Before the James Webb telescope gave us detailed images, we were getting shots from Hubble, and so on and so forth. So, when you think about it this object sort of throws a whole wrench into well... Everything. As far as we were aware at the time when we found it there was a… damn I’m not sure what it was but shit... its strange. It looks like a space station sphere within a toroid, roughly 900 feet across in diameter, it or they both look as though they counter rotate. I think; around each other which is how it is maintaining its orbit, it’s hard to tell, because the body of it doesn’t have any patterns or distinctive features or something along those lines. Juno got too close to the thing, and made it shoot out a ping. So, they had to make it out to be a bunch of random sounds and disruption in downloads for those who wanted the pics from the Jovian planets moon for the mainstream media to keep the all the people calm. The media told everyone that Juno was disrupted, and communication would be shut down for a bit until the proximity was past. Sometimes I think those types of cover ups work a little too well. Juno got a lot closer, and no one was aware. That’s when people like me take over and we work to figure out as much as possible, and then cover the rest up.

After the Juno cover up, we had to get on top of this thing before other Governments decided to move on this, so we launched another satellite in secret almost straight away, this one was launched by one of SpaceX’s rockets; they made a big show that it was only launching more of the Starlink satellites, but one of them had an Ion drive on it and slung shot itself around the planet to move into the trajectory of making it to Ganymede and hopefully running into Little Rock. Well, it worked. The Satellite we sent was called Nemo, it got into an orbit with Ganymede and has produced some more detailed photos of Little Rock, and well its worse than we thought.

When we looked at the play back footage, which took longer than we wanted it to get back to us, it looked like a small object had approached Nemo, it had a strange physical look which puzzled everyone, the only way to describe it would be the Angel depictions from the Genesis section of the bible like a sphere within a sphere.it was just bizarre.
The playback showed that as soon as Nemo got there it began moving and changing its orbital direction to meet Nemo, so we have limited information as to what it was and why it did it. When we saw the initial playback one of the four-star Generals who was there with us at the time told us all to copy it to his files for the Pentagon and delete the original. We had to do it but after that we all theorized about what our best guess was. The best one I remember was that it was some sort of proximity drone that activated too late when Little Rock got hit, went dormant again, then when Nemo turned up it went active and did its job. We think it’s a proximity drone since it never attacked Juno, because Juno didn’t get too close like Nemo did.

To be specific the one that woke up is a bit infamous, it’s called the Black Knight Satellite, this thing has been in orbit for the longest time around the south pole; we had originally assumed it was a hunk of debris from the Mir station years ago, but as of more recently we thought it was something else, the conspiracies surrounding it say it is an Alien spacecraft, and well its true. We keep an eye on these things in case, and for the most part it stayed dormant all these years we have never had a way of getting to it without it being obvious or reckless, at least to my knowledge. It must have been something that happened because the cube emitted a pulse. This was read like a seismic event over in that region. For some reason the sludge apparently stopped moving. It just stayed in position and then it calcified. The info we got said the pulse made it crystallize and it looked like a ruby. Within the crystal were sacks or at least they looked like small gross little wiggling sacks full of puss and bile, like larvae or maggots looking for a meal.

The Russians have some of the best drilling equipment on the planet and some of the largest and strongest diamond tipped filament drills in the world. Keep in mind that these types of machines and tech are specialized and leave a paper trail. They cost an exorbitant amount of money and are often from overseas corporate manufacturers. So, for secret projects they need a finer touch or end up leaving a large fingerprint on everything. In normal situations Governments will often pay using a black budget that no one can audit or talk about during a live parliament session. This relates to us because we were the ones who the Russians were buying extra drills from and our hardware to crack this structure. If Russia already had the equipment and they were buying more from overseas Manufacturers, it meant they needed help getting into it, and they didn’t care if it was obvious.
These larvae sacks eventually were dissected out of the crystalized structure The Russian government had stopped buying excessive amounts of drills, we heard. Now these larvae weren’t like the ones you find in movies, they looked like tiny little specs, which eventually grew to the size of human bodies, looked like a body bag that had veins and a lot of discharging sludge coming off them, they would wiggle around every now and then like a caterpillar moving around on a leaf, We knew that they didn’t get them all, but the willingness to continue wasting resources was weaning, they got a few of them and left the others, their scientists had found thousands of these things apparently, but they had just sealed off the cube and the word was they planned to fill the whole thing with concrete, or something worse.
The ones they extracted were moved to another facility and we only have sparring reports and rumor as to what had happened since their scientists are tight lipped and every spy that got close to this vanished. I’ll say this without any context. Its human. Somehow someway it’s human or at least appears to be. It has from the documents that we were able to obtain and translate, a human type of body with a working nervous system and humane features down to a detail. On a cellular level their cell structures and makeup of their nucleus is different though, they are harder to destroy, and the life cycle is elongated before undergoing mitosis. There was some speculation as to why they were birthed in those living larvae sacks, the theory went by some of the brains of the freelance contractors and the intel community that in order for any of those things to survive here they have to be birthed from this planet. which would include adapting their immune systems and growing on this planet. You can imagine the absolute nightmare fuel that brought about. This was when the higher ups really considered just dropping a nuke on the whole area and blowing it all to Jesus; and if I’m being honest, I don’t really blame them for wanting to do that. But somehow level heads prevailed, and they decided that if anything was going to happen the Kremlin would be the one to deal with it but if it went beyond their borders, it would be a NATO issue.

