...I think I keep picking fights with Daddy because I'm getting triggered and that makes me scared. I'm seeing a therapist sort of inconsistently but I dont know how to talk about some of the things (childhood abuse, SA, kinks about the abuse/shame about them, etx) or if they need to be talked about or if I'm overreacting because I do that sometims.?

My husband (27M) and I (28F) have an 8 year old small Bichon Frise, a one year old female Ragdoll cat and a 3 month old Sphinx cat. I love all my animals to death but after getting them all, I’ve realized my husband probably wouldn’t be a good father. I’m unsure if I’m true in this thought.
Our dog, since the new kitten, started marking the house and he’s neutered. My husband gets really angry and yells at our dog and can’t contain his anger when he makes accidents (Never physical abuse). I’ve been calm and have been trying to give him more outside time, more play and be calm in the adjustment. The Sphinx is so young and is taking a bit of time to get used to his new food; so I have to be cautious when he goes to the bathroom and with a baby wipe ready. My Ragdoll is find but we’re still in the introduction phase with the cats so I can’t blame her behavior.
Onto why I think he wouldn’t be a good father. We both have income; although mine is passive, I still believe I contribute. I clean the house and take care of the pets. He works at home and when he’s watching the pets during work, they’re just sleeping. Once I wake up, it’s time to take them outside, feed them, bathe, cut nails, and make sure all pets are well taken care of and happy. This is not an everyday thing but it piles up. He doesn’t know how to file our dogs nails down or how far down he can cut the cats nails. I’m constantly up at night with the kitten making sure he’s okay and isn’t lonely. I’m the only one that bathes the pets and schedules vet appointments (I’m pretty sure he doesn’t even know the name of our vet or their number even though we’ve been there for years) I was up at 3AM making sure under our bed wasn’t a hazard for my kitten so he could sleep in our room. My husband was asleep, but I was more concerned with my kitten so I didn’t really care if he woke up from the commotion. He got angry and said he just wanted to sleep and not help.
I believe that these pets that he adores are being taken care of by me, while he gets to play and hang out with them. It’s as if I’m the mean parent and he’s the fun one. I would love to adopt a child one day but if he gets to toss them to me for the dirty work and late night care while just being the one who pays for health insurance and occasionally contributes to their upbringing I don’t think I would want that. My husband is a wonderful successful man but I’m not sure, do you think it would be okay to still adopt? Is there any advice that can be given?

I have been dealing with a serious flu/fever since last Thursday. I’ve had every symptom imaginable, so obviously I have been in a lot of pain and discomfort. Then, as I was on the rebound Monday, I got pink eye. My little sister got it sometime last week but I stayed clear of her so I have no idea how I got it. It was manageable in just one eye and I was hopeful it would be cleared mostly by the weekend, but now it’s migrated towards my other eye too. I’m full blown panicking because the bacterial eye drops the doctors prescribed my sister aren’t working on me, so it’s most likely viral which means that I’ll have it for a while. I’m in so much pain because my flu symptoms are flaring back up and my anxiety is so high. I’ve missed a week of work and school, and now I’ll probably have to cancel my plans that I’m really looking forward to. Does anyone have suggestions, anything that could help me get rid of this faster? I’m desperate.

my dad died 10 months ago. I was wrapped in guilt the way it happened. then 5 months later, my dog was diagnosed with cancer and within 2 months he was gone.
a few years ago i was rear ended, suffered back injury. case went to trial about 2 weeks after my dog died. guess what? I lost. won't go into details but the jury didn't believe me and i got accused of being liar, cheater and opportunistic in a public forum.
on top of that? there's a potential i have to pay the winning side (insurance company) about 40-50k because i lost. isn't bad enough the person who caused my injury got away? isn't bad enough that i am suffering life long pain because of this person?
i don't think i'm suicidal yet but I'm starting to.... i'm starting to understand why people commit suicide.
I've always had anxiety and depression but they used to come and go and I could manage them fairly well. but now? they're constant. even when I'm asleep, i don't get peace. i keep waking up every few hours and when i do wake up, i have this massive panic attack. it's been going on since the trial ended.
I'm not sure how much longer I can take this. it's too painful. it's too harsh. it's unbearable.

