2023.03.29 11:39 Extension-Teacher126 do i agree to casually dating my ex?
okay so me (21f) and my ex (19f) dated for about 6 months last year. we met through work and do still work together a couple of times a week. it was her first queer relationship so it was a bit slow going at the start but she is my first love and i'm her's.
we had a wonderful 6 months together until the serious stuff that she went through with her ex started coming up for her and she ended it (we're talking r*** and regular abuse which has caused her to lose a lot of self-worth). at the time i knew that wouldn't be it for us and i voiced that to her but i'd be lying if i said i didn't struggle with my mental health after the breakup. we spent a few months not talking at all (at my request) and only interacting in desperate times w no other options at work but then she went overseas for a couple months.
leading up to the trip we had been talking a little bit more (floating the idea of a FWB scenario although that never happened) and we ended up seeing each other a couple nights before she left. we just talked for hours and hours and eventually kissed a bit and that was it. i went cold turkey while she was away (which she knew i was doing) and blocked her on everything, only texting her to say happy birthday briefly. i truly was really at peace during that time and would go days without thinking about her although i did miss her.
when she got home we saw each other a couple times at work before i decided that we needed to talk about what had happened before she left (we had also exchanged i love you's over text before she got on the plane) but said that i only wanted to talk if she thought she might want to get back together, otherwise i didn't see the point and i would go back to 0 contact. she said we could talk. it took a few weeks to find a time that worked for us both and in that time we texted almost every day. we had work drinks one night and i offered to drive her cause i would be sober and we live quite close to each other - she said yes. she ended up getting pretty drunk and asked me to stay over, i said no because i was not intoxicated like her and i didn't want to do anything that would make her or i uncomfortable. she assured me that nothing would happen, so i agreed. we cuddled and slept (me less so than her) and that was it but the next day i texted her to say i needed her to choose a time to talk cause the weird in between wasn't super fun for me anymore aka waiting for her to decide what she wanted.
that leads us to last night. we drove to a lookout and talked for a couple hours about her trip and work etc. before i told her i didn't want to put it off any longer. the essential gist of the conversation was me saying that if she wasn't ready now then that was it for me and her saying she loves me and us and wants things to stay the way they are rn because she's not ready to unpack everything that needs to be worked on, in order for her to be ready for a committed long term relationship again. we agreed that we both hated the situation and didn't want it to happen and had a long and emotional goodbye that included a lot of self-hatred from her and a lot of sadness from me. when i woke up today i was a wreck. i spent the morning crying before a therapy session and then a long talk w my aunt. both of those discussions made me see that i was making a decision based on what i thought would make me happiest in the long run, not choosing the thing that was making me happy now although neither was necessarily the better choice.
in the end i messaged and told her i was worried i'd made the wrong decision and i didn't want to lose her - i was willing to give up having an official title if it meant that i still had her in some capacity. it took me a bit to convince her that i had actually thought about it and wasn't just losing my mind cause i miss her and she asked for me to take a few days to think about it before we made a decision. she wants me to be happy and for us to be on the same page, as do i. i really believe that somewhere there is a world in which we can make it work and just be happy and not worried about the future, whether that means ground rules, agreements, regular chats etc etc i'm not sure but i'm sure i don't want to lose her and I would prefer to do it difficult with her than easy with someone else. i'm terrified of regretting either choice and keenly aware that everyone around me has a different opinion. i think love should trump everything else but it's hard to know what is right.
ps:
- we have both hooked up with other people in the time that we haven't been dating but neither of us is interested in other people
- our work friends know most of what's happened between us but our relationship has always been a secret from management
- i miss her dogs lol
tldr: my ex (19f) and i (21f) are still in love but she's not ready for a relationship again, should I say yes to casually dating?

2023.03.29 11:38 LlamaDilemma_123 [27M] Girlfriend's [26F] pet llama causing major issues, and I'm attracted to a new coworker [24F]. Help!
Hey everyone, using a throwaway account for obvious reasons. My girlfriend (26F) and I (27M) have been together for 6 years, and things were great until she got an emotional support llama a year ago. The llama, named Fluffy, is taking up all of her time and attention. Our apartment has turned into a llama haven, and our relationship is suffering. We've talked about it, but she's adamant that Fluffy is essential for her well-being and refuses to consider other alternatives.
To complicate things, I recently met an amazing coworker (24F) at my new job. She's smart, funny, and llama-free. I'm attracted to her, but I don't want to hurt my girlfriend. However, the llama situation is driving me crazy and making me question if I can continue in this relationship. It's not just the physical space Fluffy occupies; it's the emotional toll it's taking on us as a couple.
I'm torn between my loyalty to my girlfriend and my newfound connection with my coworker. I don't know if I should try to work things out with my girlfriend, perhaps suggesting couples therapy, or if I should end the relationship and explore the connection with my coworker. I understand that the grass isn't always greener on the other side, and leaving my girlfriend over a llama might seem absurd. Still, it feels like a symbol of deeper issues we've been ignoring. I'm scared of making a decision that I might regret later.
I'm looking for advice from anyone who has been in a similar situation or can offer some perspective. How do I handle this bizarre yet serious issue? Is it worth trying to work things out with my girlfriend, or should I consider the possibility that we've grown apart? Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated.
TL;DR: My girlfriend's emotional support llama is causing problems in our relationship. I've also developed feelings for a new coworker, and I'm unsure if I should try to salvage my current relationship or move on. Need advice on how to handle this unique dilemma.

