"Oh, Spy Fox? You're going to be busy on this rescue mission. Should I call the Spy Academy and tell them to cancel the weapons class you're going to teach?" "What? You're going to tell them that Spy Fox doesn't have class? They'll never believe you."
A spy working for Spy Corp, Spy Fox is one of several agents sent into the field to foil the schemes of supervillains, be they seeking to rid a certain food from the market, bring governments to their knees with an enormous robot dog, destroy the ozone layer so they can profit on incredibly strong sunscreen, or just thieves stealing cheese from a museum. Alongside the administrative help of Monkeypenny and the various gadgets of Professor Quack, Spy Fox inevitably saves the day while barely ever opening his eyes more than halfway or removing his hands from the pockets of his white suit.

Combat-Focused

• The Spy Trap, a coin which traps explodes into a net to trap three or more enemies on the ceiling¹

• Sticky Stun Bun, which explodes to stun everyone within ten feet, "Leaving them dazed ad confused for weeks" according to the inventor³
  • Used here, sending the minions around it flying back into the air and trapping them against a wall with caramel³
• Bagpipes which spray a large amount of smoke. This smoke appears to have an adverse affect on people inhaling it, possibly stunning them, as Spy Fox dons a gas mask before walking through³

• Duck Blind, a hat which renders the wearer invisible to ducks³
  • Used here, but it's destroyed after a period of use³
• Night Vision Shoe, a shoe that acts like night vision goggles¹

• Hush-Hush Moccasians, shoes which allow him to walk extremely quietly so even a room full of goons with 'oversized ears' don't notice him^Web

• The Insta-Jack, a tiny red pill which turns into a hydraulic lift when thrown to the ground^Web

• Rocket Powered Origami Skateboard, which originally takes the form of a single piece of paper but with three simple steps folds into a skateboard propelled by a rocket with enough force to break a Spy Fox hole in a door³
  • Works over water, sending Spy Fox a great distance into the sky while going up a ramp, and has the wheels fall away to let him gently slide down a hill of sheep³
  • Crumples to nothing after a while³
• Spy Pearl Detector, which scans over a bed of oysters, the light on top flashing faster the closer it is to a pearl³
  • Used here, giving a camera view inside the oysters³
• Spy Bowling Ball, rolled towards a bowling pin to capture it and whatever's attached to it, bringing it back to Spy Fox³

• Laser Toothbrush and Minty Fresh Laser Gel, used together to cut through thick steel¹

• Termite Grenade, a grenade with termites for destroying a wooden object²

• Rust Buster, a one-use spray can which makes whatever metal object it covers become rusted and brittle to the point of falling apart³

A variety of items potentially held within pens in the opening of Dry Cereal. He holds four in his suit pocket.

• A whoopie cushion which is thrown to the ground beneath him, allowing him to land without any injury¹
• A pogo stick, nullifying any harm from falling by landing on it, though it rockets back into the air once Spy Fox steps off¹

Spy Car

A car with a variety of functions driven in Dry Cereal and Operation Ozone.
Physicals

• Bounces off from a fall¹
• Drops from Spy Corp's mobile base after being repaired³
  • The distance it fell³
• Can drive between continents in a short span of time. Exactly how it does this is unclear, but it's seen dropping from the sky and driving directly vertically³
  • How long this takes also isn't known, but multiple trips to all continents is required and the game takes place over the course of several hours³

Forms

• Becomes a jet to fly off¹
  • Takes a similar form to boost himself up and across a gap¹
• Becomes a helicopter¹
• Becomes a boring machine with a drill appearing from the front, creating a tunnel through rocks blocking off a road¹
• Turns into a submarine, complete with periscope, before jumping out of the water¹
  • A similar form which just withdraws the wheels and creates propellers from the back³

• Highly maneuverable^HtM
• Bashes off of walls, but takes damage^HtM
• Can travel underwater, using air instead of fuel, which replenishes on breaching the surface^HtM
• Through booster rockets, can travel to and fly about in space^HtM
• Refuels by flying through floating gates^HtM
• On the ship's destruction, ejects Spy Fox in a floating capsule^HtM
• Had an upgrade, the Super M.E.S.S., which repeatedly bashes against a force field with seemingly no injury, has enough space for multiple agents, and is equipped with a can opener to cut open a space base³

