Honestly I just really need to get this out there. I suffer from imposter syndrome as I suspect many can heavily relate to when it comes to academics, but I just got proof that I am indeed good at what I do and that my project is relevant. I really needed this as the last year has been extremely tough with loss, anxiety , and uncertainty about the future.

Hi! This is a bit of an odd question, but I was wondering if anyone has any experience or knowledge about how to order something in Australia and have it shipped to the USA if the store doesn't support international shipping (and whether it's worth it or if it's an expensive process).
As a comparison, I once used a service called Parcl where they would purchase the items for you and basically just forward them to you, but I think they've since closed their doors. But I would imagine others like it exist, but it's not easily identifiable.
I figure the fine folks here might have the best inside baseball knowledge on what services could best help me out! Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thanks so much!

Iām a first time mom and Iām a software engineer. I returned to work from a 16 week mat leave late March. I had gotten promoted to VP during my leave, and my boss made it explicitly known that when I got back, I needed to step it up and do more than I had been doing before. Before the promotion, I was already hustling a lot - working late nights and weekends up until I started my leave. And this sort of hustling was something my boss expected from everyone.
During my leave in late January, there was a significant reorg, where half of my old team got shuffled out, but I got stuck with my boss, and we inherited some complex legacy projects that demanded a steep learning curve. Fast forward to late March when I came back, I had to work with new people and also learn a new system. Along with adjusting to this reorg and these new systems, I was still adjusting to being a new mother, waking up every 2-3 hours.
Last week, we had a catch-up and he asked how I thought I was doing. I knew where this conversation was going because he had given me pointers on how to give negative feedback to direct reports in the past. Before he asked me, he talked about being more cautious about nominating my direct reports for promotion because āwe donāt want them to regressā after their promotion. I thought it was peculiar he used the word āregressā, because it seemed like he felt that way about my performance, even though it had been less than 2 months since I came back. In previous catch-ups, I told him I was still adjusting to being a new mother and juggling work. But after last weekās conversation, it seems like heās ignoring my circumstances because thereās absolutely no wiggle room for me to come up for air. He has been throwing me more and more responsibilities, requesting that I manage 3 people, lead all their projects, set up weekly meetings with team mates in India, provide support for a system Iām still learning, keep track of side projects, and be available on Friday nights and weekends to provide support, on top of the coding Iām expected to do. He encourages me to master context switching (work on multiple things at the same time and switch to a different thing every 15 minutes) and my brain currently canāt handle that. He also talked about performance ratings, suggesting that Iām currently not getting a āstrongly performedā rating, which completely destroyed my confidence.
I feel like Iām drowning and I donāt know how to come back from this feeling. I donāt feel as sharp as I was before I gave birth, and I feel like Iām moving a lot slower. After this demoralizing conversation, Iām at the point where Iām completely unmotivated. Iām looking for other job opportunities but I donāt think Iāll be able to pass the tech interviews because Iām feeling pretty slow and stupid.

thanks to many helpful documents and tutorials my learning is going smooth, bot I found something strange.
I'm firing bullets using .AddRelativeForce((Vector2.up * 400)); from player object.
Based on my previous experiences with game maker studio and pico-8, I expected Vector2.up * 8 would mean the bullet moves in the vector2 magnitude of 8 to the direction of player's Vector2.up.
But no, for some reason the bullet only traveled at the magnitude of 0.16, too slow.
In order to make bullet travel at the speed of 8, I had to write 400 which is 50 times bigger than 8.
I can't understand why this happens. the bullet object's rigidbody has 0 drag, nothing prevents the bullet's movement...

Hiking, perfume and makeup, crosswords and sudoku, trying new foods and learning about new technology. When I visited we wandered together, we did makeup together, we solved puzzles, shared celebrity gossip, I showed her how to use smartphone etc. When I was away I could look at online stores and find a perfume or bronzer that she would like and smile knowing that she'll like it when I'll bring it to her. I always grabbed a celebrity mag or a crossword for her when I visited. We had our little inside jokes over the phone and topics and memories we'd always come back to.
Now she's in a hospital and she doesn't remember her own name and how to swallow food, and there's so little I can do to connect, I can just be there and try to show I love her. Only 14% of creators are influencers. Not every creator will have a huge impact on your orders. That is why I advise to take the principle of 11 Brand touchpoints to your Influencer campaign.Form long term partnerships with those creators focused on content. 3. Calculate Promotional Engagement
Donāt fall for overall engagement rate. Most creators have their viral moments. Making their average engagement rate look good.Always ask for engagement rates on their last 3 organic posts and engagement on lasy 3-4 Promotional Posts.
Some creators might delete their old sponsored posts but they might have numbers to share with you. It is a red flag, if they are hesitating to share analytics with you.
4. Great Influencer marketing Influences, The Influencer
You could have a great influencer marketing campaign but that impact dies when campaign is over. Because you influenced some of the consumers to buy.But not influenced other influencers to talk about your product organically. The brands spending millions on Influencers are trying to acheive that.

5. Overvaluing or Undervaluing Influencers
The biggest issue with influencer marketing for agencies and brands is comparing costs to Paid media.Many creators are uneducated about charging their worth and same goes for Brands. This is something parts need to work on.
