What is Option Flow Trading?
Flow trading is my preferred style of trading. Simply put, you look at options trades that are being placed and use it to help make determinations about where a stock might be headed (or if it may stay range bound). You look at various calls, puts, the size of the trade, and the timeframe of the trade.
Option flow can (but like anything in life/trading, doesn't always) work if done correctly. Think about it- there are professionals with way better technology, way better research, way better algorithims than we will ever have access to. Lets say they have information that a certain stock will trade to XYZ price. Well, they can profit off of that by buying the underlying options- and that's what we follow. This is the "smart" money.
Just Follow the Flow?
Not blindly. Remember, options flow show us the order but NOT THE WHY. Yesterday someone posted about NVDA July $500C being bought. Great! But what if that trader is short 12,000 shares of NVDA? On a 0.06 delta trade, that's a perfect hedge. The reality is we do not know what the intention of the trade was. Maybe it was a long bet. We don't know.
Then What's the Point?
Like everything, option flow trading is a TOOL. Nothing more. Identify where the smart money is positioned, and incorporate the other techniques to select high probability trades with positive reward/risk ratios.
An Example of What I Look For:
Yesterday, I went long NFLX out of the money calls. Why? As I posted many times, the technical setup was superb. The stock was consolidating its gains after a move up and ready for the next leg.
But why now?
They were buying longer dated calls for a few days. But yesterday I saw something very unusual. Someone came in and sold 100x weekly $425 in the money puts for $27 each while the stock was at $397. Selling puts is a major bullish sign that someone thinks the stock is going to go higher, and go higher quick.
Today we woke up to two street high price target upgrades. Hmmmmmm.
IT DOESN'T ALWAYS WORK:
Let's look at the Boeing (BA) weekly chart. This is one of the most beautiful bull flags I've ever seen. More often than not, bull flags DO resolve to the upside, hence the term bull, after the moving averages catch up to the price.
Well, on Friday, June 2, the "smart" money observed the same thing I did. They came in and bought a few million dollars worth of calls.
Yesterday (June 6th) BA got some negative news and the stock sold off -3%. Subsuquently, the "smart" money dumped all their calls for a 7-figure loss.
Does this mean the stock won't go up? Who knows. What it means is this trader was betting on immediate upside in the stock based on the technical pattern and that did not happen. This trader capped his/losses and moved on.
What I Look For:
As previously stated, option flow trading IS NOT a holy grail; it's merely a tool.

1. Find a few stocks you like, learn how they trade, learn how the premiums move, study it. Become familiar with 10-15 names.
2. Find a few chart patterns you like and have success with. I know Yolo_sense is a "super duper mega breakout" guy. I love that pattern as well! It has a high success rate, moves quick, and often goes higher than you expect. I also love trading bull flag breakouts- I've had a lot of success with them, but doesn't mean it's for everyone. Find what works for you and stick to those 2 or 3 setups.
3. Then, after you've found a setup you believe in, look at what the "smart" money is doing. For anything OTHER THAN WEEKLIES (swing trading for a few days / weeks), I like to see multiple repeat orders into the same strike, same expiration, and I want to see the IV increasing. This shows the buyer wants to get in.

If you see a consistent bull setup, you see option flow that supports your thesis, you should take the trade.

There's no way to backtest all this since that would be literally hundreds of millions of trades. However, in 2020 I started tracking my P/L in Excel. Using this method I've found that ~ 63% of the trades I take are profitable.

1. Black Box Stocks- great service. Great people who run this. They live stream the entire session and give commentary on what they look for, why, and how it works. I would recommend this for beginners.
2. Options Hawk- I used Joe's premium service for 6 months. Ultimately, there is too much information for my need, but he is le crem de le creme of the options flow world. Spend a week in his live chat studying market dynamics and flow with him and you will learn more than trading yourself for a year. Very expensive, but cannot vouch enough.
3. Cheddar Flow- This is just the one I use, but they're all the same. Just need some type of consolidated option flow platform to navigate all the trades. Once you know what you're looking for you don't need an expensive service.