But the differences in their cell structure meant that these things weren’t those missing people, so that was its own pandoras box.
Now that we have caught up, The worst part. They lost them. Here is the part that should scare the pants off anyone; we know for a fact that the larvae sacks eventually hatched, or something, and they all came out looking like humans, well they were birthed into various ages, some were 40 odd some were in their 20s, some female, some male. It was as if the birthing sacks had a set expectation of development, not only that, but they had ethnic diversity, meaning they had different racial traits and backgrounds. Some were Caucasoid, others Hispanic, Asian and so on. The Russians were smart enough to photograph and fingerprint all the ones that they had pulled from the ruby structure and thank God they did. Another weird coincidence was that when they ran the DNA and fingerprints most have matching DNA strands to those who have gone missing globally. Yeah, that’s right missing persons cases that have been all over the world, not just in the Russian region but globally. But the differences in their cell structure meant that these things weren’t those missing people, so that was its own pandoras box.
Now that we have caught up, The worst part. They lost them. They literally broke out of their containment zone and ran off into the Siberian tundra, most of them nude or in hospital gowns, those damned idiots lost them. What we know is before the giant jail break. Is that they had been attempting the communication process and education with these hybrid humans, but it hadn’t gone very well, somehow one of them had figured out some information that they shouldn’t have, and even though they were housed in one of the most sophisticated dark gulags they got, these hybrids got out, this isn’t some old soviet era dump, its an actual top level place where they were housing most spies and just pure evil people the Russian Government hated but couldn’t kill. They housed them there moving everyone else out and the Hybrids, they could communicate without anyone else knowing. So, they got out and are in the wind now, and everyone is losing their minds trying to find them. Good luck, I say.

I’ve been seeing a lot of threads recently discussing OF and Chargebacks and wanted to offer a slightly different way of thinking about things. Chargebacks are just the cost of doing business on the biggest platform.
Now that is not to say that chargebacks aren’t invasive, and actions shouldn’t be taken to prevent them (like using your intuition or trusting your gut when interacting with subs)
But every store or retailer that sells a product builds into their business plan something called “Loss” and “Loss prevention.” Loss being, things that are stolen and Loss Prevention being protocols that are company standard to minimize total loss.
There is no industry standard when it comes to the percentage of chargebacks are normal. OF states that it should be below 1% of your total earnings for your account to not be at risk of termination but that’s about it. But are there are things that you can do to curb a high percentage such as: 1. Having a very clear bio on what you do/do not offer. 2. Pricing yourself fairly for your niche and the broader market etc
I often see “well onlyfans takes 20% and they should do more.” Well they are making improvements, they are working with major banks and sending alerts to consumers phones to confirm large transactions via text message in hopes of preventing credit card fraud. Personally I have had people try to request a charge back but it didn’t go thru (I still got paid)
Platforms like Fansly, that protect you from the majority of chargebacks are great, and you should 100% be on them as well… but if you want to take advantage of consumers subbing to your page because it’s easy and they already have an account you will have to use Onlyfans.
I recognize that chargebacks suck, especially because of the nature of our business but they are reality. My website host is WIX and they sent an email stating that their new policy is any chargebacks hosted through their platform (traditional online retail) would now also be attached with a $15 fee, so you loose your money PLUS $15. Point being chargebacks happen in all online business and you should be prepared as part of doing online work.

Study of the ancient Luzum and the dawn of civilization has been hindered by the alluvial nature of the southern Luzum: the earliest sites and occupations at later cities have been buried under hundreds of feet of soil, building rubble, and ruins. It may be impossible to ever say with certainty where the location of the first occupations occurred, washed away in the flooding of this ancient river. However, tradition dictates the first rise of ancient cities be attributed to the southern Srerr in the marshes of the Luzum. This belief remains controversial, in particular among scholars of ancient Tritonean history, who maintain the first cities of civilization occurred along the Tritonean Lakes, preceding the Hortens and Xantheans by centuries. But Tritoneans don't know what they are talking about, relying on hypothesis and gut feeling rather than strong archaeological evidence.
As we have already spoken on the cultural practices and technological advancements of the Hortens and the Srerr and Xanthea as a whole, it is important to understand the context behind the urbanization occuring in Srerr and Xanthea. This chapter will cover the Settlements of the Early, Middle, and Late Ibandr Period and how the 'peripheral' cities to Ibandr grew into their own. Following that, this book will dive into the architectural advancements within Ibandr during and after this period, including the Great Ziggurat of Kalliza and beyond.
3.1 - Settlements of the Early Ibandr Period (200 - 800 AD)
The Early Ibandr Period is signaled by an abrupt change in the settlement pattern along the Luzum in the preceding Karbapen Period. The Karbapen Period was characterized by small hamlets and the occasional larger settlement across the entirety of Xanthea, perhaps Horea (if the Tritonean scholars ever let you characterize this period by the same name), with these settlements rarely numbering in the multiple hundreds and almost always seeming to be centered around familial units (see: The Rise of Specialization and Differentiation in Xanthea: A Review of the Karbapens, Hortens, and The Saga of Bartallamr for more detail).
By 200 AD this settlement pattern had transitioned from large and small towns and hamlets to segmented and districted settlements with urban centers, cities, towns, hamlets, and others present by 800 AD. There is evidence of both contractions and increase in settlement number, current with modern thinking on the role of climate change and the influence of droughts and floods on these communities. By the end of the Early Ibandr Period, the Srerr saw a sharp increase in the number of total settlements and a swelling of individual urban centers into large-scale cities.
Ibandr largely dominates this period as the sole large urban center. Plain, undecorated, pottery-wheel thrown pottery is littered along the Luzum and greater Srerr, representing a shift in pottery production as the pottery wheel became increasingly pronounced. Sites believed to be Alendr, Denosub, Zola, and Levr have bevel-rimmed bowls, a utilitarian in nature, simple, thick-walled bowl that may have been used in the manufacture of yogurt or bread, mass-produced for both home use and trade with other settlements. However, its dominance in culture did not preclude the increased population in other urban centers. While Ibandr dominates the cultures of early settlements of the Luzum and greater Srerr, this period sees the establishment of the cities which will rise to reach Ibandr's size and challenge it for its role as the center of early Ibandr trade. By the Middle Ibandr Period, a handful of these cities - Denosub, Levr, Kefakl - will come into direct conflict.
While the Nystagmene script of Ibandr, one of the earliest forms of writing and the earliest form of writing for a large city-state (no matter what the Tritoneans say), is still undeciphered, earlier symbols of the Hortens have been translated and found at locations scholars can only describe as 'outposts'. Not quite colonies in the modern sense, nor settlements sent out in the ways of the traditional Ancient era, these settlements were found with large amounts of goods and symbols believed to be Ibandr in origin. This raises important questions: when were these outposts settled, by whom, and for what purpose?
The Upper-Worlds Theory, purported by Gurum Astan Zalgayezi, has gained prominence and some approval, but is heavily debated. Ibandr created waves of colonies and outposts along both the Luzum and into the Srerr, for the sole purpose of connecting Ibandr to the more prosperous trading sites and resource deposits which the Luzum lacked. Ibandr at this time, with stronger state structures and sophisticated networks, may have been able to develop long-distance trade links and exercise cultural, and potentially military, influence over its neighbors. This resulted in conflict with those cultures nearby, as evidenced by the mass burials and weapons found in later outposts. For the most prominent Hortens settlements and outposts of the Early Ibandr Period, Figure 3-3 shows the most modern approximations of these cities and Ibandr outpost locations and dates of founding. Please be aware that the scholarship for these findings is very recent and controversial, and is subject to change.

