my interest.
I shared a historical fact with him (in a very "can you believe this???" way) that ended up with him saying "who cares" and blowing up when I said I did. He got aggressive, said "fuck all of this, I'm going to bed" and hasn't talked to me since. He did go to a friend in common's birthday party and seemed all happy and not at all bothered by the things he said. We haven't talked since.
He does struggle with depression but refuses to get help for it because he thinks life under meds is miserable and fake. I'm just so tired to feel like I'm in a battlefield inside my own relationship. This is not the man I started dating and I don't know how to get out of it, a mix of embarrassed that I have to tell my family about it and a grief because I love his mom and his brother, but my friends think this is not the life I should be having, that if he likes bimbos that's his problem and not mine but I don't know what to do.
How do I approach this? Am I exaggerating in wanting to break up? I just feel so guilty and anxious thinking about it but I also want to feel safe, not like I have to walk on eggshells and feel ashamed for my interests.

On the following SmackDown, both Bryan and Strowman stated their desire to take the Universal Championship from Wyatt due to their respective personal issues with him. On the next week’s episode, Bryan defeated Strowman to earn another Universal Championship match against The Fiend at the Royal Rumble. On the go home show, Bryan delivered a running knee to The Fiend and attacked him, only for The Fiend to retreat. Frustrated, Bryan changed the stipulation of their match to a strap match so that The Fiend could not run away.)

I'm not a person who studies workplace laws or is really familiar with it much at all.
This post is mostly to see if anyone else has every experienced something similar to me.
I work in the United States in the state of California for a nationwide used car dealership. I have been working her for just over a year and a half as an inventory manager. (Basically taking care of the cars we have on the lot and fixing minor issues, taking them to shops when needed, communicating with the shops on what needs to be done, set up new shops to work with us on repairs on our cars, work with the service team to assist with estimates sent to them on what can be approved or not, and a few other things that would make it a laundry list of my duties.)
My position pays just under 20 per hr. My experience for the past 7 years has been automotive repair and service advising at repair shops. I was previously a senior technician doing mostly electrical and diagnostics, then moved inside to be an advisor and eventually a service manager. I have even worked as a service advisor at one of the shops my current dealership works with the most, so i know how the system works extremely well. I recently applied to the position within my company as a Service Advisor. What they do is review estimates from shops and approve work to be done or not depending on the customers warranty and estimates that come from other people in my current position.
The service advisor position is the only place for someone in my current position to move to, and it pays significantly more. I was told not long after my interview that they are looking for someone who can step straight in to the position with no training and just get the ball rolling, which is suspicious to me as every single job out there will require some form of training. However, shortly after I was told this, the service team hired a candidate from outside of the company who did not have any where near my level of experience. He was terminated a couple months in. This happened with the team about 2 to 3 more times and now the position is open again. I heard through the grapevine ie: my branch manager and district manager, that the reason I was not being hired for the position is because I live in California and they don't want to have to pay me the same wage that the previous guy who worked in California was making. Which was roughly 35 per hr. Not once during my interview did either me or the hiring manager (VP of company) discuss pay for the position, so I am very confused on what the issue is.
Side note: I know it is not my performance in my current position that is the hold up, because I have been called out by my district manager, and the current manager of the service team as the "poster boy" of my position.
I am wondering if anyone else has been in a similar situation to this, and if there is anything that you did.

I can’t answer to this question but I know that all the synchronicities I experienced pushed me to come, like the fortune teller from Milton Keynes told me I would move to live somewhere else and like other things she predicted then over the next twelve months they occurred, who is in charge ? What is all of this ? I had the chance to see something, a glimpse but no more, I’m frustrated like I know many others out there are, the only thing that keep me going is the fact that all of those experiences made me a better person, so after all this mystery that is life might be Really into teaching us to spiritually grow up.
Scotland, Edinburgh, since I come for the first few months I had an incredible amount of dejavu’, I never experienced so many, this sensation to already have been here it never occurred so much in Italy, Australia, New Zealand and in the other countries I lived, but up here my instinct is telling me there is something for me, something to understand, maybe what happened on Wednesday it is what I needed to remember or just a part of it.
I wanted to reach Glasgow walking by the Union canal from Edinburgh, I didn’t make it but something else would turn me upside down, I was talking with my Mum….oh well, actually arguing when I got a message on Kakao Talk, the Korean version of Whatsapp, it was Julie that replied me to something I asked few days ago, I thought I would never hear from her again but things happening when we less expect them, she couldn’t understand my message and asked me to explain it in a simple way, that day I felt pretty emotional and I got stressed out, to relax I put it on a music track on my Ipod from the movie Cloud Atlas that I got the chance to watch after a colleague recommend it to me, nothing happen by coincidence and everything is connected to each other like a big puzzle, the movie talk about a bunch of people that are bounded to each other and in every new life they will meet over and over again to finish unfinished business or to meet and share the endless love that Twin flames carry to each other forever.
I needed to tell Julie everything I felt, everything I experienced, regardless she would think I was crazy or not, it was something I wanted to share with her for so long and then….a Swan, it reminded me of the ballet performance the Swan Lake and felt compelled to take a photo and to share it with her but when I looked at the pic what I saw blown my mind

Ill try to make this quick as possible. I have a drug test on Monday first thing in the morning. Its for work. I took adderall daily for days straight. It was instant release. I quit taking it yesterday on Monday around 6 pm but my drug test is Next Monday at 7 am. Will this be enough time to get out of my system before then? So in the span of 6 days I took roughly 160 mg or 26 mg. Before anyone asks, no its not prescribed. I do have ADHD since I was a kid, Im 43 now. I am regularly prescribed Ritalin 40 mg daily. I only took the adderall because I could not get my ritalin filled on time due to being out of stock at pharmacy.
