Prepping Your Performer:

1. Keep Your Face Naked: Performers should avoid wearing anything that obstructs their facial features, such as eyeglasses, dark eye shadow, false lashes, or certain facial tattoos. Beards should be trimmed or pulled away from the mouth and jaw, and hair should be kept away from the face. If you're using a Mark IV helmet, it can threaded through the ponytail hole in the helmet.

Common Mistakes for Performers:

• Facial Hair:
  • Mustache may be mistaken for upper lip by the tracking.
  • Tracking may grab the nose instead of the mouth.
  • Calibration may fail entirely.
• Glasses:
  • The top of eyeglasses may be mistaken for eyebrows by the tracking.
  • Tracking may show incorrect eye position if the lens is highly reflective.
• Long Hair or Bangs:
  • Hair hanging in front of brows can cause tracking to fail to find brows or track them incorrectly.
  • Calibration may fail if hair frames the face in a way that it no longer resembles a face.
• Hats:
  • Tracking can mistake the brim of a hat for eyebrows.
  • Shadows cast by the hat can make it difficult for tracking to recognize facial features.
• Makeup May Be Necessary: In some cases, performers may need to use makeup to enhance the recognition of facial features by the tracking software. For example, very light and thin eyebrows on light-skinned performers may not track well, so makeup can be used to add needed contrast.
• Monochromatic Coloring: If there is a lack of contrast due to fair skin and light hair or dark skin and dark hair, makeup can be used to accentuate lips, eyes, and brows. Modifying lighting can also help in such cases. Insufficient contrast can affect the accuracy of the animation results.
• Keep the Dots Small: Facial dots can be applied if desired, but they are not required for tracking with Faceware's software. When applying markers, it is recommended to keep them as small as possible for optimal results. More information on applying facial dots can be found on our blog.

Comfort & Stability: To ensure clear identification of the performer's eyes, nose, mouth, and jaw by the camera and facial tracking software, comfort and stability are crucial factors. Follow these guidelines:

1. Comfort: When using the Mark IV, use the foam pads provided in your kit to create a snug fit and ensure your performer's comfort. Have them adjust the tightening mechanism at the back of the helmet, making sure it's not too tight.
2. Stable Headcam: Test the stability of the helmet by having the performer perform rapid head movements in place, such as shaking their head from side to side or nodding up and down. This will confirm if the helmet is properly secured and the foam pads are correctly positioned to prevent shifting.

In conclusion, performers should avoid obstructing their facial features, and makeup can be used to enhance contrast if needed (but keep it natural and simple). When applying facial markers, keeping them small is recommended. Ensuring a well-fitted camera setup and performer comfort and stability during the performance are essential. In the UK, I found a tattoo artist online who looks reputable with loads of clients on instagram. I spoke to them via email and instagram messages, which they finally asked for a deposit for the session upcoming shortly.
I paid the deposit via bank transfer and they then provided the address, which was their flat? Initially I thought it was strange as the bank account I paid said it was not a business account and now the tattoo appointment is at someones flat.

I am new to Sveltekit, I try to build my 1st project, where I would like to use Sveltekit with Firebase's authentication. This is my code, without any normalization and outsourcing code snippet to separate files etc...

Problem 0 - For some reason, this svelte lab pages generates a " Cross-site POST form submissions are forbidden" error when sending the form, which doesn't appears at my comp.
Problem 1 - I would be interested what is the best practise for such an auth part.
If I put the firebase methods into the client side, it works, as in the link. But when I try it on the server side, I can't get the data from there to the client side to handle the login process. In the client side, it stays "unlogged".
Reasons I try to handle data on the server side: a) when you register to a page, I would like to save the firebase's user UID to my own database, so working on server side is a must
b) I used a form, which grants an easy and masked input for the fields.
I tried to create a store, with a writable global variable. I used user.set(blabla), and when I tried to subscribe the value and log in into the console it appeared in the server side.
It may happen I am overcomplicating the stuff here (but hey, I learnt a lot from fooling around it already :) ) Any help is appriciated!

I know civic and Toyota have no photos, she’s supposed to go check them out to see the condition they’re in. I’m moreso concerned with the price + reliability of these model years. The Infiniti I’m familiar with. I play on Xbox. All my Xbox settings are open to cross play and allowing communication. My destiny settings allow chat. But anyone in my fireteam almost always has the 🚫 mute symbol. I cannot figure how to fix it permanently.
I play with someone on pc. They are always muted in game chat. The only thing that unmutes him is if I hard reset and cycle my Xbox. But anyone who joins us after that is usually still muted. It is making it impossible for me to do raids because I cant communicate with anyone. Please does anyone know how to fix this?

I spent most of my child hood in a small town in Pennsylvania. A child hood home that has long since felt like a fever dream to me. For as long as I could remember my family will tell me stories about how a little girl would frequent the halls of my grandfathers home. He would see her peeking around the corner every now and then and hear her foot steps, and hear her giggling from time to time. He even seen floating objects from time to time.
I’d spend most of my summers at his place and would go back home after some time there. One night I woke up, sleeping at the foot of my parents bed, and seen a little girl dancing in front of me. Spinning in circles with a dress I couldn’t see the color of because she was see through. I hopped on my parents bed and hugged my dad while I cried myself silently back to sleep.
One night I woke up in my room and I was sleeping on the top bunk, and for some reason I was searching for my sister. I hopped down and looked under my bunk and didn’t see anybody there. Mind you everybody in the house is fast asleep. I look down the stairs and there’s only one light on down there which lead to our dining room. I then see a little girl walk from right to left, past the bottom of the stairs into the dining room. I thought, oh I found my sister let me see what she is doing. I walked down the stairs and into the dining room and there was nobody there. The kitchen was dark, the laundry room was empty, and the back door was locked. I then went back up stairs and seen my sister was fast asleep in the bottom bunk the whole time. There’s no way she would have walked past me without me knowing.
That house was always strange to me because I’d see her from time to time, along with a very tall man who would walk our hallways from time to time. My older sister will also talk about how she’d see the little girl on different occasions, hear her giggles, and see her little foot prints in the carpet throughout the house.
Anyways, my grandfather passed not to long ago, my uncle says that the little girl has been moving through his house (he lived with my grandpa) as if she’s looking for something. Hearing noises and movement way more frequently than normal. My grandfather passed away in the hospital, and I believe she’s upset that she hasn’t seen him again, or that he never came home. She’s never given us the energy that she is a evil spirit, maybe she’s just a lost soul that enjoys our company. I had a dream about my grandpa and he was with family that passed away a long time ago so I know he crossed over. RIP grandpa, I love you.