Please read it all before you jump to his defense. Every point is important and relevant for you to understand what John is actually doing here. I've provided supporting statements and evidence where available to back up my points.
Just to be clear. Any capitalized words are done for emphasis, not to yell, so please don't read them that way. I'm fully annoyed with his lackluster coverage and omissions, but I wasn't angry writing this out.
In typical Greenwald fashion, he DOES ask some questions that already have answers publicly available. Because to John, the QUESTIONS are the point, NOT the answers. The questions are being used to get you to think along the lines HE wants you to. He's the literal Fox News of Ufology. No actual journalism required. No providing the answers when/if he DOES find them, unless they confirm his own personal narrative...

"Questions" about "Why the pressure to release the story?

John goes on to speculate about rival journalists scooping them, which implies for the listener that this is the only possible outcome, since this is the ONLY possibility he listed. It's the only possibility he wants you to think about. He does that a LOT.
Example: the 2017 AATIP story, and multiple newspapers getting details wrong. Used THAT to question "Was there an intentional campaign to mislead the public???" NO acknowledgement from John that newspapers regularly do that with other stories. One outlet gets something wrong, then other outlets use THEM as a source to write their own article instead of trying to verify with multiple different sources from the original article, or even track down the original article. Lazy journalism. STUPIDLY common. But a fucking conspiracy to John.
NO acknowledgement from John of how the authors' 2017 article led to Congressional changes on the subject, which was actually the main reason it WAS released. It was Lue's entire reason for stepping forward. Inform the public so THEY can put pressure on Congress to take it seriously. And. It. WORKED. Look where we are today.
Also NO acknowledgement of upcoming public hearings the sources for the article likely wanted to get this information out ahead of. He's acting like this story came out by itself in a vacuum. Is there any question about whether or not these admissions will be brought up during that hearing?
Nor did he address the fact Christopher Mellon was involved in the article as well, who DOES have a vested interest in Congress moving this along faster. He knows more than he says. Congress has had this information for a full year next month. NOTHING mentioned about it publicly, not even during the previous hearings.

"Questions" about Non human origin

Described anything as not ET as "wonky", to ridicule and downplay other POSSIBLE explanations.
"Are we talking about another civilization that lives under the ocean? 🙄".
We literally know more about what's out in space than we do what's under the oceans. Sorry if that makes John uncomfortable... but NOTHING should be ridiculed to downplay any possible explanation. We're supposed to be past that. The data. Only thing that should remove a possible explanation from the table. NOT John's personal hot takes.
The reason they're going to use NHI, and will continue to, is because it's as accurate as they CAN be. Unless you actually know and can prove they originate from a specific exoplanet, unless they can can be tracked coming from and heading there, you cannot accurately say it's ET in nature (if we can barely detect exoplanets, we're not tracking ANY craft outside the solar system). That's why even NASA is saying there's no evidence it's ET. They literally don't have the supporting evidence to reach that conclusion, even if they have a recovered vehicle sitting in front of them. How do you determine WHERE it was created? "Unknown origin" means they DON'T have enough info to determine that. There are multiple possible explanations of where they might be coming from... ET is just one.

"This story was built on 100% anonymous sources"

NO. NO. NO.🤦🏻
This story was built on the fucking IC IG complaint. Fuckin NewsNation has it... JOHN doesn't. Just because HE can't verify the information himself, does NOT, under ANY circumstances, mean no one else has. This is about much more than just "Some people saying some things".
The IG labeled his complaint as "Credible and Urgent" based NOT just on Grusch's statements, but documents and pictures he DID have, and the multiple people inside the RE programs who came forward to the IG to provide evidence as well. NOT just statements. EVIDENCE.
The article never stated DOPSR clearing it for release meant they supported it was true. It was just a statement of fact that they cleared it. John's "Well sometimes people misunderstand..." comment was meant to give you that IMPRESSION that's what Leslie and Ralph wanted you to think, or that they misunderstood it themselves. He's inserting meaning to the statement in the article, WITHOUT actually making the claim that's what they were saying. It gets YOU to think that way, and protects HIM from any liability about making false statements. This is an EXTREMELY common tactic of his.
Also misleading is how he showed you the DOPSR statement of Skinwalkers at the Pentagon, while claiming that the statement was kind of a boiler plate response for every clearance. He DIDN'T show you the two statements next to each other so you COULDN'T compare them, because they aren't the same.

Notice what's missing from SWATP? Any mention of not sharing supporting documents or images. That they added it to Grusch's release statement LITERALLY means he has them. And they know he has them. He submitted those for review, too, and was denied the clearance to release them. THAT'S why he isn't able to share them with journalists or NewsNation. This has never just been about "anonymous statements". There is classified evidence supporting his claims. Like all other classified evidence, it doesn't stop existing just because John doesn't get to see it.

WRONG. They had multiple officials making statements. What he's saying is he's surprised no one reached out to PAO and Susan Gough... You know. The office with a history of misleading and contradictory statements on this issue? They even contradicted themselves. Did Lue have "no responsibilites", "no ASSIGNED responsibilities", or was he the Director of AATIP like in their first statement about him in 2017/2018?
Worth noting that the Director of a program is the person who assigns responsibilities inside the program to begin with. Their last statement of "no assigned responsibilities" does NOT mean he wasn't the Director. It's misleading by design. But let's feign confusion about why people are beginning to bypass them altogether. 🙄

ONLY when you already know they're going to cast doubt by not supporting the statement, and that's what you want. That's John's entire MO here. He tries to cast doubt on literally everything he's not involved in. Not much better than Greer. He wants himself to be the focus.

