Seeking advice, guidance, and general support as my family faces some tough decisions.
My parents and I rescued Bueller in October 2020, he turns 3 later this month. We love so much and he brought a lot of joy to our family, but his reactivity has also brought a lot of hurt. He has now bitten my mom 3x. They've had trainer after trainer, sent him to bootcamp, installed an invisible fence, and muzzle trained him, but he's reactivity is escalating.
He's always been anxious. When he was puppy he'd refuse to walk, so started working a with a trainer. It went well, but I definitely picked up the training better than my mom. We eventually stopped working with him because Bueller was pretty well trained (we thought). Plus the training company often worked with reactive dogs and we didn't think Bueller needed that (at the time).
He continued to be hard to walk, laying down just in the middle of the street and only walking where he wanted to walk. At some point they tried clicker training, but that didn't resonate.
Then he started getting very strong (he's a Boxer mix). My parents started to have a harder time controlling him, so they worked with a new trainer. Then my parents moved and they got someone else.
At some point before they moved, Bueller jumped on a neighbor knocking her down. (She was wearing clothes that trigger him and also has a history in the neighborhood of antagonizing dogs). This where is "aggressive" behaviors really starts. Looking back now it was alway there. He'd jump on me bit me, never breaking skin, since he was little. But he was little so it was easier to control.
Anyways, in October 2022 he bit my mom (and broke skin)on a walk after seeing 2 dogs he doesn't like. He saw them lunged, and then turned on my mom. So they looked in to boot camps. Sending him away for 6 weeks, was a very hard (and expensive) decision but we hoped it we were making the right decision. It went well, the trainers liked him, said he was smart but definitely had triggers. When he came home there was strict reintroduction phase and Bueller's life in general had to be more strict. Well, my mom "broke the rules" and Bueller jumped on her. She got reprimanded by the trainer, etc. Then after two weeks my mom "broke the rules" again, and took off the property sooner than she should have. Bueller saw a triggering neighbor, lunged, and turned on my mom biting her for the 2nd time.
The trainer was a little too blunt and was furious with my parents. He heavily suggested getting rid of Bueller and said rehoming would hard. This when my parents decided to get an electric fence and muzzle train him. He's good in the house, aside from annoying barking. Bueller has never reacted at home or on the property, only on leashed walks. He took to the trainings well and has been very good boy the past few months.
This weekend he bit my mom again. This time in the backyard (though on a leash). My parents are done. And I don't blame them. We all love him so much, and he is a very sweet boy 99% of the time but they're retired and he is a lot of work. Not mention how unsafe it obviously is for them to keep him.
We do not want to put him down but recognize this may be the only option as he will be very hard to re-home. My partner and I have talked about taking him ourselves but live across the country and are moving across the country again. Plus, we're renters making it hard to find a place that will accept big dogs, especially ones with so much history. Even if we lived closer and owned a home, I'm not sure we could really give the structure he needs. Or that we would be any better. What if he bites one of us or worse someone else?

A year ago I had a tough breakup just out of the blue (seemingly). I had some posts in this subreddit of that time. Everything was alright, then she moves somewhere with her family for a week or two so we have no personal contact and our messaging rate drops. Then she comes back and dumps me.
It was hella tough but I healed and moved on. Got in relationships in December 2022 with a great girl, much greater than the last one in my eyes. First ever really good conversations and overall communication thing which I always lacked with other girls. Best relationships of my life, I've said that during them and now after. Beautiful balance between personal life and "us"-time, quality time together etc etc. At some degree they were so good because of lessons I learned from my last tough one.
And same scenario occurs. Everything's kinda great, we're working on ourselves, on "us" together, making plans for a summer. She left for a week with her family on vacation left her cat at my place. No personal contact, much fewer online chatting. Yesterday she returns to take her cat back, meets me much less warm than I expected and leaves to her family's place saying she's tired and wants to sleep after the long road. In the evening I start receiving messages about how bad I am, how many things I've done poorly and how we both need to do our things apart of each other so we should go different ways as well. A day ago I was still getting funny reels in DM and now it's that. Completely same scenario, no differences at all, even the timing - ending of May and May is my worst month bc of allergy, I just sit home with closed windows all time.
I just sort of can't get it. Is it a common behaviour for relatively young girls (I am M24, they were F18 and F19 respectively)? Maybe my lack of activity in blooming season combined with being apart from each other just washes away all the feelings for them?
Feel myself much better than last time (being experienced in being dumped sucks but sure helps) but still not great. Maybe it's just emotional thing and it'll be fixed tommorow when we meet (if we meet), bc she started with "maybe I'm just tired" before bursting out about everything.

