Sorry if I seem very all over the place, but I literally just found out while trying to buy food at Coles that Commbank has debited all of my money from my account without any warning
I'm royally screwed, I'm literally left with exactly $0, I have no money right now whatsoever
I received no call, email, text, message, or notification regarding this issue at all, the only clue I have from them is that it says "Transfer Out Admin CommSec Settlement"
But the thing is, I haven't touched my CommSec account in years, I have no stocks or investments with them at all... have I been hacked, or is this some big mistake on their part??
I feel super fucking awful, broke down at the checkout having a full blown panic attack... I live paycheck to paycheck, and only until recently have I been able to save up some money
But all of that is gone just like that... I literally have no money right now, rent is due in a day, I can't even afford food, I don't get paid till next Wednesday, I have no friends to really borrow from, and no family to help me out
I sent a message for the customer service team on the app, and I'm planning to give Commbank a call in a bit. However, I'm super worried I won't get my money back for some ungodly reason.
Can anyone give any advice for me on what to do regarding my situation? Seriously, anything and everything would be very much appreciated :(

Because I'm skinny people assume I'm shy even though I'm not and for the most part people don't respect my hobbies of playing sports (football, basketball, ultimate frisbee) watching sports, playing chess and listening to music. I've lived in numerous different cities and I've never had a good enough support circle. I'm the common denominator I'm often the only person siting alone in the schools dining hall. I play Ultimate Frisbee with some people and I'm EASILY the best player and it would be so easy for me to act like I'm above everyone else but I try to be as helpful and encouraging as possible. Despite that, I went to talk to someone I play with today and he literally put his earpods back in and went to look back on his phone while I was talking and said nothing to me. Pissed me off. Why can't I be like most people and find a 2-3 great friends from class, work, an extraciricular activity or a roommate from school?
I've never had many close friends and certainly never a girlfriend. I've never had sex. I've never been kissed. I have no motivation to do anything more than the bare minimum. What's the point of working super hard to MAYBE get money or a good job when you're lonely? Humans are social creatures. My professor last semester hated me for NO reason. There were like a dozen examples of this exact type of thing but I once asked her "Are we still having the exam next week?" and her response was " uh... yeah, why wouldn't we?" FIVE MINUTES LATER SOMEONE ELSE ASKED HER THE SAME EXACT QUESTION and she responded "Oh my god thank you for reminding me!"
My life also sucks bc I have chrons disease. My life also sucks because my older brother is a condescending dork who treats me like I'm five years old and we have nothing in common. Whenever there's any type of problem or argument in the family I'm ALWAYS the scapegoat.
"Oh everyone goes through these things" NO. 85% of men have at least one close friend I MAYBE have ONE. Most men my age have had sex by now and many have been in some sort of a relationship. I wake up, feel depressed, after a half hour or hour I finally stop procrastinating and do work. I'll go play Ultimate Frisbee and have fun for 2-3 hours just to fall asleep feeling miserable.

Hi all, sorry if this is not the right sub. I have a virtual debit card for independent contracting work (I accidentally chose that option instead of ACH transfer) of about $6000. I need to transfer this to my bank account but I’m not sure. I know I could PayPal/cashapp my partner and have him pay me back, but it looks like then he’d need to report on his taxes transactions over I think $600. What is the work around for this to avoid paying extra tax? I already will have to pay 1099 tax next year on this myself.

It all started when I gave my boyfriend AirPods that I had saved up for months to give them on his birthday. when he opened them he was very happy to receive them. However, his mom told him he couldn’t wear them for SIX MONTHS because she was afraid it would trigger his epilepsy. Mind you, he got seizures due to stress and hasn’t had one in years. I was very pissed that I worked my ass off for those and she denied the right for him to wear them for no reason good reason and that was the start of it all. Fast forward a very long time my boyfriend was going to buy an engagement ring for me. The second his mom found out she locked his bank account so he couldn’t buy or transfer money. I was in absolute tears at the fact that she was controlling what he could and couldn’t do with his life and with the money he worked hard for. (Mind you she always meddled in his life and ours but this was the only scenario that pushed me off the edge) when my boyfriend confronted her about why she doesn’t approve it was reasons like “you don’t need to be engaged for however long”. I told my boyfriend that. I’m done with her in my life and that if he sees a future with me to cut her off. He told me that he loves his mom and wouldn’t do something like that. I feel bad because he loves her and I’d hate to split them up just for my sake but on the other hand she makes my life feel like hell.

idk if this is my adhd or possible autism, but I've found that oftentimes if I'm given straightforward verbal/written instructions on how to do something, I will have an insanely hard time transferring said instructions into actual actions I can take. this is especially true for tasks that don't involve using my hands/body. I always try my best to break it down word by word, but it never rly coalesces into actual instructions until someone demonstrates or walks me through step by step. is there a word/term for this? I'd imagine it has something to do with me being more of a kinetic learner, but afaik learning styles don't rly account for being completely unable to comprehend info unless it is conveyed in a specific way; more just like, you're more likely to deeply understand and retain the info/skill if it is taught in your learning style.