I'm working on a 2019 Tundra 5.7L that has a crank no start. using an ethos edge scan tool, only codes I get are 1603 engine stall history, 1604 start ability malfunction, and a 1605 rough idle which are pretty generic. Clearing codes and cranking the engine over it started for 3 seconds before it stopped running and reset the 1604 start ability malfunction code only. Now clearing codes and cranking the engine over, it will not start at all and just cranks. This vehicle has been back several times in the past 12 months. first visit was a crank no start, I found a connector plugged into a dummy connector in a multi connector box in the engine bay and not the proper plug. The vehicle went several months before returning again with a crank no start. I replaced the battery (bad cell) and the Fuel pump control module (no output voltage) and the vehicle ran for several more months before returning. Third visit again a crank no start. I replaced the fuel pump as well as corrected the terminal tension on the fuel pump connector due to low terminal drag. The vehicle ran for another several months before they claimed the fuel gauge was not working and staying on "E" at all times. was unable to duplicate and after filling their tank to different increments and test driving, verifying the fuel level sensor was working properly and did no repairs. Vehicle now has returned again several months later with a crank no start. disconnected the fuel line to the fuel rail and no fuel is coming out when cranking. verified gas tank is 3/4 full. the fuel pump is getting proper voltage and the ohms on the ground circuit are within spec. I have checked all the ground on the vehicle's frame/engine to ensure no loose ground connections. I know very little about Toyotas and Alldata gives no description on those 3 codes previously mentioned. any advice on what to check next?

I'm having a 14kW generator installed, as I live in Puerto Rico where the power often goes out. I want a large tank, 500 gallons. One installer says they can do it, but another says they can't because I don't have the required 10' clearance on all sides. Is that a hard and fast requirement? I do have 10' clearance on three sides, but on the last side it's 3' to the property line and the neighbor's garage wall.
Should I go with the installer that says 500 gallons is OK? He says his tank supplier who will be hooking up the tank is licensed and insured by the local regulatory agency for gas installations. If they are willing to install it, that sounds like it'd be OK, but I don't know how trustworthy people really are. I don't want to have issues later or when selling the house. Many things in PR tend to be lax, until they aren't.
If I don't go for 500 gallons, the next largest readily available size is 120 gallons. That is quite small. I can't wait for a 250 or 325 gallon tank as it can take many months to arrive from the mainland. Hurricane season has already started, I'll likely need the generator soon.

I saw a guy put a quart of Valvoline ATF in his gas tank after filling up. It was a Toyota Solara... Why would anybody do this?
I saw him crack the bottle and fiddle with the cap so I'm pretty sure it was new. He also put the whole thing in because I saw him throw the bottle away. When he left and I pulled into his spot I looked in the trash because I was positive I was wrong about what I saw... Nope, it was a quart of transmission fluid.

Hi! I’m looking to buy a new to me car. I currently have a 2015 ford fusion se that I bought when it was 1 year old. I don’t wish to get a car that new again lol. And I don’t want another ford.
I am considering 2 different routes:
1) an old small coupe/suv. Ideally something 1990-1998 in the $2000-$8000 range. Easy to build out how I like as I replace the engine and transmission. Good bones, cheap easy to find parts, customizable. I’ve looked at Lexus sc 300/400, Toyota rav4, and crv picnic table model. If it’s a small car I’d like rwd and if it’s a suv I’d like awd. And sunroof!! Lol
2) something newerish sedan/hatchback/suv. 2005-2012 $5000-$12000. Reliable and won’t need to do work for awhile. Like will last me til 2035 without maaajor work so long as I care for it. Hybrid is cool but not necessary. Cheap parts, tires, good gas mileage. Honda fit or civic maybe? Idk
Do you have any recommendations besides what I’ve mentioned? Would you recommend any that I’ve mentioned over the others? I appreciate all input! Thank you!!

