I just got back from a work trip in which I flew from NRT -> EWR -> Connecting flight. When I went down to claim my baggage at customs only 1 of my 2 checked bags were there. I notified the staff there and I was given a yellow tag with instructions to report missing bag at my final destination. I took my 1 remaining checked bag to customs and got that handled then went through security again. I was waiting to board my plane for my final flight when I received a call that other passenger took my bag and then returned it. They could not get it on the plane with enough time and my final destination airport is over an hour away from my house. Upon landing I reported everything I knew to United Baggage and they issued me my paperwork for my missing bag.
I finally got my bag a day later and it was clearly gone through. I didn't notice anything missing but again I didn't have much in valuables in the bag just 2 weeks of clothes. Will United give me anything for my inconvenience or is this just "that sucks." The worst part was it had all my pants in it so I could only wear what I had been wearing for the past day and a half.
Further note: The baggage was Priority baggage if that makes a difference.

Genuinely curious. When I see people with glow in the dark tusks in their septums, or ring stacks, or huge ears it’s kind of the main Thing I see.
I’m trying to balance stretching and keeping it just another part of my safe but not a main point.
I originally planned to go to 0g but am probably gonna stop at 2. They have a nice stretched look with non-flashy rose-gold tunnels, they don’t jump out at people, but look cool when you notice them I think.
I’m just curious what other people want, or what they want to show or what they want people to see when they’re looked at. Not trying to diss big piercings or anything. Just curious.

Lots of people think that the Thunder will have a dominant run in the west soon with the players we have and the potential they all carry but one team that really worries me is the Spurs.
They have a good young wing in Devin Vassell who is a good 3 and D player. He has improved every season and has progressed into being able to create his own shot and a killer mid range. He was averaging 20 ppg before he got injured and was superb from 3 all season. (missed around 40 games this season)
Keldon Johnson led the team in scoring this season although his efficiency dipped from previous years which has a lot to do with the teammates he was given most of the season. Imagine him now with reliable teammates in offense now back in Vassell and now Wemby.
Sochan, who imo has some killer potential, is an underrated playmaker who can run point at times and was such a good defender as a rookie. His offense greatly improved as the year went by which shows this mans work ethic.
Malaki Branham is another player who went under the radar. He averaged 14 ppg to the end the season on good shooting splits and showed sparks all year.
And last but not least Wemby who needs no explanation. Not to mention the three first round picks who they absolutely fleeced the hawks for, which if the hawks continue to go downhill , can be very juicy.
Honorable mention is Tre Jones who while I don’t think is a future starter in this league , he can be a very reliable backup like his brother Tyus. The man is a vicious on ball defender and keeps turnovers to the minimum.
I think this team will give us the most problems if things turn out like they seem. I’m excited for our future but beware of the spurs.

Just looking for some legal advice regarding insterstate.
My father recently passed away. He was unmarried at the time but in a long-term relationship of 14 years. I therefore have the grant of administration.
My father expressed a wish for a 50/50 split of funds between myself and his partner (excluding his car) but never made a will.
I'm trying to respect the 50/50 split with the partner as much as possible but she's pushing for more money.
Essentially there is around 100k in probate from savings accounts. He also had two pensions funds which have paid out death in service lump-sums to both myself and the partner 50/50 between us (as i requested). In one pension the partner however recieved a regular life-long pension at 1/2 the value of his pension due to being his dependent.
I therefore proposed a fair way of splitting the money would be the grand total of all assets + 12x the value of the yearly pension (slightly arbitrary number but seemed reasonable) - then splitting this 50/50.
I would then transfer her the funds to make up the difference.
She is however pushing that i don't include her life-long pension payments as part of the split.
From a legal perspective, does she have any power to dictate how interstate goes or am i completely in control of how the money is split up?

I found a really cool mod that hits all the points I'm going for with my 1.19.2 modpack called IterRPG. However it has one biome in it that's just horrible to see. It doesn't look good at all to me, the wood trees are unique but not nearly the same style as everything else, the grass is a weird lime green and just isn't fun to be anywhere near.

I started buspar about 3 weeks ago, 10mg 2 times a day. From the start I could feel the side effects very prominently (sweating, dry mouth, brain zaps). The more time went on, the less I felt the side effects. This week (Wednesday) I got my dosage upped to 15mg 2 times a day and started to feel the side effects coming back last night/this morning (Friday/Saturday). Is that normal?

Another good morning. Another wonderful person to shadow and teach me. I've connected well with all 3 of the people I have followed. We've had excellent, deep conversations. Especially today's guy. He was another creative, and I felt a great bond with him very quickly.
I got on well with everyone we visited this morning. People from all walks of life, and in unique situations and requiring different routines and care. The first guy training me said at the end of the day that I had an advantage because I'm British. Which I can understand to a degree, but I think it's the warmth and compassion that is really winning people over.
Patient, compassionate and kind throughout. I feel like I connected well with everyone I've met over the past 3 days. The guy I shadowed was kind enough to suggest I covered breakfast and lunch today. He said this before we met in person, and reiterated it when he found out my hours over the past few days and lack of sleep.
Thursday was over 15 hours before I got home. Friday was 14, but several breaks. Today was over 5. Now, all of this would feel better if I wasn't running on 9 hours sleep across 2 nights.
If I don't get 7-8 hours a night I feel genuinely ill. Anxiety, head fog and aches and pains ramp up. But I've done well over the past few days, and I only have a morning to shadow on Monday. I believe I should be starting my solo rounds from Tuesday of next week.
I'm glad work has been understanding, and the carers i've met has either spoken of, or shown me there needs to be a balance between work and free time.
Learning the routines of my clients will take some time, but each person I've shadowed said I can call if ever I have a question.
Fairly busy day tomorrow. So today I think I will vegetate. Maybe a nap later. But my brain is still in new job mode, and it simply won't shut down when I try and sleep. I'm just bombarded with thoughts and mind's eye images. I'll keep my wake up time constant, and simply allow whatever needs to acclimate to eventually settle down.