tldr my manager has been talking bad about me to other managers for the past few months after getting a gov. job. makes me feel bad for requesting to go on break after they have abused the break policy to me multiple times having me work 5+ hours no break.
So one of my coworkers has told me multiple times about how management has been talking bad about me. I’ve also experienced my manager talking bad about other workers to me/others as well. I recently just got another part time job that’s better than Aldi so to speak (a gov. job) and i’ve had to cut some hours down with aldi but i have told management that i would like some hours with them. one of my managers recently asked me if i could come in to work and i couldn’t that day bc i was already out doing other things. i told them i couldn’t. my coworker tells me around 3 hours later how 3 managers were talking about me in a very negative manner about me and my new job. i am not a bad worker, i’ve always got good reviews and never any complains from customers compared to all my other coworkers who have gotten constant complaints. i am not the best but i know i am not bad enough or mean to be talked about negatively by management. the person who told me has already been picked on by management for months and when tried to discuss with the district, she did nothing and took the managers words over his. my coworker tells me that the manager has also complained how i ask for my break when i get hungry. i worked a 5 hour shift 2 times where i’ve asked for a break. 9-2. i ask to go on break after everyone else has gone. usually around 1pm. i wait. i know it’s policy in my area to get that break after 4 hours. he says to my coworker “guess i gotta give ___ a break before she starts to complain.” ive worked many shifts for over 6 hours and never been given a break. they have jipped me on my breaks for maybe a total of 7 shifts. no break. and they don’t do it to anyone else. they did this to me before i had to start asking for my break. i literally do not understand what the issue is? do they just want me to be a slave for aldi and work 6 hours with no food? my work performance diminishes when i don’t eat i get really dizzy and light headed and get to the verge of vomiting and they know that. i’ve had no issues with this manager before (he is new to my store, maybe about 6 months here now) and randomly he begins to treat me this way along with 2 other managers. if i go to my dm i fear that i will make my coworkers environment even more tense and i will make it worse and tense for myself. should i just be passive aggressive? should i ask for a transfer and when he asks why i tell them bc i want to work with management who respects me and doesn’t talk bad about me after i got a better job to do better for myself? anything helps, thanks!!

I think next episode will take place in the weird purple pathways area from the opening, and that there will be something really crazy there that warrants all this spoiler talk for this episode.
For one, something I noticed about the opening is that it has been going in chronological order, from Beach -> Red Forest Town -> Crimson Castle -> Garden's Acre & Herbalist -> Jaune -> Purple Pathways -> Cloudy Bridge. From this order, it could be assumed that RWBY will be traveling to the pathways area before the cloudy area from the trailer. Maybe the spoilery nature of what happens on the pathways (ex. Jaune accompanying them and something big happening) is why it hasn't appeared in either of the trailers... or has it? The one screenshot in which Ruby is frustratedly closing a chest has a small hole in the ceiling, in which a purple sky can be seen. It's darker than it was in the opening, but perhaps this is behind one of the light blue portals located in the area (or it could just be the Garden's Acre, but I still don't think we'll get to the cloudy area until Chapter 7 or at least the end of Chapter 6).

Long story short, I go the G14 in December of last year (Linux Reborn OS-> G14-Linux Arch) and the system was "jittering". Thought it was lack of ram, expanded by 32gb (now 40Gb), same problem, then upgraded stock 500Gb ssd to Hynix Platinum P41 SSD (2Tb) and... it got worse, much worse. I realize now the original issue was caused by the stock ssd having a very thin sheet of what looks like to be maybe zinc? as the heat sink for the stock ssd. The Hynix P41 will easily go towards the 7Gb transfer speed and that is nice in short bursts but if you have any file indexing system you will quickly have your system throttled when it hits about 70 C (and that is a good thing really) so...

I have realized that the chassis of the G14 (and others) are mangiest alumni alloy... thin but if it is used as part of the SSD heat sink it should help...

Ok, so basily it is SSD -> Thermal Pad (it looks like the Gelid will be fine considering the $ difference)-> 1mm Cu -> Gelid -> Zephyrus Chassis... Before I do this I would like to ask if anyone has tried to use the chassis of the G14 as part of the heat sink? It looks like the venting around the ssd area is only passive (very little active airflow and what is sucked in is really going to the cpu/gpu). The real question I have is what is the gap in mm between the top of the stock ssd and the internal face of the bottom chassis. I do not have a pair of calipers that can measure the clearance. I will be using the 1mm Cu plate, for sure, and the really about 1mm from the SSD controler (it is apparently 1/2 mm lower than the ram part of the ssd) and 1/2 mm on the ram components so between the SSD ->Thermal pads -> Cu, it would be about 1 1/2 mm about the stock configuration. I want to use the chassis as part of the heartsick so how thick should the thermal pad be between the Cu heat sink and the chassis? Any help would be great, if some one has calipers and can take measurements of the stock configuration that would be great.
