Hallo zusammen,
ich Trainire inzwischen seit fast zwei Jahren 3 mal die Woche Zuhause nur mit Hanteln (9,8kg pro Hantel) als Hilfsmittel. (Angefangen habe ich natĂĽrlich mit weniger Gewicht)
Offensichtlich mache ich dabei einiges Falsch weil der Muskelwachstum (inzwischen?) ausbleibt.
Dazu nutze ich folgende Pläne die ich immer abwechsle:

Eigentlich sind die Pläne super für mich weil ich ganz klar vor mir habe welche Übungen ich machen muss. Da ich von Übungen allgemein nicht all zu viel Ahnung habe kann ich mir selbst keinen eigenen Plan zusammenstellen.
Habt ihr Tipps zu Trainingsplänen die nur mit Hanteln ausführbar sind? Oder passen die Trainingspläne an sich und ich mache einen anderen Fehler? Habe ich einfach nicht den Körpertyp dazu?
Ich erwarte mir von dem Training nicht ein rieĂźiger Schrank zu werden sondern einfach nur ein wenig Muskeln zu haben die auch sichtbar sind und nicht wie ein kompletter Lauch auszusehen.
Meine Daten:
Mitte 20
185cm
72,3kg (68kg vor 2 Jahren, KFA hatte ich damals leider nicht gemessen)
KFA: 12,2% Körperfettwaage, 15,3% Laut Smartwatch (schwankt sehr)

| I’m tired of always wearing long sleeves shirts even on hot days because I’m to embarrassed to show how skinny I am.