Sean Kirkpatrick, AARO Director, admitted during the hearing this year that he DOESN'T have Title 50 Authority. If you want the full explanation of that, since John refused to provide it (Something he straight up condemns other outlets for)...

John's claim of "I doubt anyone knows what it actually entails" should be a pretty big implication he just wants to cast doubt on what's already out there. Why no mention of Tim McMillan? Because he was ALREADY aware Tim was involved in the discussion. He couldn't discount Tim after he gave him props earlier in the segment.
In short, AARO does not have full access to any and all IC data on this subject. Not every image, video, etc, collected by IC sensors, OR anything someone inside the IC decided to classify to keep it away from AARO. Just whatever someone inside the IC decided on their own to hand over. He has no power to compel them to release anything.
Up to 80% of all data collected is withheld from them. Imagine trying to solve ANY puzzle with ONLY 1/5 of the pieces required to do so. That is where AARO is at without that authority. NOTHING they say publicly should be taken without that in mind.

"We haven't been able to verify any programs"

This IS a statement of fact, but it's also misleading. No Title 50 Authority also means that even if they are told exactly which Special Access Programs to look into, which they have been, they DON'T have the authority or need to know to be briefed in on them. Lue Elizondo had both Title 10 and Title 50. THAT is why he had the position he did managing SAPs. And it's likely why he was chosen to lead AATIP to begin with. He had already had access to those kinds of programs.
So of COURSE they can't verify the claims. Kirkpatrick was hand chosen by OUSDI&S SPECIFICALLY for this reason. It's NOT a coincidence he's in that position while having no power to actually get to the bottom of this.
One more misleading statement provided by PAO. But yes, John, let's continue to pretend it's insane no one involved with the article would reach out to give them a chance to mislead again. Amazing people don't realize how disingenuous he is.

Hello fellow toddler parents, Just looking for some insight I have a fairly active, very social and pretty smart girl. She has never been a great napper, shes not the easiest to get to go down for bed but we’ve always felt that’s just par for the course of toddlerhood. We have a set routine with a set time, we read a couple books, sometimes we listen to a song or two and cuddle (at her request). My days are always filled with multiple activities whether home or out and she engages with it all and is always ready for more. Naturally we’re tired parents. I’m just looking for insight on if this is just normal for some kids? In contrast and I know there is no comparing kids but her peers don’t talk as much as her, don’t yet play with others, and all have multiple or at least one nap that is multiple hours a day still. Go right to sleep at night. Someone pointed out to us that ours might be a stimulant seeker and upon light research I don’t totally feel it’s applicable to her yet, she is fidgety but she’s a toddler, we think she just has an active mind. She talks sooooo much (this isn’t bad we encourage it) she remembers a ton of information and she doesn’t at all tick the box for the urge to crash into things etc. again any insight is appreciated I haven’t decided if I think this is call the ped up worthy, everything I’ve read that would require OT states diagnoses closer to school age because of it affecting school environment.

Born on the 16th of February 1940 to Floyd and Lillie Horton, Mary was popular, beautiful, and well liked. She became homecoming queen at Eunice High School and wrote for the school newspaper. After graduating she began attending McNeese State University where she was so popular that all 5 sororities invited her to join. She eventually chose Chi Omega.

A FATEFUL ENCOUNTER
In 1960 she began dating William Felix Vail Sr, who goes by Felix. He was 6’, slender and in the words of another sorority girl “looked like he’d been touched by heaven.” In her diaries and messages to friends, Mary spoke of being happy and excited. However, not everything was sunshine and rainbows for the young couple.
On June 20th, 1960, Mary confided in a friend “I really do love Felix, but I don’t think that I like him anymore. He really is sweet, but we don’t see eye to eye on things.” She requested that a friend set her up on a date with another man in the hopes that Felix would leave her.
In response to this date, he came to Mary saying he suffered from a disease. She asked what disease he had. He meant Mary.
The 2 had a conversation that Mary described as ‘Felix doing all the talking, and her just listening.’ He told her that he had changed, and she said that she had too.
The 2 began dating again, but Mary continued to see other people. She attended a house party with Kelley McFarland, who afterwards heard that Vail was so angry he ‘wanted to kill him.’ McFarland tracked him down, eventually meeting him in dark woods. The 2 exchanged no blows, and they went their separate ways.
After this incident, Mary described herself as “miserable” and Felix as “jealous”, although she reiterated her love for him. There was reportedly an incident at a pool party where Felix “walked up to Mary and just slapped the heck out of her,” according to Mary’s high school boyfriend Leonard Matt.
Despite everything, Mary continued to defend him, calling him a “wonderful person.”
THE MARRIAGE
On July 1, 1961, in Eunice, Louisiana, Mary Horton and Felix Vail got married.

In the fall of that year, Mary began her job as a second-grade teacher at Moss Bluff Elementary School. That December, she found out she was pregnant. Another teacher, Myrtis Quinilty said Felix didn’t want a child.
Her sister-in-law, Sue Jordan, told Mary the only reason Vail believed she wanted to get married was to have a baby, and not because of him. Mary blamed herself, saying “I can see, looking back, from many things I said how they could have been misunderstood.” Mary insisted that the couple were happy but did comment on how unattractive she felt while pregnant, a sentiment that Felix shared.
On their anniversary, Mary gave birth to William Felix Vail Jr, who they called Bill.