An overview of the 5 Tonpa Kingdoms. In the Himalayas region, stretching from the Khotesh basin to the north-west through the snow-capped mountains and down the jungles surrounding the Brahmaputra delta, are 5 Kingdoms that have a shared history, connected by one religion.
The religion is known as Tonpa and it sprang from ancient beliefs in the Jangshun plateau, and spread to encompass an impressively large area, beating out several other religions, most notably Boncho and Dharmism and grew to resist attempts to conquer its lands by Tengger and Confucian forces.
--- We, the people of Tonpa know in our hearts that the Universe is a giant river and all stars and planets are floating through it, destined for the Great Lake of Rebirth, the Cosmic River starts from a giant fountain where the 3 Universal Gods brokered peace with one another after a great 30,000 year war, the souls created as fighters in the war gained worldly bodies and were greeted by the 3 Universal Gods.
In the great fountain, two places were created, the one atop the fountain a joyous place of life and celebration, but under the fountain a cold place formed, one of constant death and torture, the 3 Universal Gods declared that all shall experience both these places, the righteous shall see the bottom place first to cleanse themselves of their life's transgressions before being rewarded with time among the 3 Universal Gods, the wicked shall see the joyous place first, for even the wicked cannot go their entire lives without doing good and seeing a paradise lost when their good deeds reward expires is a punishment unto itself. “You shall see the least of your deeds first” Promised the Universal Gods, for once your mortal deeds are rewarded and punished then your soul shall spring forth from the fountain and become the water that carries stars and worlds along the Cosmic River, once your soul reaches the Great Lake of Rebirth, you are carried to a world where a newborn body awaits your soul, if you are righteous enough you will be carried to a world that is destined for the Great Lake of Rebirth for once a world enters the Great Lake of Rebirth the soul ceases to exist and once a soul ceases to exist it spreads its will across the Universe and becomes an unknowing part of life itself. The 3 Universal Gods give every star a world that revolves around it and every world 3 Earthly Gods to govern in their stead as avatars.

Daiden - The Father Daiden's is considered to be the overseer of the arts and intelligence, any pursuit that involves the calm mind and intelligence is seen to the realm of Daiden. The religious text of Daiden; The Sagas is the oldest of the three texts and the stories contained in the text are thought to be much older. It is said that the followers of Daiden, honour him by engaging in righteous intellectual thought and honest pursuit. The animals associated with Daiden are. The Monkey – The Monkey is the main animal associated with Daiden, they are intelligent, communal and unpredictable, the long-standing ruling dynasty of The Kingdom of Jangshun has the sigil of the Monkey. The Elephant – The Elephant is wise and gentle despite their heavy weight and large size, they quickly band together to eliminate threats when a member of their community is in danger. The Eagle – King of the skies, the Eagle is powerful and insightful, an Eagle landing before you is seen as a sign of tremendous good fortune, they keep a keen eye on the ground and can spot tiny details from afar at great speeds. The Royal guards of Jangshun adorn themselves with Eagle feathers and have motifs of eagle heads on shields and weapons. The Father is also associated with rain as in times of rain people are often inside and rely on intellectual pursuits to pass the time. Groups associated with Daiden are. Rain Society – Rain Society see themselves as the rain that brings growth, they talk with young devotees of the two other Gods and challenge them to go about their worship and associated pursuits in more intellectual ways. The Monkey Society – The Monkey Society are a guild for anyone involved in theatre, actors, writers, theatre owners, they send troupes out to remote communities to entertain them, they read scripts to find great playwrights and they make and repair props. Caihong - The Mother Caihong's realm is considered to be practical skills like farming, hunting and medicine, fulfilling and nurturing, Caihong is prayed to every year in spring hoping for a bountiful harvest. Caihong's religious text is The Observations, the newest of the three sacred texts in Tonpa. Adherents of Caihong are caring but at times exclusionary, like a mother favouring her own family. The animals associated with Caihong are. The Fox – The Fox is the main animal associated with Caihong, they are clever, practical and they are known for building safe homes for their family. The Bear- The Bear is fiercely strong and will use that strength to protect their family, Bearskin armor is worn by people that are dual graduates of The School of the Mother and The School of the Dragon. The Bee – The Bee is small but they are caring of their community, they protect their Queen with their life and provide honey and wax for people. Caihong is associated with sunshine as an allegory for the light and warmth of motherhood. Orders associated with Caihong are. The Order of the Fox – The Order of the Fox devote themselves to making and repairing furniture, because Foxes are expert home builders, The Order of the Fox honour the Fox by donating furniture they make to people without and repairing items that break. The Order of Spring - A group of doctors that make it their mission to heal anyone in need, they are based in Taishigang but are spread throughout the Tonpa Kingdoms. Druk-Ta - The Dragon Druk-Ta is the God of War, wind and thunder, their realm is seen as being anything that requires intensity, both physical and mental, games, sport and trade are also seen as being governed by them. The animals associated with Druk-Ta are. It's been a while since i last felt something. A few years ago a very young relative of mine died in his sleep and it shocked everyone in my family but me. I know I wasn't happy about the sudden death of a 23 year old, but I wasn't really feeling anything. I remember my sister and mom crying, while i was just sitting there not shedding a single tear. Hey guys, i started having this problem with FFXIV recently and i'm wondering if it's just me and if you possibly have any fix.So i resubbed to the game about a month ago and I started having this issue with game freezing occasionally (sometimes every 10 minutes, sometimes every 30 etc.) The freeze can last anywhere from 10 seconds to like 2 minutes. During the freeze I can't do anything in game or see anything (aside from the one frozen frame) but everything outside of the FFXIV.exe is fine, meaning I can browse internet, watch twitch streams while the game is frozen and everything is perfectly responsive. It can happen when in any location in game. I have played this game for like 2 years and only now i started having this problem. It only happens with FFXIV. This pretty much prevents me from doing any harder content. I have just done a roulette leveling dungeon and my game froze on 2 bosses causing my group to wipe and waste their time.Any advice appreciated