I’m buying my first used car (since a disastrous experience with a ford that literally spontaneously combusted while parked last year, one month after I Bought it with cash) since getting my 1999 toyota, which is still kicking but having a lot Of issues at its age.
I would prefer a highlander to a rav4 because I want more space. I don’t have a family but it would be the only vehicle I have access to and I like knowing I’d have space to move furniture etc, plus I’d like to be able to sleep in it comfortably.
That said, I have a budget of about $17,500 max (also paying cash) and it’s hard to find Highlander’s with low mileage within that price range.
I’ve been eyeing a 2012 Rav4 with only 68,000 miles on it that is about $16000. But a 2011 Highlander with 110,000 miles on it just showed up at a really well regarded / rated dealership near me today. It costs $17,500.
Both cars were owned by one person, and neither have accident reports or recalls. They both have had regular maintenance performed.
As I said I’d prefer to get a highlander. But also, im a single person and I don’t necessarily NEED a car of that size, it would just be a bonus for camping trips and occasionally transporting larger objects (I don’t need to do that super often).
I guess my main question is - is it insane to pay more for a car with significantly higher mileage just because it’s larger, when the size difference is not a strict necessity? The Rav4’s mileage is very low for its age, it is competitively priced, and it gets significantly better gas mileage. If the difference between 68,000 miles and 110,000 miles is a game changer in terms of the car’s performance and longevity and cost, it seems like the rav4 is a better deal. But it it’s not that big of a deal, and the Highlander is likely To last a lot longer, it might be worth it so I can enjoy the larger size.

I run an eBay store that sells built 224s. I figured this is a short PSA for anybody interested in building a 224 that doesn’t know everything about it. 1) Because of the 58mm crankshaft, this engine vibrates a TON 2) The crankshaft uses a clone taper on the flywheel. The first 224 I built for myself when they came out last summer, I put a 212 NON-HEMI flywheel on it. The taper does not line up and the motor will have massive kick-back and vibrates even more. 3) If you’re buying a ARC aluminum rod, the wrist pin size is very important. The stock piston has a different wrist pin size than any flat top piston. If you put a flat top piston, you will have to get a different billet rod than a stock piston size billet rod. Look it up on google for more info. 4) The blower housing and gas tank are thicker due to a bigger plastic fan on the stock flywheel. If you buy a new starter cup for a 212, 196 clone, or gx200, it will be too short. Also the stock starter cup can bend pretty easy too.

Hello y'all, I've been playing a TON of DD2 since its full release, and I've spent a lot of that time fighting the lair bosses to figure out what works well against them, and what doesn't. I wanted to share what my experience has been so that anyone who's been struggling against a particular boss (like the Leviathan, damn its soul if it has one) might be able to glean some extra info to help them. Bosses are broken up by section for ease of reading, and I've also made two videos outlining the same points if you prefer to listen rather than read. They're linked below. Spoilers for boss mechanics and whatnot of course follow. Also apologies if formatting gets messed up, this is a long one.
- Dreaming General + Librarian
- Leviathan + Harvest Child
DREAMING GENERAL
Tangle boss. Takes up the first three rows of his arena, with the fourth row taken up by a targetable, but indestructible, Taproot.
Cadaver Type. Size three enemy, front three rows.
Taproot. Indestructible, size 1 back row.