I have not done this in a long time now and I pray to god this never happens again.
It began in school after I got my first smartphone. I got this dumb idea one day to start secretly filming girls. Probably because of the effect internet porn had on me...I would start following girls I found attractive and secretly film their asses, and then I would masturbate to the footage. I have then been on candid forums which share this kind of footage and sadly this behavior seems to be pretty widespread. Atleast I never shared any footage myself and I always deleted the footage immediatly afterwards. I actually never felt any emphaty for the women and never thought about how disrespectful and harrassing my behavior was. I dont want to blame autism for this but I have a hard time feeling empathy overall...now I pray for forgiveness from all the good women who crossed path with the creep writing this.
It was like I was obsessed with butts from my early pornuse. This also led me to start sniffing chairs hot women had sat on and also their underwear if they happend to cross my path. Weirdly enough I could be in a real life sexual situation with a girl but get more aroused by the idea of sniffing her underwear, then to have sex with this willing girl. Most of the time I could not even get hard enough to fuck her.
Why did I do this shit you may ask? It gave a me a rush, an alertness of doing something "tabu", the risk of getting caught, it all played in to the high. Trying to analyze myself, It seems I was doing this because it was the only thing that made me feel excited and alive, a compensation for a miserable empty life without love or adventure. My mom never let me do anything exciting so my guess is that this is the lengths I went to find excitment and this was my addiction. Now I try to satisfy my excitment needs through boxing and other things. I think the need itself for excitment is innocent but it needs healthy outlets instead of creepy compensation behavior.
Kind of a dark and sad story. The type of shit that happens when we fall to far away from god. These kept in the dark behaviors ofcourse gave me all kinds of consequenses though which finally served as a wakeup call.

I am hopeless at this. I always get into tense situations with dominant personalities and then the rest of the group sides with them. I’m not even doing anything offensive I just have a different perspective and didn’t take the unsolicited advice from the dominant woman in the group.
I don’t have these issues with men friends or mixed group settings.
How do I get other women to respect me as an individual and not pellet me with unsolicited advice and scold me like I’m a child? Do I just tell them that upfront and repeat myself when I feel they are crossing a line? Or just shut up and ignore them?

Hello everyone!
I’m planning on going to Vietnam at the end of the year with my girlfriend.
My plan is: Crossing from Mexico to the US by car and going up to LAX. Taking my flight from LAX to Vietnam. Taking my flight from Vietnam back to the US.
I’m just a bit confused about being able to travel back to the US on a tourist visa from Vietnam since tickets from Vietnam to Mexico are more expensive.

First time camping at Download, there are three of us, one from out of the country. We were considering putting either a flag from our friend's home country, or the flag of the football team one of us supports.
People won't trash the flag or our tents if they are fans of the rival football team, or hate the country for some reason? Is it a risk? Should we just go with a skull and cross-bone pirate flag? XD

So to start off, I’m 20f and my boyfriend is 38m. We are extremely happy together and I wouldn’t change a thing about the relationship.
However, my family’s approval is really taking a toll on our relationship. I’m not staying at my moms house right now because she basically kicked me out after I told her his age. I’m staying with my grandma, who also doesn’t approve and wants nothing to do with him. However, neither of them have met him or even given him a chance, and they refuse to. Yesterday, I was staying at my friends house and my boyfriend wanted to take me out to breakfast. My friend told her dad that I went with him, and he said I’m not allowed at the house anymore. Again, he’s never met him. It is also super unfair to him to have people think he’s disgusting and that he has bad intentions just because he is 38 with a 20 year old.
They all automatically assume he’s some sort of predator when that is not the case AT ALL. Neither of us entered the relationship seeking for an age gap relationship; it just happened. He is literally my best friend. We’re very comfortable with each other. When we’re together, the age gap doesn’t even cross our minds. We have an amazing connection. He is one of the only people I know I can be myself around without judgement, we have so much fun together, there is absolutely no issue with power dynamics, I know that we both genuinely care about each other, etc. I don’t want to end things with him, and I know we’d both be extremely unhappy if we ended the relationship. However, I feel like that is the only option left.
There is so much tension between my family and I, and I don’t know what else to do. I don’t want to have to live for the sake of what they approve of, but at the same time I still live at home with my mom. Not only that, but the fact that they don’t approve really upsets me and I feel like they are disappointed in me. They refuse to get to know him and they always make backhanded comments about him without even knowing anything about him other than his age. They don’t like when I make plans to see him. I keep telling my family how happy he makes me, but they seem to think I’m just a helpless little girl who will be taken advantage of.
I love my boyfriend so much and I’ve never been happier, but I hate the tension and strain it has put on my relationship with my family. Any advice?
