Hola qué tal, estoy un poco contento y quería compartir con ustedes, soy un hombre de 28 años y pues tengo sobrepeso, me di cuenta de que si no hago algo cada vez será más difícil, pesaba 80 kilos y en este mes ya logre bajar a 76 kilos, mido 1.72 m así que debo pesar unos 70 kilos aproximadamente claro dependiendo del porcentaje de grasa y músculo.
Empecé con la dieta de 1600 calorías ayudándome con ChatGPT para que me hiciera un menú algo genérico y la página de eatthismuch.com/ que te puede hacer un menú por día de las calorías que necesitas, incluso puedes descartar comidas que no te gusten o seas alérgico, seré honesto mi mamá me ayuda a preparar la comida, aún vivo con mis padres ya este año me saldré de la casa y me tocara hacerme cargo de mis comidas.
Llevo haciendo ejercicio 3 semanas, ya había comprado dos mancuernas de 10 lbs hace tiempo, buscando en internet encontré esta página https://darebee.com/ donde hay muchos tipos de programas para hacer ejercicio, lo malo es que no te explican como se hace el ejercicio lo bueno que hay videos en youtube que te explican como hacer el ejercicio.

Hallo zusammen,
ich Trainire inzwischen seit fast zwei Jahren 3 mal die Woche Zuhause nur mit Hanteln (9,8kg pro Hantel) als Hilfsmittel. (Angefangen habe ich natĂĽrlich mit weniger Gewicht)
Offensichtlich mache ich dabei einiges Falsch weil der Muskelwachstum (inzwischen?) ausbleibt.

Dazu nutze ich folgende Pläne die ich immer abwechsle:

(3 wiederholungen, Ăśbung 2 und 3 jeweils 20 anstatt 10 Wiederholungen)

Eigentlich sind die Pläne super für mich weil ich ganz klar vor mir habe welche Übungen ich machen muss. Da ich von Übungen allgemein nicht all zu viel Ahnung habe kann ich mir selbst keinen eigenen Plan zusammenstellen.

Habt ihr Tipps zu Trainingsplänen die nur mit Hanteln ausführbar sind? Oder passen die Trainingspläne an sich und ich mache einen anderen Fehler? Habe ich einfach nicht den Körpertyp dazu?
Ich erwarte mir von dem Training nicht ein rieĂźiger Schrank zu werden sondern einfach nur ein wenig Muskeln zu haben die auch sichtbar sind und nicht wie ein kompletter Lauch auszusehen.

72,3kg (68kg vor 2 Jahren, KFA hatte ich damals leider nicht gemessen)
KFA: 12,2% Körperfettwaage, 15,3% Laut Smartwatch (schwankt sehr)