2023.03.29 11:38 Pope_Luke_ Homeless-ish: Safe places to sleep in Davis?
So I am a commuter student from the Bay Area. I take Amtrak about 75% of the time, and drive the rest of the time. This Spring Quarter though, I'll be taking a class that ends at 9 PM twice a week, which is after the last train leaves, and I can't really financially support driving that much. It'll put 2000 extra miles on my car that I just cant afford.
Despite this, I shall not despair! I am a backpacker and have zero problems dirt-bagging it outside. My only concern is safety, as I know theres an undercurrent of riff-raff in town. What are my best options for a free and safe spot to crash? Any unlocked buildings, an spots known by unhoused students, any churches or resource centers etc?

2023.03.29 11:35 Accurate-Gas-598 Need some help
Hi y'all I'm kinda new to this whole reddit thing but it's anonymous so this is where I'll post this. And if this isn't allowed then feel free to delete.
So I'm a 24 year old male and I live in a small town in Illinois. I currently still live with my parents. Yes I have a job. I also pay them $350 a month in rent. I pay for my own groceries, gas, car insurance, and even pay for the streaming services that we all use. But that stuff isn't important to this story/question.
So for those of you who live in Illinois or know someone living in Illinois chances are you know that this state sucks. Taxes are high, the roads are almost always in rough shape, winter time sucks, housing is expensive. And the job market is just always lousy pickings. It's all either fast food, farming or factory work.
I don't really know what I want to do with my life but I do know that I don't want to spend it all living here in Illinois. There are so many times where I've just wanted to get in my car and just start driving south and see where the road takes me. I plan to someday move somewhere warm, somewhere I'm not completely miserable. My question is is there anyone here who has just up and moved? Was it worth it? Where would you recommend moving too? And how much did it cost you to do so?

2023.03.29 11:35 psychosociial Dealing with Narcolepsy 2 diagnosis
Hi, I'm a first-time poster here so sorry if I'm not super experienced with this! I recently got diagnosed with Type 2 Narcolepsy, meaning I don't experience cataplexy. Getting this information was very rough on me and I'm not sure how to process it. On top of this, I also learned I would have to wait several months to get medicine. I experience a lot of daytime sleepyness and I'm always tired, making school a dread.
I'm still fairly young, as a 17 year old. I don't know how to move on with my life from now on. I won't be able to drive until I've gotten my medication & is free from sleep attacks, which feels impossible! It's saddening to watch everyone my age get their drivers license while I can't. I'm not sure on how to make people understand me better, what do I tell my partner and parents? I really don't know how to process this diagnosis and would be very grateful for tips on what might have helped for you guys!

2023.03.29 11:32 Anthokne What to check on an As-is 2000 GT-S
I’ve inquired about a celica for sale near me. It’s cheap, but I’m wondering if it’s worth the time/money
This is what the seller said.
needs bumper cover and windshield for sure
possible front shocks or maybe cause its lowered not sure (Stated it kind of bounces when driving, and mentioned it’s like those lowered cars look when they “kind of hop”)
starts and runs, motor tranny and clutch seem fine and quite fast too
never checked anything out on it
they always rust at rear fenders and this has a little i've seen waaaaay worse
paint 6/10, interior 7/10
I’m wondering what I should be looking for seeing as it’s listed As-Is. I plan to go look at it on Friday, and want some idea of what I need to look for. Even if I have to put $2000 into it I’d be happy to do that.