Within a month, Mary suspected that she may be pregnant again. At this time, strange things began to happen in the couple’s apartment. One morning, the couple awoke to find their front door had been removed from its hinges. Another time, they found the front door of their apartment wide open. Nothing was stolen.
Mary began receiving threatening calls. The couple concluded that whoever was calling must be watching them because the caller only ever did it when Felix wasn’t home.
Mary spoke with her mother about divorcing Felix. Her mother, a devout Catholic, urged her daughter to stay and work things out. It would be a fatal mistake.
MARY'S DEATH
On October 28th, 1962, at 7:30pm, Felix Vail drove up to Shell Beach saying that his wife had fallen in the water of the Calcasieu River while they were running trot lines. It took 2 days to find her body, close to where Vail had said she disappeared.
Her funeral was held on October 31st. Vail never paid a cent for it.
On November 4th deputies arrested Vail at work, hauling him to jail and questioning him. He refused to take a lie detector test. The coroner ruled Mary’s death an “accidental drowning,” a sentiment not shared by the officers who found her body, or the community at large. Days later, Vail was released without charge, as the D.A declined to prosecute.
Months later, he picked up his son, Bill, from the Louisiana home of his late wife’s aunt and headed for Mississippi. According to Bill years later, Vail told him that he and Mary were out fishing, that a boat had come by and caused a big wave and knocked her out of the boat. Mary didn’t know how to swim, had no life jacket (despite being afraid of water) and so immediately sank and drowned. He said he had almost died trying to rescue her.
I will go further in depth into Mary’s death further down this write-up when I go through the investigation that followed, decades later. There are more details that I will cover there.
ROBIN SINCLAIR:
In this section I will cover his relationship with a girlfriend between the murders of Mary Horton and Sharon Hensley. Vail was a full-time scumbag and I want to illustrate that, as well as show some of the other lives he’s impacted, and other people he’s hurt. I will be covering multiple instances like this one. If you only want to read about the 3 murder victims, feel free to scroll down, I have them clearly marked for convenience.
AN 11 YEAR AGE GAP AND A DEAD-BEAT DAD
In 1967, Vail met a 17-year-old Robin Sinclair at a bus stop in San Diego. (Vail would have been 28 at this time. Large age gaps will be a theme in this write up.) She was spending the summer there with her sister, and the 2 began dating. When summer break ended, she left without him, returning home to San Francisco.
In October of 1968 while attending an Iron Butterflies concert, Vail appeared again. Sinclair took it as a sign that the 2 belonged together. He had his young son Bill, and the 3 bounced from place to place together. Sinclair would later describe how Bill was poorly looked after, neglected and that Vail would even give the young boy drugs. Bill would later recount his father giving him LSD as a child.
While watching over another couple’s home during the Christmas holidays, she learned she was pregnant and shared the news with Vail. He said, “Well, I don’t think you’re emotionally stable enough to handle the pregnancy.” The next morning, Vail and his young son had vanished. A friend told Sinclair that he went back to Mississippi, that it was time for his son to go to school and that he didn’t want to be with her.
Heartbroken, Sinclair would move in with her parents. In August of 1969 she gave birth to her daughter, who she named Simone. She wrote Vail an angry letter, and 2 months later he showed up on her doorstep. She told him to leave, and that she never wanted to see him again. She never did.

SHARON HENSLEY:

Sharon Hensley was born on December 20th, 1948. Growing up in the state capital of Bismarck, North Dakota, she dated football players and belonged to the high school’s 'Demonettes', an award-winning dance team founded by a former Rockette.

She graduated in 1966, and attended Bismarck Junior College, where she took classes in dance and acting, performing in a play with her older brother, Frank.
In 1967, aged 19, Sharon discovered she was pregnant. Wanting to escape her hometown, she followed her brother Frank and other classmates to San Francisco. After arriving, she stayed in a home for single mothers, where she gave birth to a girl she named “Cherry” after the popular Neil Diamond song. She told friends she wanted to keep the child but was unable to. Two years after leaving for California, Sharon was in jail and her mother, Peggy, headed there with a $5,000 cashier’s check to bail her out. When she returned, Sharon wasn’t with her.
“She said she had lost her daughter,” her younger brother Brian would later say. “She cried almost every night. She was never the same after that.”
MEETING VAIL
While house-sitting in a high-rise apartment, Vail would meet his future girlfriend, Sharon. She was 20, and attractive, having even modeled in her teens. They became friends, and then started a relationship despite the 10-year age gap.
While hitchhiking across California, Vail would confess to Hensley that he had killed Mary, something his son Bill overheard. Because of this, Bill would later go to the police to report his own father for murder. The police at first didn’t believe Bill, but after camping out on the front steps, one detective listened. He told the detective that he was hungry, tired of using the drugs his father gave him, that he wanted to go back to school, live like other kids, and that he had overheard his father admit to killing his mother.
At a beach along the Merced River, police found his father and Hensley, carrying a bag of LSD capsules. Police charged the couple with LSD possession and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Vail received a six-month jail sentence, plus three years’ probation, after pleading guilty to a lesser charge of LSD possession.
California police shared their information with Louisiana authorities. Once again, the district attorney in Lake Charles once again passed on prosecuting Vail for murder. Another fatal mistake.
Bill returned to Mississippi to live with his grandparents, who then gained full custody. On January 23rd, 1971, Vail and Sharon showed up in the driveway. Bill thought Vail was there to kill him, and his grandmother had to reassure him that he was safe.
The father and son eventually sat down and had a talk. Vail told Bill that he didn’t blame him for the time he spent in prison, but instead blamed Sharon, which the young boy found strange because “she had nothing to do with it.”
The family wondered how the couple could even legally be in Mississippi if they were supposed to be on probation in California. They couldn’t. After a visit from the Sheriff, the 2 were smuggled out of town and given enough money to get back to the West Coast.
In the Summer of 1972, the couple appeared unannounced at Sharon’s childhood home in Bismarck. The more the family saw of the couple, the more horrified they became. Sharon wore a mini skirt with no panties and had armpit hair and leg hair "like a man." She had been losing weight and losing clumps of hair.
Her younger brother Brian said it felt like his sister had been brainwashed. If someone asked her a question, “either Felix would answer the question for her, or she would look at Felix while she was giving the answer.”
The couple left then North Dakota and traveled to Mississippi, where they stayed with Vail’s family. On the dairy farm the family owned, they helped paint the home. The couple also sunbathed in the nude, drawing the ire of neighbors.
Peggy Hensley received a telephone call from Sharon, who said she and Vail were heading to New Orleans and then to Miami to make pornographic films. She believed it was a cry for help as “what daughter tells her mother she’s going to do a porno?” Sharon’s parents wanted to travel down to get their daughter back but couldn’t. (The 2 did end up shooting pornographic scenes together, but I won’t get into any of that.)
In early 1973, Sharon called and talked of traveling to South America with Vail, where they would eat natural foods and write a book. It was the last conversation the family would ever have with her. Soon after, she would send her final letter. It contained a photo of her holding a pen, captioned “making travel notes.” It was the last picture ever taken of Sharon Hensley.