I made a 4K AI converted video, And try to use my self-made lora, The face is that of a Japanese woman in her 40s. This test and the new attempt took about 30 hours of use, If tests and new attempts are not considered, It's just a simple video production time, Should be able to finish in about 15 hours, Yes, The new step reduces a lot of conversion time.
How is it different from deepfakes? AI conversion video is still slightly different from Deepfake, Deepfake simply transforms the face, AI converting video is more like a rendering function, Since I'm using a 3D model converted to a more realistic live-action style type, In addition to face replacement, It gives clothing a more realistic texture.
How is it different from using a filter effect? my steps

1. Make a dance video, Can be made using MikuMikuDance.VAM.HS2, Some game mods also have similar functions. For example Skyrim, Of course using these software or games, means you need to spend more time studying, So many people find videos from websites like TikTok or Youtube, But I haven't done that. The video style should be as simple as possible. The more complex the movie, Subsequent conversions are more cumbersome, The recommended video is 1080P, And it's better to be a vertical screen, Because the proportion of the face is too small, will increase video conversion time, The risk of collapse of the face, You can also use common video editing software (Ex: Pr or CapCut), to increase the sharpness and brightness of the video, The purpose is to make the subsequent key frame pictures and mask pictures better identifiable. Excessively high resolution will cause the ebsynth plugin to be unrecognizable, Too low resolution will lead to distortion when converting images, This step is usually completed within a few hours, It depends on how you make it.
   
2. Use the ebsynth plug-in to convert the movie into a frame number picture and a mask picture, ebsynth can effectively extract the keyframes of the movie, Since only keyframes are taken out for conversion, This drastically reduces conversion time, Fluency is also guaranteed to a certain extent. The relative ebsynth plug-in is very cumbersome and difficult to install and use. But I can't help you with that, (You should find an installation and use instruction that suits you, For example: you may need to install FFmpeg with transparent-background..., These installations require a little skill, You may not be able to install successfully, but sorry, I can't help you with this part, 100 people may have 101 computer software installation problems,) Masking images can effectively increase stability, This step takes about 1 hour to complete, Depending on the length of the video.
   
3. Use the wd14-tagger plug-in to analyze the prompt of each key frame picture, Afterwards, the things you want to appear or delete in the screen will be deleted or added according to the prompt, This step can increase the stability of the picture. Since wd14-tagger may judge prompt error, Instead, items that should not appear in the prompt are added, Example: pistol? straw? ...things that shouldn't be in the picture at all, Use the dataset-tag-editor plug-in to delete prompts that should not appear in the picture in batches, And add these words in Negative prompt, It can avoid the chance of error when converting pictures.
   
4. Use SD's picture generation function, The SIZE of the converted picture should be as large as possible. Depending on your graphics card specifications, Thanks to the use of ControlNet, Denoising strength can be used to 0.5 to 0.7, Yes, ControlNet is very powerful, It can increase the weight of Denoising strength a lot, Make the picture more stylized, and does not lock the seed, Choose the corresponding ControlNet Model according to your video, For example, the original video I'm using is a 3D type dance video, I use Lineart and Tile to stabilize the image and increase details, Notice! It's not the only option, You should decide the Model based on your original video and the style you want to convert it to, You can try it yourself and choose what Model to use. And use the IS-NET-pro plug-in to read the prompt of each key frame and use the mask image generated before, I also use multiple SD plugins at the same time, These plugins do not necessarily need to be used, They are also suitable for the usual text conversion pictures, cutoff plugin - can increase the color stability in the picture, lora-block-weight plugin - increase the stability of lora, adetailer plug-in - repair the collapse of the face when it is too small
   
5. Try to convert the picture to see if it meets your expectations, If not, Go back to step 3.4 to modify, until you are satisfied. 3.4.5 These steps may take minutes to hours, Depends on what you want, Modify these steps back and forth to determine the length of time.
   
6. After the conversion is complete, Check the images for images that vary too much, This will cause the screen to flicker and become unstable. Modify the prompt, to retransform the problematic image, (This step depends on how perfect you want your work to be, If you only want 60 to 80 points, I guess this step can be eliminated ;) This can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, Depending on the number of modifications that need to be made.
   
7. Use the upscale function in SD, Or image restoration software (EX: Topaz), Convert the picture back to 1080P SIZE.
   
8. Continue to use the [ebsynth plugin] function, Generate the ebs file required by [ebsynth software], (Note the difference between the two! One is a plugin, The other is software, Note the difference between the two ;) ebsynth software can open multiple programs, Execute multiple ebs files at the same time, It depends on how many ebsynth software can be run simultaneously by your computer specifications.
   