2023.03.29 11:31 iNextLabs Revolutionising business communication with AI based chatbots
With diverse channels of communication, customers are available across numerous channels like WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Viber, and more, which makes it difficult for businesses to reach them in time. In order to run a business successfully, it is essential that communication with the customers must be prompt, because a delay in communication may result in losing out on potential customers. Customers expect these responses available 24/7 and prefer to have them in their modern social channel of their choice. This may sound easy but it is very challenging if not impossible to be available across every channel. Integrating an
AI customer support bot, it becomes incredibly useful in supporting businesses with good customer affiliations.
Integrating AI customer service bots into businesses can increase customer engagement and improve the customer experience, which can enhance efficiency and result in cost savings. But how? The key advantages of how chatbots can revolutionise business communication are:
- Around the clock availability of assistance and customer support.
- Automates routine tasks that include scheduling, setting reminders, and personalising notifications.
- Reduce staffing costs as chatbots are cheaper than human customer service representatives.
- Handles multiple queries and conversations without the need for additional human assistance at the same time.
- Provides personalised assistance based on the user's preferences and history.
Even during the non-working hours of the business, these bots promptly respond to all the customers by handling inquiries that can provide customised customer service as per their needs and wants. Additionally, AI chatbots can provide businesses with valuable insights into customer preferences and behaviours, allowing them to make informed decisions.
One of the most significant advantages of AI chatbots in business is their ability to provide personalised and tailored assistance to customers based on their needs and wants, as these
AI based chatbots are also encoded to respond in multiple languages. Chatbots can use customer data and previous interactions to offer customised recommendations and solutions. Furthermore, AI chatbots use natural language to understand and interpret customer inquiries, responding in a conversational and personalised manner. In addition to offering personalised assistance, AI chatbots can also handle a wide range of customer inquiries simultaneously, freeing up human customer support agents to focus on more complex issues that require human intervention.
Overall, with the integration of iNextLabs AI chatbots, it can provide a competitive edge for businesses, enabling them to remain ahead of competitors and drive growth, and the brands can be in a better position in terms of lead generation, customer perceptions, onboarding, and customer support expansion.

2023.03.29 11:31 Diane1967 My daughter hates me
I’ve struggled with my mental health since I was 17. Depression they said but I always knew it was more yet society paints this picture where you can’t have anything wrong so I tried faking my way through.
I had a child at 22 and I vowed she would never see the life I had (foster care, abuse) and poured my heart into raising her. There was nothing she went without and I was a single mom, sometimes working 2-3 jobs just to make enough for her to live a normal life. She was my best friend. I was hers. I got remarried when she was 5. When she turned 16 and began driving I got her a car and everything changed. She now had a ton of friends and was always in the go, I was so proud of her but knew I was losing her in ways.
My marriage was failing fast. My mental health began struggling more too. I coped by using a pill addiction from a back injury and alcohol. It was the beginning of the end. Her senior year I was going through the divorce and back to being a single parent and her demands were greater. The stress was so much for me and I had a nervous breakdown and heart attack. You would think this would have woke me up but I fell harder into the addiction to escape.
I couldn’t be there for her like I was. I could barely take care of myself and she resented me so much. I pushed myself to work and put her through college all while struggling with my world. Nothing was ever good enough and she began changing so much. She was now so resentful and demanding and rather than standing up for myself I just tried harder to please her.
Eight years ago I had my worst mental breakdown and ended up hospitalized, tried committing suicide 3 times and finally went to rehab and got help. She became more distant and hardly talked to me at all then. I made excuses up in my head of why rather than confronting the problem. My health has been poor, I’ve been in and out of the hospital for various things and have done it all alone. Lucky to even get a phone call. Everything I get is by text only. I’m now on disability and so ashamed and feel like a failure. I am in her eyes for sure.
During the past 8 years since, she got married and eloped and didn’t even tell me til after. We stopped seeing each other on holidays for she always had other plans with her new family. I recently found out she’s pregnant and thought that this will be the thing that helps us get closer again, how wrong I was. Once again I keep making excuses for her treatment of me..hormones? Every day she lashes out at me for something or another by calling me dumb, stupid, a fucking idiot…I can’t do anything right anymore. So disrespectful and cold. I heard from her MIL that she has no intention of even letting me see the baby after it’s born because of “the way I am”. Whatever that means.
I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m mentally drained and so hurt and alone. She is all I have other than a couple friends. I have no family other than her. I’m lost. The kinder I try to be the worse she gets. I don’t know if I should give up or keep trying anymore. I never dreamed as close as we were we’d become so estranged like we are. What do I do?