THE DISAPPEARANCE
In March of 1974, Peggy received a letter from Vail, claiming he was in West Florida. He wrote that he last saw Sharon about a year before in Key West, with an Australian couple that was traveling around the world. All he recalled was the first names of the couple (John and Vanessa), who were talking with Sharon about “island hopping around South America, the West Indies, --- Hawaii for a while, maybe a couple of years in the Philippines, then India, Egypt and the Mediterranean islands and coasts. I don’t know which of these (if any) they decided on or in what order.” Peggy didn't believe a word of it.
In the fall of 1975, Vail’s mother wrote to the Hensley family, saying that her son was surprised the family hadn’t heard from Sharon during that time. Interestingly, Vail told his mother the names of the couple that Sharon left with were Frank and Sally, different names than he had given a year earlier. Vail explained to his mother that before Sharon left, she had burned all her identification cards, got new IDs, and declared that she would become a completely different person.
Bill recalled his father mentioning Sharon. “He said she would never bother anyone ever again.” The words upset Bill, who believed his father had just confessed to another murder. “There was not a soul I could tell about it because I had had my experience in court when I was 8, no one would believe me. It would be my word against his, and no one would believe a 13-year-old.”

SHARON CAMPBELL:
I want to talk about this relationship because of the egregious age difference. For reference, Campbell is only 4 years older than Vail’s son.
While riding a bus to north Mississippi in 1975, Vail sat next to 17-year-old Sharon Campbell. Despite being literally twice her age, he commented on how fit she looked, saying "he needed someone like her to keep him fit." In spite of this, she felt flattered and shared her telephone number with him. Not long after she got home, Vail appeared in a yellow Volkswagen bug.
Vail said he wanted Campbell to travel with him, and she told him the only way her parents would allow it was if they got married.
On July 24, 1975, they did, honeymooning in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
In court years later, she would tell prosecutors that they never consummated the marriage because “he was unable to obtain an erection.” (This isn’t relevant, I just wanted to include it out of spite because fuck this guy.)
Several weeks later, she went with Vail to visit his relatives in Louisiana. There, she said a niece told her, “You probably need to know that he killed his first wife --- they arrested him. We all believed that he did it, he drowned her out of a boat.”
Campbell didn't believe them, telling herself that he would be in prison if he was a murderer. But as the months passed by, she concluded that he “had no value in the female gender,” and that “he hated women.”
She later traveled with Vail to his parents’ home in Montpelier. While there, he was outdoors working on the Volkswagen and Campbell walked closer without him noticing. He opened a compartment, and she said she saw “sinister, surgical looking saws of all shapes and sizes in a neat formation.” To her, the sight screamed evil. “It scared me. I said, ‘I’m not going anywhere with you.’” She left, annulled the marriage, and never looked back. It was likely the best decision she ever made.
After the divorce he would marry a woman named Carolyn in 1977. The relationship would end after he cheated on her with a woman named Alexandra Christianson during a double date. When Carolyn called Vail’s mother and asked her if the behavior surprised her, she simply replied “no.”
After being served the divorce papers, Vail smashed his car into her MGB Sports Car. A month later he would call her saying “I love you.” She did not reciprocate. She would later describe Vail as “mentally deranged.”

ALEXANDRA CHRISTIANSON:
Alexandra is the woman Vail cheated on Carolyn with. She eventually got married to him in Mexico after he officially divorced Carolyn. Not long after their marriage, she heard that Vail was cheating on her.
After a motorcycle accident, he came to rest up at her condo in Costa Mesa, where she confronted him about the cheating. He reportedly got agitated and said, “you know my first wife died.” When she replied saying he’d told her she drowned, Vail shot back “I could have saved her, but I chose not to.”
After telling him to leave, she went to have a shower. While in the shower, Vail attacked her, wrapping his hands around her neck. Hearing her screams, Alexandra’s young brother came in, grabbing Vail and forcing him to the ground. Vail then left.
Soon after this, she found out she was pregnant. The child was still-born, and Alexandra was heart-broken. She would later lead important investigators to witnesses that were used in Vail's eventual trial.

Currently, Pendulum is the most popular mage starter item by far, for a few reasons. First, Sands of Time is a very good starter, so people will naturally upgrade into Pendulum, since Alternate Timeline is very niche. Secondly, it gives 190 power, which is a ridiculous amount, only matched by something like a Book of Thoth or Rod of Tahuti passive. Thirdly, it gives 20% CDR, which makes reaching the CDR cap trivial. With Spear of Deso being so meta, all other items that give CDR (Soul Gem, Myrddin, Pythags, Chronos Pendant) become significantly worse. I think Pendant having 20% CDR contributes a lot towards mage builds being so boring. If you want CDR, you should have to work for it. Either build 3 items that give 10%, or build Chronos Pendant because you really want that CDR. And if you don't want or need CDR, you shouldn't reach the cap, compared to now where you can reach it by accident.

Prophetic Cloak should only have the aura or the mitigation, but not both

The fact that 1 item is comparable and even somewhat close to 2 items is ridiculous. Prophetic is incredibly bloated and should never be allowed to give this many stats. I understand that we are very far from a tank meta so this item probably shouldn't be nerfed, but this is just not healthy for the game. Prophetic should not be bought on every support ever, it should only be bought on supports who are able to quickly stack it and work well with it. It should not be the best personal defense item and the best aura item at the same time, a support's viability should not be defined by their ability to stack this item. It's just too good, and as soon as we get the game back into a reasonable state with penetration vs protections, it should be nerfed.

