We are looking for two new players to complete the roster and finally start the grind to lvl 10. Our main goal will be to reach lvl 10 as a team and then afterwards go for ESEA Open. We will ofcourse practice as a team and individually. We will also offer the players custom training and individual practice by reviewing Demos and seeing what the mistakes are. Following roles are being looked for: - an IGL (details will be explained on dc) - a Rifler (details will be explained on dc)
Requirements for the IGL: - atleast lvl 8 on faceit (max 2030 elo) - decent Entry Rifler - good with people - okay with making and perfecting new strats and defaults in his free time which the team will learn in their free time as well - atleast 3k hours on csgo - able to give constructive critisicm and not tilt easily - able to play like an actual IGL and think about the whole team and not simply about his own actions - good english and good mic
Requirments for the Rifler: - atleast lvl 6 on faceit (max 1850 elo) - very good Entry Rifler - able to learn strats and defaults of the IGL in his free time - atleast 2k hours on csgo - able to give constructive critisicm and not tilt easily - able to switch between being an aggressive Rifler and a passive Rifler - be quick learner - good english and good mic
The timezone will be CET (atleast +- 1 hours from it no more no less)
The main goal for this team will be to reach lvl 10 together and then afterwards go for more serious competition in ESEA OPEN or other tournaments.

*I left time and sales off, because I didn't want 1000 combinations on here, but I'm assuming most have that on as well. I guess I also left off bookmap too
I'm really comfortable with time charts, loving tick charts now, and I'm learning DOM and Footprint, so I'm just wondering what the profitable dudes have set up.

I've been trying to get this fixed for a few days, and my ISP haven't been particularly helpful.
My internet doesn't work, no connection whatsoever. Ehen I try to troubleshoot the connection, I get a "Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (DNS server) is not responding" message.
My computer specs: Windows 10 Home N Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600 with Rafeon Graphics 3.90 GHz Network Adapter: Intel(R) Ethernet Controller (3) I225-V
Computer is connected directly to a switch (Raycore model ASWS-9T7F-00900-07) through an ethernet cable, which is connected to fibre.
I've tried to reset both multiple times. I would like to try and factory reset the switch, but I can't find any button and using a web browser with ip doesn't work(ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT for Default Gateway, ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED for localhost and IPv4 Address). The switch wasn't set up by me but comes with the apartment, so I guess they've set it up so I can't mess with it.
The strangest thing is that I could access the market portal( if it works differently elsewhere, where I live when you have no broadband contract you can access a single webpage where you can browse and order one available where you live); this whole deal got me to look up my internet contract and I decided to change. When I had no ISP, I could access the market portal and buy a new contract. Once I had one, same problem reappered.
I've tried manually setting IP-address and DNS (1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8) and contacting my ISP( who just told me to restart my computer and switch and possibly factory reset it, without telling me how to do that).
Pinging a DNS server(1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8) gives no response, same with pinging the Default Gateway( pinging IPv4 address works though).
I honestly have no real clue what I'm doing, so apologies if some of these things make no sense to do/include. But I feel like this is something wrong outside my control or? I could access the market portal thing, so the connection's working right? I'm just really confused.

I rant a lot in this post sorry but not sure where else to post it.
In my earlier post I talked about whether to pick up 4u tutoring (in year 11 rn) and I ended up picking it but at that time I was going through some issues that affected me mentally so I haven't been focusing on my 4u tutoring specifically and didn't spend time doing the h/w in between the classes. After that I was just lazy and prioritised my school work and other tutoring and basically didn't spend time to revise and focus on my content. It's not roughly 8 lessons into complex numbers and I basically only have the understanding of 1/2 lessons. Everything is extremely confusing and I can't ask my tutor for advice/ help because I know what he'll say and will definitely berate me for not doing my H/W (it is my fault and I fully understand and also severely regret).
A bit of a rant skip the paragraph if you're not bothered. If you were to ask me a year ago if I were to pick up 4u I would've 100% said no but I think it was due to my fear of regret and mistakes as well as a bit of selfish thought I ended up choosing the class. I keep thinking to try and stick with the class for as long as I can but I am completely confused and I have no resources to help me through the question (studying off the cambridge book) but I think back if I were to stick with 4u what if all my efforts pay off and I actually manage to catch up and do well in the class but then again I think if I would be willing to study 4u in Year 12 and drop another subject (which I really don't want) and also sit the HSC test? No. I find 3u is my limit where I have a good mix of hard and easy questions. Part of the reason of keeping 4u is to basically say I've done the hardest HSC course and it would help me a bit in uni (either want to do engineering or med) and I can also tutor kids with 4u. Also to make my parents proud of me. I flonked my 3u test last term and got 52% which I know is because I didn't study properly and I know 100% I can achieve a 70-80% at least. I don't understand when I catch up and also when I'm in the class but I'm too intimidated to tell my tutor I want to drop or discuss to him about it because it's a bit complex but he would 90% say for me to drop based on what I tell him. I know my limits and choosing 4u is a bit strange.
There are so many reasons for me to drop 4u but I still stay in the class in hopes that if I study hard and truly try my best then I can catch up and do well. I don't know if I should drop the class right now or try it out until the term ends, which is about 4 or 5 more lessons and think really hard.