2023.03.29 11:31 dwbtyres_uae Spotting the Signs: A Guide to Knowing When to Replace Your Car Tyres
| Car Tyre Tread Depth Check Your tyres are the only point of contact between your car and the road, making them a crucial part of your vehicle. As such, it's essential to ensure that they are always in good condition to ensure your safety, fuel efficiency, and overall performance. But how do you know when it's time to replace your tyres? In this blog, we will discuss in-depth the signs that indicate that you need new tyres and why it's essential to have them replaced on time. Whether you are driving in Dubai or any other city in the UAE, these tips will help you keep your tyres in good condition and your car running smoothly. So let's dive in and learn how to spot the signs that you need new tyres. The Signs that Indicate You Need New Car Tyres: 1. Tread Depth Tread depth is a crucial factor to consider when checking the condition of your tyres. The tread provides the necessary grip to your car, allowing it to stay in control while driving on wet or slippery surfaces. Over time, the tread on your tyres will wear down, reducing their effectiveness and making them less safe to use. The legal minimum tread depth in UAE is 1.6mm, and if the tyre tread depth has reached this limit or less, it's time to replace your tyres. One easy way to check the tread depth of your tyres is by using a tread depth gauge, which measures the depth of the tyre tread in millimetres. Alternatively, you can use the "20p test," which involves placing a 20p coin into the tread groove. If the outer band of the coin is visible, your tyre tread is below the legal limit, and you should replace your tyres. 2. Age of Tyres Tyres can degrade over time, even if they haven't been used regularly. The rubber in the tyres can dry out and crack, reducing their ability to grip the road effectively. Most tyre manufacturers recommend that tyres should be replaced every six years, even if they haven't worn out. If your tyres are over six years old, it's time to have them inspected by a professional tyre fitter. You can find the age of your tyres by checking the sidewall of the tyre, where you will find a four-digit number. The first two digits indicate the week, and the last two indicate the year the tyre was manufactured. For example, if the number is 3417, the tyre was manufactured in the 34th week of 2017. 3. Uneven Wear Uneven wear on your tyres can be a sign of several issues, such as alignment problems, worn suspension components, or under or over-inflated tyres. If you notice that your tyres have uneven wear, it's essential to have them inspected by a professional tyre fitter to identify the underlying cause. They will also advise on whether the tyres can be repaired or if they need to be replaced. 4. Visible Damage Any visible damage to your tyres, such as cuts, punctures, bulges, or cracks, can compromise their safety and performance. These issues can lead to a blowout, loss of control of the vehicle, or reduced grip on the road. If you notice any visible damage on your tyres, it's crucial to have them inspected by a professional tyre fitter as soon as possible. They will advise you on whether the tyres can be repaired or need to be replaced. 5. Poor Performance If you notice that your car's handling has changed, such as increased braking distances, reduced grip, or vibrations, it could be a sign that you need new tyres. Poor performance can also be an indication of issues with the wheel alignment, suspension, or brakes, so it's essential to have your car inspected by a professional if you notice any changes in performance. Conclusion In conclusion, the condition of your car tires is critical to your safety and the performance of your vehicle. Regularly checking the tread depth, age, and condition of your tyres can help you identify when it's time to replace them. It's also essential to have them replaced by a reputable tyre shop in the UAE, such as Dubai Electronic Wheel Balance, to ensure that you get high-quality tyres that meet the legal requirements and provide optimal performance. With the convenience of buying car tyres online in the UAE, you can easily find the best car tyre and have your tyres replaced quickly and efficiently. So, if you notice any signs of damage, poor performance, or uneven wear on your tyres, don't delay - head to DWBTyres in Abu Dhabi or our website to get the best quality tyres for your car. submitted by dwbtyres_uae to u/dwbtyres_uae [link] [comments] |
2023.03.29 11:30 Mafia_dogg Just being nice? Or something else
I just think people being nice always has an agenda or reason, even if it isn't for personal gain. It could be as simple as they just liking you as a person. So when I see total strangers be nice to me it really is the most confusing thing I ever for me. Hypocritically when I do it I don't see it as confusing.
But anyways this girl has been giving me rides home now thats normal, i get rides home all the time from the girls and occasionally the guys i work with. But today was super weird for me because she got off before I did. But asked for my number so she could come back to the store just to pick me up and take me back home. It just seems so out of her way to do that when she's already in PJs and could just go to sleep or watch tv instead of going back to pick up some dude she barely even started talking to a week ago. So now im like "does she like me?" But she has a bf so idk
This is also coming from the fact my ex used to give some dude rides back home but she ended ip cheating on me with him which is also part of my thinking process right now
Now we live in the same apartment complexes and it's not even a 5min drive away its super close but it was dark and she wanted to drive me because "it was cold" I only said yeah because I like having company because I get super lonely tbh
Now I wouldn't date her, I'd never date any of the girls I work with for reasons ill keep to myself but she is super prertty and me not being interested doesn't defeat my curiosity to know if she is
Do you think she's just being nice? Or likes me