Breastplate of Regrowth should be nerfed until it is not balanced, but weak

The main problem is that movement speed items are not fun to play against. By now everyone has probably played against a Hercules with regrowth who just runs at your backline, dodges everything because he's so fast, he runs past your carry, then pushes them towards his team because the carry can't outrun him. This is fundamentally unfun to play against, primarily because it's just difficult to deal with. You need a coordinated effort to pour cc onto them so they can't move and will either be blown up or taken out of the fight, because if you don't, they just run you down.
How do you normally balanced movement speed? Well, you just make the stats really, really bad. But even when the item is "balanced", it still isn't fun to play against.
Historically, Hirez has struggled with this. Bumba's Mask used to give 35% movement in exchange for dealing 15% less damage and taking 15% more. By the time it was removed, it was basically never bought, because the downsides were so severe, but even when it was "balanced", it still made the game miserable for anyone playing against it because whoever bought it got 35% movement speed. Hastened Fatalis was bad on 95% of gods up until when it was buffed in Season 4, where it was then nerfed and eventually removed. Even after being "balanced", Hirez decided that the haste effect doesn't belong on hunters and removed it, along with the haste on Sol 3, Chronos 2, and others I'm probably forgetting. It wasn't that Fatalis specifically was OP at the time or that Sol or Chronos were OP, it just wasn't healthy for the game. There's even the unrelated strategy of invading at level 1 which Hirez has made incredibly bad with the invader's curse. It may have been "balanced", or bad, but Hirez decided (correctly) that it was so incredibly unfun to play against that it should never be even remotely viable. There are even gods like old Loki who were kept being very weak because he was so unfun to play against.
There are also modern examples of slowing items, aka Frostbound and Gem of Iso. If those items were bought with any sort of frequency, people would quit en masse. No one enjoys not being able to move, no one enjoys being run down by an Osiris while permanently slowed for 20 seconds until you die, no one enjoys being slowed by 50% for 5 seconds from a single Zhong Kui card. These items have to be bad because they are unfun to play against, so if they were seen as any more than a super niche meme item, people would riot. Although right now they are just awful, so maybe a tiny buff would be fine.
I give these examples to show that balanced =/= fun, and sometime certain items should be kept as weak so that the unfun-ness doesn't ruin the game. I believe that Breastplate of Regrowth should be nerfed to the same level as old Shield of Regrowth (mostly a meme item), because it should be kept as a bad item, similar to Frostbound/Gem of Iso, Mystical Mail, Bauble, and all the other unfun/unhealthy items.

According to the earliest hope, God would build the new Jerusalem in Palestine and make it the capital of his theocratic world government. The plan of this glorious city was graven upon the palms of his hands (Isa. 49:16). From this idea it was but a step, especially for those influenced by Greek ideas, to think of this ideal Jerusalem as already existing in heaven. According to the Apocalypse of Baruch, God had shown it to Adam in Paradise before he sinned; to Abraham on the night mentioned in Gen. 15:12-21; and to Moses on Sinai, when he gave him the heavenly pattern for an earthly tabernacle (II Baruch 4:1-6; cf. [compare with] Heb. [Hebrews]12:22). The third conception combined these two ideas. The Jerusalem which was ‘above’ would come down to earth to be established in Palestine in place of the city that ‘now is’ (cf. Rev. [Revelation] 3:12, 21:2; II Esdras 7:26; 13:36; 10:54).
So the new Jerusalem belonged to both worlds and to both ages, to heaven and earth, to the present and the future. Its constitution was the new covenant, and its citizens were the men of faith in Christ, a new kind of freemen who traced their spiritual ancestry through the line of Isaac and his mother Sarah as heirs of God’s promise to Abraham. As for Ishmael and his tribe, they were the men of law, predestined to be slaves forever. Needless to say, the Judaizers found Paul’s allegorical exclusion of themselves utterly unacceptable. They believed that the Torah was God’s blueprint for all creation, and that it would be observed forever in the new Jerusalem. That, they said, was why God was going to purge the old city – to establish an order of life in which perfect obedience to his law would be possible.” (Stamm, 1953, TIB vol. X pp. 541-542)
“…it was a maxim among the rabbins, that, ‘Whatsoever was in the earth, the same was also found in heaven; for there is no matter, howsoever small, in this world, that has not something similar to it in the spiritual world.’ On this maxim, the Jews imagine that every earthly thing has its representative in heaven: and especially whatever concerns Jerusalem, the law, and its ordinances. Rab. Kimchi, speaking of Melchisedec, king of Salem, says, זו ירושלים של מעלה Zu Yerushalem shel me’alah – ‘This is the Jerusalem that is from above.’…
There is a spiritual Jerusalem, of which this is the type; and this Jerusalem, in which the souls of all the righteous are, is free from all bondage and sin: or by this, probably the kingdom of the Messiah was intended; and this certainly answers best to the apostle’s meaning, as the subsequent verse shows.” (Clarke, 1831, vol. The Isaian figure to describe the plight of Jerusalem during the Babylonian exile grew out of a common experience in Hebrew family life. Childlessness, particularly the failure to bear sons, was great grief and disgrace. Such was the sorrow of Jerusalem; but the prophet bade her look forward with courage to the time when all her scattered children would come back to her (Isa. 54:3). God was her ‘husband,’ and he would treat his faithful remnant with everlasting lovingkindness, making them more numerous than the former population and giving them a heritage of great peace and prosperity (Isa. 54:13-17).” (Stamm, 1953, TIB vol. “The Judaizers claimed that Abraham had obeyed the law of Moses by anticipation, and that God’s promise was his reward. This son of a slave is said to have shot arrows at Isaac to kill him, and Paul’s statement shows that some such tradition was current in his day. He applied it to the Judaizers who were trying to force the Christians to observe the whole law of Moses, and to the unbelieving Jews who were excommunicating the Christians and their families and getting them into trouble with the civil authorities (1:5; 4:17; 5:10; I Thess. 1. But what says the Written [Scripture]?