9. Using the ebsynth plugin again, Merge the files generated by ebsynth software, The preliminary video is done.
   
10. If the background changes too much, causing excessive flickering, You can use common video editing software (Ex: Pr or CapCut), Using the cutout function, merged with the original video, alternate background, Reduce flicker. Finally, use editing software (Ex: Pr or Topaz) to supplement frames and improve image quality. (This step also depends on how perfect you want your work to be, If you only want 60 to 80 points, I guess this step can be eliminated ;) Decide according to the rendering effect you want, This could be several hours or more.
    

With the release of Streetfighter 6 my interest in fighting games peaked again. I like playing Gief, but I ran into issues with my old controller. It's way too old and used for reliable inputs. So far I've been using a XBOX 360 controller with a cable and I've been pretty happy with it ( except the issues I'm having in SF6 ). Any advice on a good controller to replace my old with?
Not really interested in learning how to handle a fight stick.

I have a system design that I've started work on, that started off as a one-shot I ran. The goal is to evoke surrealist, reality-bending worlds with a heavy nod to the work of Philip K. Dick.
The idea as I currently have it is that there are multiple distorted mirrors of reality, or Shards, that act as worlds or world-elements that the player characters move through in the game. For instance, one Shard is a dystopian police-state; another is an idyllic 1950s suburb that is kind of a preserve for psychics in an otherwise war-torn world; a third is a lunar colony. The Shards are not fully discrete or consistent, though. Reality "slips" and elements from one Shard slide into another.
Sort of the meta-goal in the game is that the PCs are being chased by mysterious forces (usually represented by police or military authorities) through these shifting realities, and uncovering hidden truths allows them to either defeat or come to some agreement with those forces.
I'm thinking of how to make this work in the game. I have several ideas currently.

1. Using clocks, like in Apocalypse World or Blades in the Dark. Significant PC actions tick the clock. At the end, depending on the stakes, some significant feature of reality changes, or the PCs could move entirely into a different Shard.
2. Using some pool mechanic that allows the players to retcon the world (this would probably tie in with the clocks). For instance a player could get out of a police checkpoint by finding a pass in their pocket, or by having a nearby urban guerrilla attack divert the police. This causes more strain and possibly other consequences.
3. Each player having certain sources of stability (hat tip here for Trail of Cthulhu) that would be things in the world that would suddenly change. Someone you've known for decades doesn't recognize you, your favorite restaurant is replaced by a store you've never been to, that kind of thing. These would get marked off - possibly to grant another resource to the PC.
4. I'm considering having something like a "master table" of surreal effects for each Shard, where either that Shard's effect could happen, or it could leak into another neighboring Shard.

I'd appreciate thoughts and ideas on how to make this work, and how to keep it surreal but playable.

Hey, on 2016 I lost custody of my first born. The child went to their dad on a Supervision order for a year and then a Child and Family Arrangement Order.
What does the Child and Family Arrangement Order actually mean?
His dad makes the day to day decisions BUT together, we can make the other decisions with the dad overriding them.
It says we can review supervision and contact after the first year of only being 6 x year and supervised by the PG.
Well, PG supervising didn't happen. Which I ain't happy with. But oh well I guess.
Anyway, we now have 1 x 4-6 hours a week contact and it's still supervised but with the dad. Who I don't get on with. And who accuses me of a lot of crazy BS.
I have full custody, on my own, with a 18mo. We have a SO until January. We did a year in a parent and child foster placement. We passed all the assessments. We have been home since December.
Every change (mostly mental illnesses and boundaries) they asked me to do 7 years ago, I have done.
I had a new diagnosis since and I'm proven to be fully stable.
So what can I do?
can I ask to be down as an emergency contact for school? can I ask to progress to unsupervised? neither of which, dad is allowing, because son doesn't want too.
but then, son has never not known time with me without his dad, so why would he want any difference?