2023.03.29 11:26 StelarCelarDweler The Frayed Threads of Fate - Chapter 1
The sun streamed through the windows of the McDonald's, casting a warm, golden glow on the faces of four friends sitting in a booth. They were laughing and enjoying their breakfast, a light-hearted banter filling the air. The comfortable hum of idle chatter mingled with the sizzle of the deep fryer, and the scent of warm, greasy food wafted through the restaurant.
Daymion Gallo, a 20-year-old male with red hair and blue eyes, took a sip of his coffee before addressing his friends. "So, are we all set for the day trip to Flagstaff? I heard there's an amazing spot for photos up in the mountains."
Shaemus Heginbotham, Daymion's 22-year-old brother, pushed up his glasses with a hint of excitement in his blue eyes. "Definitely! I've been doing some research, and there's a place called 'Aspen Corner.' It's supposed to be incredible this time of year. The leaves are changing, and the views are breathtaking."
Karina Traynor, Daymion's girlfriend, brushed a strand of her medium-length brown hair behind her ear as she listened intently. Her brown eyes lit up at the idea of an adventure with her friends. "That sounds perfect! I've been wanting to get some new photos for my Instagram. Plus, I've never been to Flagstaff before."
Reganne Ghirardelli, a 5-foot-3 brunette with brown eyes and Shaemus's fiancée, chimed in. "Count me in! It'll be nice to get out of the city for a day, and I'm excited to see what Flagstaff has to offer."
As they continued to discuss their plans, Daymion suddenly felt a chill crawl up his spine. His vision blurred, and he found himself in a nightmarish scene set within the McDonald's. The once bustling restaurant was now eerily silent, and time seemed to slow down as he observed a series of events unfolding before him.
An employee, carrying a tray laden with food and drinks, slipped on a puddle of soda that had gone unnoticed. The tray flew into the air, and the contents tumbled to the ground in slow motion. A large cup of iced coffee collided with a helium-filled promotional balloon, which had been drifting lazily near the ceiling. The balloon, now punctured, spiraled out of control, its ribbon wrapping around a decorative paper banner hanging from the ceiling.
The weight of the balloon tugged at the banner, which was anchored to a wall-mounted TV on one end. The force was enough to dislodge the television from its mount, causing it to crash onto the counter below. The impact sent a canister of powdered coffee creamer flying into the air, scattering its contents like a cloud of dust.
The friends, seated together in the booth, watched the bizarre scene unfold before them. As the cloud of powdered creamer hung in the air, a nearby heat source—an exposed wire in a malfunctioning electrical outlet—ignited the highly flammable dust.
Flames erupted, and the fire spread rapidly throughout the restaurant. Reganne, who had been closest to the outlet, was quickly engulfed by the flames. Her friends looked on in horror as the fire consumed her, leaving them paralyzed with shock and disbelief.
Shaemus, desperate to save Reganne, grabbed a fire extinguisher from the wall. He pulled the pin and aimed it at the fire, but in his panic, he failed to notice that the extinguisher had been tampered with.
The pressure gauge showed it was overcharged, making it a dangerous weapon rather than a life-saving tool. As Shaemus squeezed the handle, the extinguisher exploded in his hands, sending shrapnel through the air. A jagged piece struck him in the temple, and he collapsed to the ground, lifeless.
Karina, realizing that the situation was growing dire, frantically searched for an escape route. She noticed a window that led to the outside and made a run for it, hoping to break it open with a nearby chair. However, as she lifted the chair to smash the window, a dislodged ceiling tile, weakened by the flames, fell onto her. The heavy tile struck her head, causing her to lose consciousness and collapse onto the floor, the fire closing in around her.
Daymion, now the last of the group still conscious, fought to maintain his composure amidst the chaos. The fire roared around him, and the heat was nearly unbearable. He spotted an emergency exit and made a desperate dash towards it, his heart pounding in his chest. Just as he was about to reach the door, a support beam, weakened by the flames, collapsed in front of him, blocking his path.
Trapped and with no way out, Daymion felt a sense of hopelessness wash over him. He closed his eyes and braced himself for the inevitable. But in that instant, the horrific vision faded away, and he found himself back in the booth with his friends, the restaurant once again bustling with life.
Disoriented and shaken, Daymion took a moment to process the terrifying vision he had just experienced. He knew that he had to act quickly to prevent the horrifying chain of events from becoming a reality.
"Guys, we need to get out of here right now!" Daymion exclaimed, urgency lacing his voice. The others, startled by his sudden outburst, exchanged confused glances but could see the fear in Daymion's eyes.
Without waiting for a response, Daymion hurriedly ushered his friends out of the booth and towards the exit. As they left the restaurant, the chain of events from Daymion's vision began to unfold behind them.
From the safety of the parking lot, the group of friends watched in shock as the McDonald's burst into flames. Daymion's heart raced as he realized the gravity of the situation and the narrow escape they had just experienced. Though the ordeal had been harrowing, he knew that his vision had given him the opportunity to save his friends from a gruesome fate.