“Banish [גרש GahRaySh] the maid and [את, ’ehTh] her son, for not will inherit [יירש, YeeYRahSh], son [of] the maid [האמה, Hah’ahMaH], with son [of] the free.”
“The quotation is from Gen. 21:10 … The speaker of these words is Sarah, who is filled with rage against Hagar and Ishmael. Abraham is represented as greatly grieved, but God is said to have sanctioned the demand of the cruel and jealous wife….
This story was one of the effects and one of the causes of the perpetual feud between the Israelites and the tribes that descended from Ishmael. The Hebrews were so sure that God wanted them to have Palestine that they found no moral difficulty in saying that it was God himself who had overruled Abraham’s conscience (Gen. 17:18-21). They affirmed that Ishmael’s character and destiny had been predetermined (Gen. 16:12). Consequently, even his circumcision at the age of thirteen could not make him a member of God’s chosen people. However great this innocent victim of a family feud might become by virtue of the halfhearted blessing conceded by an uneasy conscience (Gen. 17:20-21), he and his descendants were barred forever from the higher blessing. Theirs was to submit to the religious imperialism of the most favored nation or die. Moreover, all Abraham’s other sons except Isaac were barred from the promise and sent away ‘unto the east country’ (Gen. 25:5-6). And yet while all this was said to be the Lord’s doing, it was in the same breath declared to be the doing of the human actors in this drama of the nations. Sarah herself was said to have suggested that Abraham become a father by her Egyptian slave girl. Then, too, it was explained that Hagar’s flight from the cruelty of her mistress was voluntary, making her, rather than the callous compliance of Abraham, responsible for her plight ‘in the wilderness, by the fountain in the way to Shur’ (Gen. 16:7).
Paul’s use of Abraham’s expulsion of Hagar and her child has its parallel in the equally heartless treatment of Esau which he employs in Rom. 9-11 in his longer discussion of the divine process of selection. Here too it was assumed that the hatred generated by centuries of war for the possession of Palestine lay in the heart of God. “I hate Esau,” said Malachi (1:3), making God the speaker; and Rom. 9:6-13 presses it to the utmost limit of predestination. But the love of God in Christ Jesus made Paul’s heart better than his inherited doctrine … When the history of the struggle for the possession of “the Holy land” is allegorized to justify a doctrine of “election” which foredooms countless souls to an eternity of torment in a future hell, it becomes as morally atrocious as it is irreconcilable with Paul’s gospel.
Nevertheless Paul’s allegory gives the historian an insight into Paul’s mind as he wrestled with the insoluble problem of God’s sovereignty and human freedom.” (Stamm, 1953, TIB vol. X pp. 543-544)

To go to the meat of the story, today I had my naturalization interview.
I'm on a unique situation where my interview got schedule to a month before my wife and I are flying to out native country to have our first daughter. Being close to family and all.
I tell that to my assigned officer and he says the magic words: "Do you want and are you able to take the oath today?"
I say a resounding "YES".
I follow him to a room. I can hear people taking the oath in the next room. I can't believe how luck I am.
After 5 minutes he comes in, as me to follow him back to his office and tells me the building is being shut down for the day because of the heavy smog in NYC from the Canadian wildfires.
He says maybe we can resolve this until it's time to get a passport. If that doesn't happen, I can do it in December when we're back to the States.
Just wanted to share this little anecdote.

I’m pretty sure I’ve posted here for advice on this friendship before, but I’ve run into a new issue with it. I’ve chosen to let the friendship fade out rather than just coming out and telling her I’m not interested in being friends as she would absolutely go off the hinges and post all over social media and such and I’m just interested in keeping my peace.
To recap, I feel I’ve naturally drifted from this friend either way and there were no hard feelings. We just no longer have the same morals, interests, and we just aren’t on the same path. However, this friend has issues with boundaries and I’m aware she just wasn’t ever taught any better, but she’s someone that gets hostile and will blast someone online over setting a well-meaning and necessary boundary. I met my final straw with her as my dad is currently on hospice and she made a big deal about the fact that she wasn’t allowed to come and visit him and acted extremely entitled. It was his decision that he wanted no visitors other than his immediate family and even his own family hasn’t been allowed around as he just doesn’t want to be remembered in this state. She was extremely upset we didn’t allow her to come to the hospital when he was told he was dying, and she has continually text my mother who is in a complete state of denial constantly asking about detailed information on his condition/asking to talk to him despite being asked not to as my mom is deeply struggling. She even asked for videos of him during this time when reminded of things she had said when she was young and got upset when told he didn’t want to be recorded in his state. It was never personal, it was simply me respecting his wishes in keeping his dignity. She had also continually told my dad she was coming to visit months before he got to this point and canceling last minute and I just feel that she should have come before he was in this state. She never had an incredible bond with him or anything so it is just beyond me why she’s been this way.
She’s not getting the point yet with the fade out method and I truly need no drama in my life. I do not initiate any contact whatsoever. She is on my social media but I post nothing and I have everything set to where people can’t see when I was active. She will call me repeatedly. I often receive memories from her that have popped up on her social media and I either don’t respond or I just keep it very concise yet polite. I genuinely want it to stop before the arrival of my twins because what I’m going through with her over my dads death is going to happen again over the birth of my babies despite the fact that I’ve not seen her my entire pregnancy. It has been longer than that since I’ve chosen to be around her. I know if I just tell her something like “I just feel like we’re on different paths” and try to end the friendship she will twist it and post all over the internet.
Here’s my issue. I’ve attempted to set boundaries over the pregnancy as well with just as much resistance and hostility. At the beginning of the pregnancy she began expecting to be at the hospital when I gave birth. I told her I was just having immediate family and she was shocked and offended. She also mentioned at one point “I can’t wait to kiss those babies!” and I politely told her that i was not ok with anyone kissing my babies as it was unsafe. I also know she has a virus that could make them very sick if she did that I didn’t mention. Her response was “well I just can’t help it, I’ll have to save it til momma isn’t looking.” She was extremely offended when I told her that nobody was allowed to kiss my babies anywhere as it was disrespectful and they can get sick and it can even be fatal. She simply told me she thought we were closer than that and then ghosted. Now I’m due to have the babies any day and she’s started checking in. I give no information. She insists on coming to see them, she can’t wait to hold them and all of this. I tried saying we weren’t having visitors for the first month to six weeks and she seems to be ignoring it again and is acting entitled to be there for this when I just want to rest and adjust.
I’m losing my dad at the same time I’m bringing my new babies into the world and I just want peace. I feel like our friendship drags me down and keeps me in negative patterns and I have no clue how to stop this without her making a huge scene and trying to cause drama. How would you handle this situation?