Ok so, after pouring hours into this class at endgame and doing pretty much every kind of activity possible , here's what i've concluded .
First let's talk about minions:
- leveling 1-30 without sac'ing minions is more throughput than sac'ing them , as long as you're the one doing the damage ( minions are purely utility ), even though they die a lot early on it is better for them to soak up damage /threat and die while you're the one dealing the damage and then resummoning them after the fight is over ( don't waste corpses rezzing them mid fights just focus on dps).
- level range 30-70 , minions become suboptimal as you dont have paragon points or enough legendary stacking to get a proper minion build going without having them dying all the time , you also start running into issues with survivability after you step in to world tier 3, highly suggest you sac them , you can keep the golem if you choose though, it is the only minion that survives decently well on its own.
- level 70+ , you are about at the point where you should have your first paragon board filled up and if you spend the time leveling the minion glyph as high as u can you will finally have minions that don't die often and deal decent damage, although all the problems are still there: janky AI , minion run speed always lag behind you , your squishiness is now the issue rather than minions, damage outside single target feels all over the place ( literally) as you cannot control what your minions are hitting which slows u down a lot more.
And please, don't use a basic builder skill while running minion builds, just use cold mages that generate essence for u and umbral you'll never run out of essence, basic skills absolutely suck (especially decompose) and should be avoided if possible.
Now let's talk about the 3 themes of necro: blood , bone and darkness.
- Blood:
While leveling blood is strong early on as blood surge actually clears packs fast and does room wide aoe which is alright, though as you level higher that early power spike slowly diminishes , even if you have the blood surge aspect and all the other aspects setup for overpower /blood it is still the least powerful build out of any of the other options sadly, the only thing that blood pushes ahead on compared to the others is the permanent fortified and sustain.
Let's quickly talk about blood lance a bit, blood lance is a skill that has been theorycrafted to have very high dps under very specific conditions but these conditions are so tedious that it is often not worth the investment as you can have better results running an easier build like bone.
Blood lance specializes in clearing 3-5 packs of mobs, anything under or over that number will make it feel like it is undertuned and underperforming.
This build relies on PURE attack speed and should be run with a fast 1H instead of 2H, with as much AS stacked, the reason being is that you have to spam as many lances within the initial blood lance spike ( 3 sec window) , preferably 8 lances in 3 secs to guarantee the overpower, as we have multiple targets (preferably in a line) we want each consecutive blood lance to pierce through every enemy that should be lanced by the 4th cast, hence every lance after that will hit all enemies simultaneously each time it passes through a lanced target, this also works on overpower as it will overpower all of them multiple times resulting is quite a lot of burst damage towards the 3rd second.
The issues with this build though is that it is a very high APM intensive playstyle that is absolute garbage on single target and against enemies higher than the recommend lance range, as too many mobs wont let u stack lances on everything fast enough. Beware of carpal tunnel running this build.
- Bone:
Bone spear specifically is the easiest/ fastest and highest dps build for necro going from level 1-80, if you play it properly with the right aspects (umbral) you'll breeze through packs of mobs with almost no downtime, personally i'd run this build without minions as the crit/vulnerable/crit damage bonuses are too good to give up.
Bone spirit build, i see a lot of people talking about trying bone spirit cause streamers mention it all the time as the best build, and although it is the best throughput build at endgame it is very inefficient running this build under a specific endgame range, at least level 90 with properly scaled glyphs/ optimized paragons and very solid modifiers on gear with optimized stats and bis legendaries ONLY then does bone spirit become the "best" build, before that it is very lacking and often frustrating to pull off as it requires a lot of setup and bone spear is often smoother to run before that optimal endgame scenario.
- Darkness:
Overall my personal favorite theme and the most underrated path for necro, let me enlighten you so that you might see through this darkness' hidden strengths.
First, i highly recommend you enable character player highlights in the gameplay option as that will make your character glow while inside darkness clouds. This will help you see where you are and what you are doing when everything else is blind.
Darkness is a hyperscaling spec that seems weak at first but becomes a monster endgame, it's true strengths lies in the paragon node and aspects which make your dots insanely powerful the longer you are in the fight.
Darkness is the "tankiest" necro build ,even though everyone thinks blood is, the reason darkness is the tankiest is due to the damage reduction gains from DoT affected targets and the glyph, 12% from nodes and 10% stacking from the glyph's bonus , if you run without minions ( which you should) pairing this with the sac bonuses from the tree gives this path the highest damage reduction.
- Sever vs blight:
At first I tried really hard to make sever work, on paper it is meant to be used at melee range for optimal damage, as you want the mob to be hit by both the inital and final "whirl" of it's aoe, you also want to target directly behind the mob so that the spectre passes through it on the way out and back , dealing damage on both instances. Only if you do this does sever gain damage equal to that of bone spear , however it is still inferior to bone spear as it has far less vulnerability uptime and crit damage scaling, even while using the tendrils aspect.
Overall i've come to the conclusion that darkness ,being a dot scaling build , doesn't suit the crit/burst playstyle that sever offers, as such i've found that blight is the better spender even without minions.
The only instance of sever i've found to be functional was in the 1-40 level range while running full minions ( cold mages not shadow), and using sever's damage increase based on number of minions.
Still though I'd say this build is weaker than the bone spear version minion build as bone spear has perma -vulnerability uptime on everything which further boost your minions damage.