ATTACKS AND MECHANICS
The only mechanic in this fight revolves around the Taproot, which will slowly try to constrict your party over the course of the battle. Upon entering the fight, it’ll add a “Growth” token to each member of the party. Every round, it’ll add another to two random party members, maxing out at three total tokens per character. Once they reach three, the character will be bound, gaining a “Strangle” token and having their actions restricted to using the encounter specific “Whispering Darkness.” This attack inflicts stress on the rest of the party, and must be used whenever a bound hero takes their turn.
Every time an attack hits the Taproot, one stack of Growth is removed from a random hero. This means, to remove all the growth the root creates each turn, you have to hit it twice a turn. You can use damaging attacks, debuffs like Blinding Gas, combat items, whatever. The issue is that hitting the root twice triggers a new attack, “The Soil Stirs.” This marks two ranks of your formation to be attacked on the following turn, causing massive damage to the heroes it hits. This is the case even if you hit the Root once over multiple turns; the second hit it takes will trigger the attack if it didn’t already have it prepared, regardless. If all heroes wind up bound "Nightmare" is used, hitting the party for big damage and releasing them.
General also uses "Unsettling Whispers" to inflict damage and stress on the target.
Waking Dead and Nightmare ignore Stealth, Dodge, Blind and Taunt.
PARTY AND STRATEGY
Plague Doctor, Flagellant, Grave Robber, Occultist and Runaway are all good for DOTs, debuffs, and hitting the Taproot.
Hellion is good for boss damage and hitting the Taproot via Iron Swan. Highwayman also works for this
Vestal is good for healing and Consecrations since this is a longer fight.
Minimizing the "Waking Dead" triggers the boss gets is vital. Start the fight by applying DOTs to the boss, buffing, dealing damage, etc. hit the Taproot ONCE on Round 2. Now the next attack will trigger "Waking Dead." Continue dealing damage and prepping. Round 3, go wild on the Taproot. multi rank DOT attacks, combat items, single target attacks, all that. You'll remove the max amount of growth without triggering multiple Waking Dead multiple times. Repeat until death.
LIBRARIAN
Sprawl boss. When you enter the fight, The Librarian will be hiding in rank 4 behind three stacks of books of varying health values.
Fanatic type. Size 1 enemy, starts in back row.

ATTACKS AND MECHANICS
The major mechanic to look out for here is the Librarian’s Page BurneBurning Bright combo. Each turn, he will burn one of the stacks of books he’s hiding behind using Page Burner, taking off a chunk of its HP. When he destroys one this way, his next attack will be Burning Bright, a party wide AOE attack that deals big damage, potentially inflicting Burn on everyone hit, AND giving the boss a dodge token. If all books are destroyed boss will Ignite, gaining HP and Speed and proceeding to use Burning Bright THREE TIME A TURN, which will kill the party in short order.
“Mandatory Reading,” a single target health damage attack that burns and causes stress as well.
“Categorize” that shuffles the party.
“Burnout” which will push the boss back behind his books if you pull him forward, dealing damage and burning the front row and giving him two dodge tokens
“Smokestack” which gives a single target 2 blind tokens, a vulnerable token, and grants the boss a dodge token.
PARTY AND STRATEGY
Plague Doctor for DOTs and burn removal, Grave Robber and Flagg for more Blight, Highwayman for damage and Dodge removal, all of whom have rank flexible damage.