What does it even do? What could they possibly have to base any kind of recommendation on? Nothing on it has anything to do with anything I've ever done, the ornaments aren't based on my top exotics or anything, and if I did want any of it, it's not difficult to just find in the store. Sorry for the long text but i needed to put you in the image so you understand this one needs explaining, she not really harassing me, but she makes me uncomfortable, ok here's the backstory I'm a student at an engineering school i sacrificed alot to get in as you know ''classes prepas'' not really a walk in park easy, and the entrance exams are stressful and they took a toll on me, plus those two years where fucking hell, i was just studying, up all night in physics and maths, eating and repeating the very next day, i barely got into this engineering school, and I'm still half way but got better and got used to it, anyways, a female teacher and head of department, i thought she was just friendly at first, but times goes i felt weird about the way she treats me, if i ever bumped into her she always keeps talking to me about range of stuff like studies and i thought Ok this is okay, a got a good relationship with the teacher witch can give me a boost she can have my back whenever i needed her, but recently i get uncomfortable even walkin in my School, i asked around and everyone told me she's cold and distance and never had anything outside 2mins talk with them , what broke the camels back and really made me think is when she once offered to have lunch with me, i joked around saying that i will have lunch with my classmates and they probably hate me cause i they won't be comfortable around a teacher but she's welcome witch she replied with a laugh and told me okay next time, i once again was taking a coffee from a distributer and she told me that's not real coffee and invited me to a classy coffee shop and told that'll be on her and we can take her car, i joked as I'm shocked to the core and said will you explain that to the professor X (because i had a class and i was just in a break x is just to not use he's real name) witch she replied don't worry i can explain to you what ever he teaches you, but realised that was not what she supposed to say and recoved by saying yeah maybe next time, the next wasn't very long until i met her just by accident in a weekend and told me that she needs 10 mins of my time, we went to a coffee shop then asked about what do i need to do to kick start my career and how she can help and she always felt like I'm unique student even that I'm that smart and i need to put so much work in the simplest subjects, as I'm known in my class that I'm dumbest one and i agree because it was just pure luck how i got in to continue my studies, and i have terrible memory witch required me to di 10 times more effort to just keep up i ask some friends on how to deal with this but i don't have any evidence of this misconduct, even WhatsApp conversation is pure professional emails too even calls from her are super professional but face to face is not so much. a friend of mine told me to get with her until i finished my studies but i still have 2 years ahead of me and she can really fuck me up, she's not as hot or even beautiful, if we got a relationship I can't have a girlfriend, since she can really get me kicked out and you need to know that I can't just get to another school plus I'm not super rich and i bearly make it to the end of every month, I'm very confused and I feel like the next weeks something terrible will happen, idk just a feeling, a relationship is not what i want, plus that woman is known for being strict, she has the ower to kick anybody of the school and they will not be accepted in state schools ever again, the only option is private witch as i said I can't afford, and can't just stop now and comeback later for my studies since this is a 6 years diplomat that can't be intorupted I'm sorry this was long , but please what can i do?

For background, my sister is 24f and her partner is 29m, they have two kids ages 1 and 2. The father quit work after the birth of their first child and has not had a job since, they rent a property that my sister pays for solely. She pays for the bills, including his leisure, they have universal credit and she earns £23k yearly before tax. His name is on the birth certificates as he is biological father of both children. She also pays for a car that costs her about £290 finance monthly that she was coerced to agree to joint finance with him (for the betterment of the kids) as she can’t drive and he couldn’t get the finance agreement alone.
The brief story is he has now walked out on the family, he said he “deserves a break” from being a full time father and so he upped and left, forcing my family to take holidays and such to cover childcare. She already gets 15 free hours for her 2 year old but she works full time from the office.
He now, after a week, has demanded the children are his responsibility as he wants to live in a council property as their main parent. He has not applied or been accepted for this and is fully able to work. He is fairly abusive to my sister, a manipulator for certain, and she is now taking sick days in the fear he will do something rash.
My questions are, if she was to want her children full time and still work does she have options? (Childcare assistance from family is not a long term option.)
If she quite work to be a full time mother, does she have options until they are of school age?
How can she look to get rid of her car responsibilities? She pays, does not drive and the HP is only 3 months in.

We are all really close, if we don’t see each other we call multiple times a day. My parents are middle class, so am I and my sister and her husband are well off. I am looking for work but at the moment, I am not sure how I will afford to attend a job interview. I trust in God that He will make a way for me and that as long as I stay in prayer and remain obedient that everything will be okay, I an standing on his promise that if we call to Him that He will answer.
I have sent out some emails to companies and filled in some job applications whilst still looking. I am just waiting to hear back now but as desperate as I need and want a job, I'm constantly in tears because It's all getting on top of me and causing me so much stress😞.