Closing thoughts ,advice and some bugs i've found while playing are :
- corpses proc'd by hewed flesh do not grant you fortify through necrotic carapace , i'm unsure whether this is a bug or intentional but i hope it is fixed to grant fortify as necro desperately need more fortify sources.
- corpses random despawn mid fight, i'm not sure if there is a max limit of # of corpses on the ground forcing newer corpses to replace older ones.
- Highly recommend using basic ability only when a specific purpose is needed for them, like reap for the guaranteed corpse for tendrils, a lot of builds do not need a spender ( especially if you're running with minions) once you acquire umbral it will solve most of your essence problems when paired with grim harvest, I see a lot of newer necros spam basics to build essence and often times over capping on it , it is a huge loss doing so.
And please for the love of whatever , stop using decompose! i cannot stress enough how bad it is, basic skills are already the weakest out of any skill we have but decompose is even worse, it forces you to stand still when you should be moving around dodging aoes etc, it only spawns a corpse AFTER 2.5 secs which is why reap is superior for corpse generation.
I feel players are blinded by the "10% minion damage" on decompose and assume its a good skill, you must know by now how random minion attacks are, they're all over the place and you cant get them to hit the same target while u decompose it. Even then you are wasting your time spamming it for minion damage when anything else you do is going to be better, having an extra skill on your bar and ditching basic skill will result in better overall performance than running decompose. It is even worse seeing people use the aspect for it , like i can't. Please do not use decompose !

As a personal portfolio project, I am working on an Invoice App. Below is the list of all the modules in which the app is divided. Can you please let me know whether the modularization is good enough?

Modules

Customers

Responsible for managing customers belonging to a user’s business. User can view, search/filter, add, edit, archive (soft delete) a customer. There is a sub-module to manage customer’s contact agents (M2M relationship between Contact Agents and Customers). Along with this user can manage Credit and Payment terms for each customer. Customers can be tagged on the basis of user-defined tags. A sub-module to manage customer’s account is responsible to view and manage customer’s trade with the user so far. Additional terms and conditions can be customized in this module.

Products

Responsible for products that user’s business catalogs. User can view, search/filter, add, edit, archive (soft delete) a product. A Pricing and Discounts sub-module will be responsible to manage each product’s price. Each product can have a system level price or have a customer’s level special price, where customer specific price will always be prefered over system price. Products can also have additional discounts, based on [undecided factors]. Analytics submodule will show products’s analytics.

Quotations

Responsible for creating and managing and tracking quotations or pro-forma invoices for the user’s business. User can view, search/filter, create, edit, archive (soft delete), track, send, download the quotation. Upon successful acceptance by the customer, quotation/PI can be converted directly into an invoice that the user can then manage in the invoice module. Quotation can be saved as a draft (no version tracking) or can be updated (version tracked) multiple times and each version is accessible at any time. Any discounts can be added/removed at quotation level. Quotation line items can be managed individually. Terms and conditions can also be customized at quotation level. Quotations can tracked (using various progress status) and reminder notifications can be set that will be visible in the notification area.

Invoice

Responsible for creating and managing tax invoices. Tax invoices are the documents which against with the payment is to be made to the user from customer. Furthermore, credit and payment terms will decide the actual method and time of the payment of an issued tax invoice. There are multiple ways in which a Tax invoice can be generated.
For instance,

• getting a quotation accepted by the customer and then converting it into the invoice,
• a recurring tax invoice can be set up and sent periodically,
• a tax invoice can directly be created without taking the usual route of getting a quotation accepted by the customer and then converting it into a tax invoice.

Invoices can also be tracked and reminders can be set for late payments. Invoice line items can be managed individually.
How to create consistency between invoice and quotation is yet to be tackled. For example, when a quotation is accepted by the customer and succesfully converted to invoice, upon any change in the invoice like line item, how can the consistency be ensured between the agreed upon quotation and the recently ammended invoice?

Transactions

Responsible for tracking all the payments done against the tax invoices. User can view, search/filter, or manage previous transactions in this module. New transcations will be entered at an invoice level and that has to be done in the invoice module. This module also has an analytics sub-module which will display [not yet decided] analytics of all the transactions done so far.