Jester and Man-at-Arms for repositioning after Categorize.
LEPER BAD, BIG SAD.
Healing is low priority since the fight is on a timer, bring blind removal with skills and milk soaked linens to keep damage up.
THE HARVEST CHILD
Boss of the Foetor. A disgusting cornucopia child who makes my skin crawl. Enters the fight with two Fetid meat piles
Plague Eater type. Size two enemy, back two rows.
120 HP
Fetid Meat, front two rows.
ATTACKS AND MECHANICS
The signature mechanic of this fight is the “Hunger” token, a debuff that can be applied to your heroes when they’re attacked by the meat piles that accompany the Child. If they do not resist, an afflicted hero will receive a hunger token, and on their next turn they will be forced to move a rank forward before they can act. If a hero is under the influence of one of these tokens when they move to the front line, they will be forced to use the “Feed the Hunger” skill. Not only does this use the heroes' turn, it also causes them to lose a chunk of max HP for the rest of the combat! Probably because they contract like 5 different diseases and 8 different parasites from eating this.
The Child will move forward through the fight using two attacks.
"Sapid Drippings" to blight your backline.
"Tantalizing Tidbit" to inflict stress.
Uses "Maws of Life" when in the front, inflicting huge damage to your front two heroes, applying bleed to them, and then moving it to the back row to start all over again.
PARTY AND STRATEGY
Movement effects are key here. Jester, Grave Robber, Man-at-Arms and Hellion all work for this. Can move hungry characters back, and some characters like MaA and Hellion can immobilize themselves to prevent others from moving forward and using "Feed the Hunger." Relevant skills are "Hold the Line" and "Toe to Toe" respectively. Hunger token is also a debuff, so high debuff resist characters like Poet Leper can be good here.
So long as you can handle all the in-battle movement, there’s no real specific heroes or attacks you need to worry about using for damage. Pretty much anything goes, although packing some bleed attacks can be nice as the Child’s bleed resist is quite low. Jester is the best for all of this, but Highwayman's dodges and ripostes, as well as Leper's Chops are good for damage phases as well.
For healing, there's plenty of bleed and blight as as always Plague Doctor is quite solid. Vestal's dot removal isn't AS good IMO, but there's something to be said for consecrations effecting the front rank over multiple turns, potentially buffing squishies who get pulled to the front by hunger.
As far as the Child is concerned, any attacks that can anchor it or the meat piles will prevent it from nibbling on your gibblets; after all, if it can’t get in bitin’ range, what’s it supposed to do? I’m a particular fan of the bear trap item to immobilize a member of the enemy party, but any such effect can get the job done. Just don't kill the meat, as if the Child is in the frontline it will ALWAYS use "Maws of Life" afaik.
Really, the Child is a more intimidating fight than it is challenging. Once you have a grasp of the mechanics it’s quite manageable, so long as you come prepared to deal with party shuffles. That’s probably why I always hated it in the Early Access period; I was far less accepting of such strategies in the past, and didn’t often account for them in my builds.
THE LEVIATHAN
Shroud boss. Here it is, the biggest boi himself, the Leviathan. This is the one I've struggled with by far the most. Takes up the front two rows at first, until it summons its hand, which takes the front two rows and moves the boss to the back two rows.
Fisherfolk type. Size two enemy. Shifts between front and back two rows.