2023.03.29 11:22 StepwiseUndrape574 Grand Theft Auto 6 Fan Footage Shows Unreal Engine 5 Driven Vice City Splendor
Various pieces of Grand Theft Auto 6 news has been circulating lately, with a variety of leaks and information hitting the web. For example, just yesterday we learned that famed rapper 50 Cent might play a role in the next -- as yet unannounced -- installment of the GTA series. However, fans are growing tired of waiting and have begun to come up with thier own GTA 6 content to tide themselves over.
Posted to YouTube earlier this week, creator TeaserPlay envisioned the Grand Theft Auto 6 world in Unreal Engine 5. Based on prior leaks and information about the game, the technical or concept demo shows a part of what could be Vice City, as we follow a female character walking and driving around. You can check out the full demo below. It is pretty slick looking save for a few minor things.
Play
Interestingly, this is not the first time we have seen fan content for GTA 6, but it is one of the more recent and diverse creations. In any event, fans seem to be chomping at the bit for new GTA news, but Rockstar is keeping its cards close to the vest. Sadly, this is likely due in part to the leaks that happened in 2022, whereafter Rockstar seemed to hold onto any information in an effort to control the narrative around the game. Despite this, there still have been numerous leaks showing off new characters, a bit of the game world, and some of the tech for making GTA 6.
At the end of the day, we hope it won’t be too long before we get some official GTA 6 news, as there has been speculation of a 2024 or 2025 launch. Realistically, that is not all that far off anymore, so stay tuned as we keep our eyes peeled for any new GTA 6 announcements or information.

2023.03.29 11:20 qingz_ Should Uber/Didi drivers help you lift stuff into the car?
I booked a round-trip Didi to the post office today and got dropped around the corner rather than directly in front. I’m disabled so I was struggling to carry this 20kg package for the 50 metre walk to the car. I asked my driver if he could drive a bit closer but he refused and scolded me for taking too long. I didn’t expect him to help but I felt a sense of disappointment watching him just sit there while I was on the verge of passing out. Times like these, I really hate being disabled. I know drivers are paid to just drive and him helping would be a plus, not a requirement, but should it just be a common courtesy? Is it too much to ask for help?

Exploring Pirelli Tyres Advanced Technologies Pirelli has been at the forefront of the tyre technology for over a century, and they continue to innovate and develop new technologies to improve their tyre products. In this article, we will discuss the technologies used by Pirelli tyres. - Pirelli Noise Cancelling System (PNCS): This technology is designed to reduce the noise that tyres produce while driving. It works by applying a layer of polyurethane foam to the inside of the tyre's tread pattern, which helps to absorb sound waves and reduce noise levels inside the vehicle.
- Run Flat: This technology allows drivers to continue driving on a punctured or damaged tyre for up to 50 miles at a reduced speed. The Run Flat technology works by reinforcing the sidewall of the tyre, which allows it to support the weight of the vehicle even when it has lost air pressure.
- Seal Inside Technology: This technology is designed to seal punctures in the tyre's tread area instantly. A layer of sealant is applied to the inside of the tyre, which immediately seals any puncture when it occurs, preventing air loss and allowing the driver to continue driving without interruption.
- Elect: Pirelli Tyres Elect technology is specifically designed for use in electric and hybrid vehicles. This technology incorporates an electrically conductive compound in the tyre's structure that helps to reduce the build-up of static electricity and improves fuel efficiency. Elect technology also reduces the rolling resistance of the tyres, which leads to better energy efficiency and longer driving range for electric vehicles. With this technology, Pirelli Tyres is contributing to the development of more sustainable and efficient mobility solutions for the future.