The week has flown by and I got thrown off my routine! Hopefully back to normal(ish) today. I found myself out and about yesterday with no lip product and really dry lips so I ducked into the chemist (was gone barely a moment, nobody even noticed I'd disappeared) and decided to try a tinted lip oil from an affordable brand here that makes lots of dupes. This one I don't think is supposed to be a dupe but it is kinda red... it's tinted... a bit. I don't mind it. It serves its purpose but I'll always love the OG clarins lip oils most.
As always, dear rebels, carry on being your magnificent selves! Maybe you can even feel a little extra-fancy in a red lip while you do so. If you see a sister out there rocking a red* lip, make sure you tell her it's a great choice and looks awesome 😀 Take care of each other out there!

 | Yeezus is Kanye’s best album, and my personal favorite. submitted by accuratelys to Kanye [link] [comments] I think around 2021, when I got heavy into Kanye for the first time (prior to that I only listened to his hits, Flashing Lights, POWER, etc) I eventually got to Yeezus. My first listen to Yeezus was rough, I found the album pretty forgettable and too “industrial” especially compared to MBDTF or anything from his early albums. The only song I listened to after my first listen was Bound 2. Nothing else. I tried listening to parts of the album again the year after (2022) and still didn’t care for it but some of the tracks grew on me like Blood on the Leaves & On Sight. On my third listen earlier this year something clicked w me when I got to Hold My Liquor. Kanye’s aggressiveness and Kanye-ness just fucking clicked and all of the sudden I was hooked Then I got to Guilt Trip. Honestly I could write an entire essay on that song its so fucking good. It’s Kanye’s most slept on song in his entire discography imo. After Guilt Trip my opinion on Yeezus flipped from being my least liked album to my favorite. Bound 2 went from my favorite and only played on the album to my bottom 3. I think there are problems with the album (lyricism and overproduction) but every song on the album is not a skip. The weakest link is easily Send It Up, but its not a skip imo. I think the lyricism at times is dumb (see I’m In It, I Am A God and On Sight) but besides those dumb moments the rapping is great. The songs have meaning (see Hold My Liquor, Blood on the Leaves) Most of the album tackles nightlife vs family life and drugs, something fully developed & fleshed out on TLOP. Guilt Trip is a perfect and easily a top 10 Ye track. Everything about the song is insane. I would even argue the Cudi feature is the inferior part of the song. The piano sample and the “all dem a gwaan” sample is fucking amazing On Sight went from my brief favorite to probably my least favorite. I think it tried too hard to sound industrial and experimental; there’s a reason why the 20 second “he’ll give us what we need” is everybody’s favorite part of the track. Blood on the Leaves is…amazing. To me it’s parallel to Hold My Liquor. Both are probably the sonic peak of the entire album, both have deeper meaning and are both considered the best Yeezus has to offer by the general masses New Slaves is also amazing. The beat switch and the beat drop(s) of this song is peak Yeezus, but besides that it’s alright. I never found the outro to be amazing Bound 2 is overrated. Before my third listen I thought it was a top 20 Kanye song. It isn’t. It’s a good song but I wish it wasn’t on the album, I wish the earlier version that was made for Thank God for Drugs was featured. (Nobody to Love). Black Skinhead is alright I guess? The instrumental is cool but I never fell in love with it it’s just Kanye getting angry at fashion elitists My worst to best list is:

2023.06.08 00:45 Personal-Damage-7051 I just wanted to share about how I dash for others.
 | So why I dash. I enjoy it. Pretty simple. I love driving around without any restrictions. The freedom is nice. I get up at 10am, or anytime I want. And dash 6-12 hours jamming to music, talking with friends on the phone while working, and sitting in random parking lots studying network certifications during downtime. I think it's wonderful. I use 2 hot bags, in my second picture. For food orders. And a mini fridge. In my front seat, in the first picture, for drinks and ice cream. Been dashing since January of 2022, and I love it to be honest. I've picked other jobs, worked as a IT PTS agent. But got laid off because my state raised wage requirements and the company didn't want to raise everyone's wages. Looking at doordash now. I like dashing. And I intend to stay dashing till I find another job that can pay me more then $4,000 a month after taxes. Also not in the picture. I have 18x18 inch magnets on both sides of my car saying "Doordash Delivery" and 2 cameras. You can actually see part of my first camera in my back window in the second picture. As for dashing itself. I got a 2005 Camry for dashing. Car's worth is only like $1000 but it's paid itself off many times over and is still chugging along. Sitting at 213k miles now. And I was so impressed by it I dropped out of getting a Ford and got a new Camry instead for regular life. And will just keep dashing in this old Camry till it dies. Which I'm not even sure it will??? But I'm happy doordash was here as an option for me. I didn't want to ask my family for help or anything and took this as an option to afford living by myself nicely. And it's done great. I appreciate doordash bring a job option when I needed it, and it even went so far as to now I'm branching out with my community for more options like driving documents that need signed/signature's identity proven back and forth between banks and residents. Advice for new people would be to really look at your areas you dash in. Learn the best stores. Guage pay per hour vs by order pay. And also most importantly, never forget your safety and always take pictures of everything. Every delivery I make is recorded and saved for 2 weeks. And carry stuff to protect yourself, whether you want pepper spray, or a taser and pistol like me. As a delivery person it is possible unfortunately where you will have a situation where you may need it, don't forget that. Kendall experienced the same scenario when he tried ousting Logan back in S1. He failed and his own father who promised he's gonna be the successor fired him on the spot.
The only difference now is that Waystar itself is in the stakes. And they now lost the company.
Sure, he's gonna be on his depression stage for a while, but his father basically prepared him for the worst scenarios like this, as we've seen from seasons 1 to 3. I think he's already numb.
I just think he's more likely gonna get his revenge rather than try something new like starting his own company. My guess is that he'll push back after depression era and do something about GoJo, Mattson, Tom, and maybe Shiv just like in season 2 when we thought he has no chance anymore but then turned the tables against Logan. Also remember, there are still guys like Hugo, Frank, and Karl that he could form alliance with, as well as some corporate people we've seen he negotiated with before.