ATTACKS AND MECHANICS
The main mechanic of this battle revolves around the Leviathans hand. While not present at the start of the battle, it will quickly be summoned by the boss when it uses its “Deep Rising” attack. While the hand can be killed, it will return the next time the boss uses "Deep Rising."
“Eyes of the Storm” Boss will damage and mark two heroes, causing the hand to attempt to grab one of them on its next action with its "Undertow" attacks, holding them under the water. This causes damage to HP and Stress until it is destroyed.
"Batter" causes the hand to pummel a marked hero, dealing moderate damage and potentially shuffling them while inflicting stress.
"Breath of the Sea." Used at the start of any round when the hand isn’t on the field, this attack blinds, inflicts vulnerable tokens, and stresses the whole party. Debuffs as always can be resisted.
"Tidal Surge" damages the entire party, inflicts stress, can apply barnacles that inflict bleed when moving ranks, and has a chance to inflict the "Algan Bloom" disease as a little parting gift. Because WHY NOT RIGHT?
"Deep Rising" will be used to re-summon the hand shortly after it has been destroyed.
There’s a lot going on here, to be sure, more than any other Lair boss in the game.
PARTY AND STRATEGY

"Mitigating the Grab"
The absolute key factor at play here, is maximizing your move resist, and being able to burst down the Hand. The “Undertow” attack which it will use to abduct a hero can be avoided with move resist; once you hit 100%, it literally can’t grab you even though it will try. To make use of this, the Sergeant Path Man at Arms and the Poet Path Leper are excellent candidates. As front line tanks, they can take the punishment that they’re likely to receive from the Leviathan’s various attacks, and they largely mitigate the scariest part of the battle.
Each of these lads has their own advantages and disadvantages; the Man at Arms can use defender to cover the second hero to get marked, making it impossible for the Hand to grab anyone. However, his damage is low, and he requires outside support for healing and stress reduction. On the flip side, the Leper has good damage, and phenomenal self healing and stress reduction, freeing up the rest of the party to deal boss damage. However, he can’t cover the other marked hero as Undertow ignores taunt, so you’ll likely need to spend some time beating the Hand down and rescuing your allies. Poet also doesn’t give an automatic +100% move resist, so you’ll need to rely on outside buffs and the bonus from Withstand to get you there. With these factors in mind, I feel the Sergeant MaA slightly edges out Poet Leper here since he completely negates the grab mechanic, but the choice is yours. Keep in mind as well, that even if you DO prevent the grab, it can still be worth it to kill the Hand periodically to keep it from hammering on marked heroes.
"Damage and Healing"
As for the rest of the party, your options are pretty open so long as you’re keeping the Hand under control. The Leviathan is susceptible to DOTs, as are most bosses, although its bleed resist is higher than the others. You will be suffering a lot of damage in this fight, so a strong healer is a must; I like the Vestal here, as she can buff the frontline tank with her consecrations, slap the hand or the boss with Judgement, and throw out big heals when needed. There also aren’t any major DOTs to worry about clearing off your party so the PD isn’t as useful for healing, tho her Blight is good for the boss. Runaway can also be a nice pick thanks to rank flexible burns and Cauterize healing when you’re made to bleed by barnacles. Jester is a good pickup thanks to his stress heals, ability to move shuffled heroes back into position if they get Battered, and Slice Off can actually inflict good bleed with Jester’s resist piercing and Vulnerability application when upgraded. Finally, the Occultist deserves a mention with his potential for big heals, and his hexes also weakening and applying Vulnerable to the boss.
I still haven't beaten this boss without my party in shambles, but something I’m going to try on my next attempt is this; Sergeant Man at Arms, Poet Leper, Virtuoso Jester and Seraph Vestal. With this, you’ll have two maxed out move resist heroes to nullify the Hand, bleed DOTs and Vulnerability to chip the boss down, plenty of healing across the whole party, buffs, stress reduction, the works. Will it work? Who knows, but it’s worth a shot.
Which Lair to Clear?
This is a tough question. While yes, I would say that The Dreaming General is by far the easiest of these bosses to take down in general, the Leviathan is by far the hardest, and the Librarian and Harvest Child lie somewhere in the middle, the real issue lies with the boss of the confession that you’re on, and what team comp you’re planning on running to get to it. A team could be great at dealing with The Leviathan but be terrible at fighting the Seething Sigh, for example. So this is a decision you’ll have to make for yourself. I'm still working on Confession 3, so my Leviathan or Harvest Child teams may be the way to go for movement, but more testing is warranted.

I've had a hand me down 2013 Ford Focus hatchback the past 2 years and have pumped thousands of dollars into it for maintenance and recently its been having so many problems my wife and I are looking into getting a new car.
Right now we're just looking for something reliable and something easily fixable. Some wants are we are looking for something in similar size or slightly larger since we use the trunk as storage but also street park. A big plus would be AWD as we live in an area with white winters but not necessary.
We are currently looking at Honda Civics since those seem to be those most popular selling car in our area from years 2000-2010. There are also alot of Hyundai Sante Fes from years 2009-2012. Some options we've considered are older RAV4s, CX-5s, and CR-Vs.
Do you guys have any other suggestions or which years to look into or avoid with any of the cars mentioned?

So the lease on our 2019 rav4 xle hybrid is up June 2024, we will be replacing it with a Ford explorer to meet towing and growing family needs (going ford mostly for convenience, we live in a small town and the only dealers are ford and gm). I'm toying with 3 options at the moment.
Option 1: Return the vehicle at the end of the lease (we will be a couple thousand over on the kms so there will likely be a penalty).
Option 2: Buy out the vehicle (the after lease cost will be around $12k) and sell it privately for a profit.
Option 3: Buy out the vehicle and keep it as a 3rd vehicle because it's so damn fuel efficient and it'll last forever because it's a toyota (our other vehicle is a 2009 titan which is reliable as hell but drinks fuel like there's a hole in the tank).
What are your thoughts? What would you do in this situation?