2023.03.29 11:20 LocationOk1668 Everything You Need to Know About iCloud Drive: A Comprehensive Guide
In today's digital world, having a reliable cloud storage solution has become essential. Among the many options available, iCloud Drive, Apple's cloud-based storage service, has become a popular choice for many users. In this article, we'll take a closer look at what iCloud Drive is, its features, and how it works.
What is iCloud Drive?
iCloud Drive is a cloud storage service offered by Apple that allows you to store, sync, and share files across all your Apple devices. It works seamlessly with your iPhone, iPad, and Mac, as well as with Windows computers. iCloud Drive offers various features that make it easy to store and access your files, such as file sharing, automatic syncing, and a web interface that allows you to access your files from any device with an internet connection.
How does iCloud Drive work?
iCloud Drive works by storing your files in the cloud, which means they're stored on Apple's servers rather than on your device's local storage. This makes it easy to access your files from any device that's signed in to your iCloud account. When you save a file to iCloud Drive, it's automatically synced to all your other devices that are signed in to the same account. This means you can start a document on your iPhone and finish it on your Mac without having to manually transfer the file between devices.
What are the features of iCloud Drive?
One of the standout features of iCloud Drive is its seamless integration with Apple's ecosystem of devices. This makes it easy to access your files from anywhere and share them with other users. iCloud Drive also offers a range of other features, including:
- File sharing: You can share files with other iCloud users, as well as with non-iCloud users via a public link.
- Automatic syncing: Files are automatically synced across all your devices that are signed in to your iCloud account.
- Version history: iCloud Drive keeps track of all changes made to a file, allowing you to revert to a previous version if necessary.
- Collaboration: You can collaborate on documents in real-time with other users via the web interface.
How much does iCloud Drive cost?
iCloud Drive offers 5 GB of free storage, which is usually enough for most users. However, if you need more storage, you can upgrade to a paid plan. The prices for iCloud Drive plans are as follows:
- 50 GB: $0.99 per month
- 200 GB: $2.99 per month
- 2 TB: $9.99 per month
Conclusion
In conclusion, iCloud Drive is a reliable and convenient cloud storage solution for Apple users. Its seamless integration with Apple's ecosystem of devices and range of features make it an attractive option for many users. If you're an Apple user looking for a reliable cloud storage solution, iCloud Drive is definitely worth considering.