Hi all, my wife and I are currently looking to trade in our two cars ('14 Jetta and '16 Mazda 3) for one small to mid size SUV. We live in BC Canada, and enjoy doing some hiking and camping and want a vehicle that can help us with that. Not looking to do any hardcore offroading that would make something like a 4Runner or Wrangler necessary, just something that can handle dirt and gravel trails.
Preferably looking for something less than 5 or 6 years old, and with some modern comforts. A good stereo and Apple Carplay would be highly desirable, along with the usual options.
So far our top picks are the Forester and CX-5. I'm a fan of Mazda, but I'm not certain of their off-road capability. Currently considering a 2018 Forester XT, the only downsides I see are lack of Carplay and the cost of premium gas these days
Have considered Bronco Sport, but they're mostly out of our budget, and I'm also a little concerned about their reliability. Rav4s are also appealing, but also hard to find any in our budget that aren't base model FWD versions. Same goes for Honda Passport

Been praying in my iron temple for about 9 months and here’s some info about my routine.
Starting weight: ~220lbs Current weight: 193.7
Starting bf%: 23 - 24 Current: bf%: 22-22.5
I’m using macro factor as my calorie counter. Right now I’m allowed 2050 calories. The only macro I make sure to hit is protein and my most neglected macro is carbs.
Daily protein: 190-200g a day
I take 50g of isopure with about 3oz of water 2-3 times a day usually fasted. Morning, after my workout, and if I have a light dinner I’ll take it before bed. The rest of my protein comes from food.
I’m using the strong lifts app and I’m doing the 5x5 program and I run daily as a stress aid anywhere between .5-3 mile’s depending on my lifting workout. My 3 core exercise workout total weight is 615 right now (don’t remember where I started because I accidentally deleted the app once) and I have only plateaued on bench at 180 and deloaded to 160. Everything else I feel like I still have gas in the tank to add more weight and do more reps, but I’m just following the routine and adding the recommended weight each time. I also do a light workout on 2 of my off days for core and upper body.
Ultimately my main goals are to 1. 16-18% bf 2. Workout bench with 225 3. Join the 1000 club 4. Look better
I’m aware it’s hard to get serious gains dieting but I’m trying to get my weight under control so gains are coming second. After that I will focus on eating for strength, size doesn’t matter to me just want to hit those personal goals.
Anyway just looking for opinions and what you think of my routine.

We realized it will be easier to own a car while having a child, so we started car shopping for a small SUV.
We want to decide on the model first before looking around at dealerships, carvana, etc, but hoping for a new or just a couple years old car.
We were initially deciding between a RAV4, CR-V, and Forester. I like that the RAV-4 and CR-V come in hybrid versions. We'd want AWD since we live in new england with a lot of snow around. We visited the three dealerships and I liked the interior of the 2023 CR-V, but felt like I could see the best in the Forester (but didn't feel impressed for some reason by that one). I'm a very short woman.
I also see that RAV4 is the most popular small SUV for a few years, so that seems promising, but I also see that the hybrid models are starting to fail after 2-3 years in the salt and snow?
I think we do like the idea of some of the more premium features, like blind spot detection, non-fabric seats, and power seating in the driver's seat. But we don't really feel married to them.
This week, we were thinking - well, if we're going to spend $35-7K on a new SUV, should we also consider spending $8K more and upgrading to a luxury brand, such as Audi or Lexus.
I see the Lexus NX350H also gets good consumer reports (and amazing gas mileage). Also, the BMW X3 and Audi Q3 seem to have good ratings as well.
Obviously, $8K isn't just nothing to sneeze at, but seems like a smaller amount in comparison to the new car price and it's something we could afford. Especially if the base model of these more luxury cars have all the premium features that we want, versus for Toyota for example, we'd have to add in packages to get those features.
I'm also wondering, I think the Honda or Toyota guy told us that new cars were still being sold above MSRP. I'm wondering if there's slightly less demand for the more luxury cars? That might not be true at all. We haven't visited those dealerships yet.
Looking for any advice on how to narrow down or what to choose. Thank you!