2023.03.29 11:19 webzguruservices Web Copy Vs Web Content: Which One Does Your Business Need?
| In today’s digital age, every business needs a strong online presence. But when it comes to creating content for your website, do you know the difference between web copy and web content? It’s easy to confuse the two terms, but understanding their distinct purposes can make all the difference in attracting and converting visitors into customers. In this blog post, we’ll break down the differences between web copy and web content so that you can determine which one is best suited for your business needs. So grab a cup of coffee and let’s dive right in! https://preview.redd.it/15ywez0kbnqa1.png?width=640&format=png&auto=webp&s=3ab055c62b7219fb57bdbd2f4dfcbb836d1339ec Introduction Web copy and web content are two of the most important components of any website. They both play a vital role in helping businesses communicate with their customers and promote their products or services. But what’s the difference between the two? Web copy is the text that appears on your website, typically in the form of headlines, paragraphs, and call-to-actions. It’s designed to inform and persuade your visitors to take a specific action, such as signing up for your email list or making a purchase. On the other hand, web content encompasses all the text on your site, including your blog posts, product descriptions, About Us page, and more. Unlike web copy, it’s not necessarily designed to sell anything; rather, its purpose is to provide valuable information that will help your visitors make an informed decision about whether or not to do business with you. What Is Web Copy? Web copy is the text on a website that is used to sell a product or service. It is usually short and to the point, and it often uses persuasive language to convince the reader to buy something. Web content, on the other hand, is the information on a website that is not trying to sell anything. It might provide information about a company or its products, but it is not trying to persuade the reader to buy anything. What Is Web Content? Web content is the information and experiences that are available on a website. This can include text, images, videos, and other forms of media. Web content is what makes a website useful and engaging for visitors. There are many different types of web content, and each serves a different purpose. For example, some web content is designed to inform or educate, while other types are meant to entertain or sell products and services. The best websites have a mix of all different kinds of content to keep visitors coming back for more. Creating great web content isn’t always easy, but it’s worth the effort. Visitors who find valuable and relevant information on a website are more likely to come back in the future and recommend the site to others. How Does Web Copy Differ from Web Content? Web copy is the text on a website that is meant to sell a product or service, while web content is the text on a website that is meant to inform or entertain. Web copy is usually shorter and more to the point than web content, and it often uses persuasive language to get the reader to take action. Web content, on the other hand, is typically longer and more detailed, and it often includes information that is not directly related to the product or service being sold. How to Use Web Copy and Web Content Effectively in Your Business There’s no denying that web copy and web content are both important for businesses. But which one does your business need? Web copy is the text on your website that’s designed to sell your products or services. It’s usually short and to the point, and it’s often written in a persuasive tone. Web content, on the other hand, is designed to inform and engage your audience. It can be anything from blog posts and articles to videos and infographics. And while it’s not always explicitly selling something, it can help promote your brand and build trust with your audience. So, which one should you use in your business? The answer is: both! Web copy can be used to drive conversions by asking visitors to take action, such as buying a product or signing up for a newsletter. But if you want people to stick around for more than a few seconds, you need engaging web content that will keep them coming back for more. The key is to strike a balance between the two. Use web copy to make the hard sell when appropriate, but complement it with web content that provides value and builds relationships. That way, you’ll have an effective online presence that helps you achieve your business goals. Examples of Great Web Copy and Content Strategies There’s no question that all businesses need web copy and content. But what’s the difference between the two, and which one does your business need? Web copy is the text on your website that’s designed to sell your products or services. It’s usually short and to the point, and it’s often written in a persuasive or marketing-oriented style. Web content, on the other hand, is the text on your website that’s designed to inform and educate your visitors. It’s usually longer and more detailed than web copy, and it’s often written in a more neutral or objective style. So, which one does your business need? The answer depends on your goals. If you want to sell something, you’ll need web copy. If you want to inform and educate your visitors, you’ll need web content. And if you want to do both, you’ll need both! Here are some examples of great web copy: -“Buy now and get free shipping!” -“Click here to learn more about our product!” -” limited time only!” -“Don’t miss out- sign up today!” Here are some examples of great web content strategies: -Create a blog to share industry news, tips, and advice -Write helpful how-to articles -Share customer stories and testimonials -Provide detailed product descriptions -Include an FAQ page to answer common questions -Create downloadable guides and resources -Publish videos and podcasts Conclusion Ultimately, when deciding between web copy and web content for your business’s website, it is important to take into account what you are trying to achieve. If you want concise yet powerful messaging that will grab the attention of visitors quickly then web copy may be a better choice. On the other hand, if you want to provide more in-depth information about your products or services then creating engaging web content would be ideal. In either case, both types are essential components of any successful online presence and should be used together strategically in order to maximize their impact. submitted by webzguruservices to u/webzguruservices [link] [comments] |
2023.03.29 11:18 Toke-No-Mo Had a wake up call. It’s time to stop.
I view porn probably 3-4 times per week which, compared to some, may not really seem like a problem. But I realize now that it can be.
So, here’s the thing. My wonderful, beautiful wife of 20 years doesn’t have as strong of a sex drive as me. She never has. Her sex drive has also declined somewhat in the past few years. It’s nothing against me personally. It was a hard thing to come to understand, but it’s simply her natural physiological makeup. I’m the one who almost always initiates sex, and to her credit, she usually obliges, even if she doesn’t really feel like it. She rarely initiates sex, so when she does, it’s a very lovely and special thing for me.
Last night was one of those rare times. She grabbed my hand, looked at me with that twinkle in her eye, and pulled me into the bedroom. The problem? Well, I had just secretly masturbated while viewing porn literally 10 minutes prior. The result. I wasn’t in the mood, which is super rare for me. I went thru the motions but my performance was, let’s just say, far from optimal, lol! So, in essence, by viewing pornography, I missed out on what would have otherwise been a very special intimate time with her. . .
I’m new to the idea of nofap and new to this community. Any thoughts or suggestions?

2023.03.29 11:18 Hi-ImProbablyAnxious Boredom intolerant
Hey everyone! So, I’ve not been officially diagnosed yet, but have been doing a lot of research and talking to people on Facebook and now here. I highly suspect I am PDA autistic and ADHD. Through this discovery I’ve realized how disconnected from my body I’ve been in order to hide all of my sensory issues. A new thing I’m experiencing, and I’m wondering if it’s related to autism, is that I am intolerant to boredom. When I start feeling bored I start feeling anxious. Like borderline panic attack anxious unless I’m able to distract myself somehow. It’s weird because sometimes I can get lost in my thoughts and zone out for a while without feeling bored, but other times (like when I’m stuck in a boring college class or am having to drive), I get boredom anxiety. Is this a thing anyone else experiences? Could it be related to autism or maybe it’s ADHD?

2023.03.29 11:17 Burnt-Orangey Tinnitus from NSAIDs?
Hi everyone, I’m (27F) pretty new here! I’ve been taking etoricoxib 90mg for a few months (and Naproxen for a few months before that). Since around December my ear has been ringing/buzzing on and off. Recently it’s been louder and is now pretty much all the time, which is starting to drive me mad. Has anyone else ever experienced this or know any solutions?
I also started taking sulfasalazine fairly recently, but the ringing started before so I’m pretty sure it’s not that. I’ve never had a problem like this so I feel like it must be linked to the NSAIDs somehow!
