Just asking because I'm annoyed that Archer A7 doesn't have this feature from what I can see, but I can see that older router models do. Some apps have data restriction options but not all do and it would just be more convenient to set a blanket limit via router. I have data capped internet so I have to wary about this stuff.

I'm a current PhD stats student looking to begin selecting my research topics. Two of my top choices are population genetics (mostly GWAS data) and neuroimaging (most fMRI data). In either topic, my contribution would be helping professors invent new methodologies and software packages for data processing.

At the, "Dere-Licht," Manor, upon the Steps of the Stairs, a Smoked Pipe was placed. In the very Centre of the Meeting Hall (the Room off to the Side from the Bottom of the Stairwell), there was another one, as well. Okay well, throughout the entire building... More like, a GREAT number!
Avem had them placed all throughout that Rebuilt Old Character House, and within that Glorified Mansion, there were Smoked Pipes, In and On Cupboards, Resting Upon Windowsills (with the Drapes Pulled or Left Open), upon Countertops, Hidden Inside of Bookshelves (if not Resting Upon them), of course on the Mantle, Hidden In and Around Corners.. at Every End, Above and Slightly Adjacent to Entrances, and even some, which were included upon the Tabletops...
All of these Smoking Pipes, some with Ashen Remainders in them, some only Constructed Models of, what we imagine, would have been kept for their Interest Sake, were watched by a Careful Set-Up, of Video Surveillance.
The Surveillance, Signaled Hanging Display Monitors, all throughout the House, and also at Avem's Lab in Tokyo. Avem came back in, when the Turnabout was Over. She had Observed Perry by a Camera Hidden in the Room, which was Hooked up to her Monitors for Surveillance, as well. Turning on a Ventilation Fan, from outside, which led the Room's Air into a Separate Chamber, she had Two People, Dressed in Dark Robes, walk in, and move Perry back to his Chair, now Limp. They Swept Up, the Remaining Crystalline Deciduates, and Drains Opened, which Took the Little Bit of Liquidine Debris, Out of the Room. Perry, was now Toned.
Swarma, Placed her Hand on his Forehead, at First to Take his Temperature, and then, Mentally Calibrating his Vocal Remembrance within Herself, Uttered a Word to him, While he sat Slumped over the Chair, Catatonic. The Word.

I have a dataset that I keep archived security footage. The data set shows 1.4 TiB used, Windows SMB shows 583GB used, and Truenas CLI shows 596G Used. I assume ~ 596 GB is used
I don't understand why this reads incorrectly or if this space is used up. I also do not know what steps I need to take to fix this, after a bunch of googling and reading over the docs, I'm at a loss.

Hey all, with what happened yesterday I thought it would be useful to do a bit of a dive into some financial backgrounds around non-profit status to fill in the background for those who might not know. It's being brought up pretty often in the comments, so this might be useful. Or it might not be anything more then a waste of time, who knows.
First off, what is a non-profit? A pretty common misconception is that it's an entity without a profit motive. This is a misconception. Non-profit says very little about the entity, it's much more about shareholders and ownership. Every non-profit seeks to make a profit, otherwise they wouldn't be around very long. What makes them different then other businesses is that they're legally prohibited from distributing that profit to investors and shareholders profiting off their ownership. That money must either be used for a business purpose (often in the form of higher executive pay), saved, or other allowed purpose. As a 501(c)(6) that includes lobbying.
What does 501(c)(6) mean? It's the section of the IRS code that applies to the PGA. You're probably familiar with 501(c)(3), which covers your usual social charities. 501(c)(6) is quite different. A entity under this Category is not a charity. It is a coordinating entity between other businesses. You see this most commonly with Chambers of Commerce, who coordinate with local businesses about issues of shared concern like town planning and tax structure. The most famous example is probably the NFL, which was a (c)(6) until 2015 when they gave it up mostly to not have to disclose executive salaries anymore. That example is (mostly) wrong. The part of the NFL that was tax exempt, the League Office, was fairly tiny. Nearly all revenue the NFL made is made by the 32 separate companies (teams) that make up the League, which are all regular, for-profit companies theoretically taxed by local and state governments. They often get sweetheart deals from local governments, but that's a different issue then the coordinating entity between them being an actual non-profit. The League Office is mostly concerned with setting schedules and promulgating the rules for the game, the actual business income like TV rights, merchandise etc goes to the individual teams. The NFLs last year as a non-profit it's actual gross income was less then 353 million and it was almost exclusively derived from dues and financial assessments of teams, and spent almost entirely on things like salaries, infrastructure for coordination and office space. Every other bit of revenue passed through to the (taxable) teams.
This is where the comparison to the NFL breaks down a little bit. First, the PGA as an entity is substantially larger in terms of gross income, as weird as that sounds. Compare the NFL League income of 353 million mentioned earlier, the PGA had a gross of over a billion last year. Whereas teams in the NFL are for-profit corporations, the lion's share of golf clubs hosting PGA events are also non-profits, 501(c)(7) social clubs. This designation was meant to apply to social or recreational clubs funded 100% through member fees. The general theory here is that they exist mostly to leverage the collective purchasing power of members. If someone was rich enough to buy and maintain a golf course for their personal use, we wouldn't double tax them. They already paid income tax on that money and now they're spending it. A social club is just a way to spread that purchase and upkeep among many members to make big things beyond the pocketbook of any one member possible. The rules were somewhat modernized in the 70s to tackle the increasing flood of non member-derived income. For most non-profits it's all or nothing, but a (c)(7) has the ability to pay tax on 'Unrelated Business Income' without risking the tax exempt status for member-derived income like membership dues, greens fees, equipment sales and the like. This presumably includes licensing fees and broadcast rights for events at the club, but I'm not sure what sort of actual breakdown there is.
So anyway, that's my attempt to add a bit of tax law background to these discussions.

v0.7.3 is here and quite quickly from the last release. v0.7.3 was originally designed to be a release where I would bring a really awesome set of features I've been dreaming about, but unfortunately, I hit challenge after challenge each step of the way. Instead of making the community wait months for me to solve all the challenges with them, I decided to release early and keep working on them slowly in the background. With that in mind, you will still see some nice additions to Kavita in this release and a heck of a lot of polish all around. Let's get into it.
Web Links This is something I am most excited about and have been really enjoying, especially for something coming in v0.7.4. Web links are external websites that have some relation to a series, like an AniList entry, a Plex entry, etc. A series can have many different weblinks and Kavita will attempt to download a favicon for the website, else fallback to Kavita's own icon (you can raise a PR and submit one yourself).
Streamlined EncodeAs Kavita has offered the ability to save covers and bookmarks in WebP or the default png for quite some versions, but in Kavita v0.7.3, we added AVIF support. What if users wanted to save their media in AVIF instead of WebP? This release, we redesigned the encoding process so you have full control over what is used. (Note: You MUST update the Save As Encoding if you were previously using WebP. This update will not carry that over for you.)
Media Errors This is one I took inspiration from Komga, but have you ever had Kavita not pickup on a file and wondered why? Did you not want to search through the logs to figure it out? Well now, you can just go to Admin -> Media and see a list of all issues present during a scan (and even when you open Epubs for reading). This is extremely helpful and should help those with massive collections find what Kavita doesn't process.
EPUB Love This release I also spent a lot of time working on the epub parser so that Kavita could support reading list and collection generation from epubs, much like we have with ComicInfo.xml. Tons of work went into table of content generation (when there isn't one in the epub file), link mapping, css support, etc. Overall the book reader should perform much better and have more true-to-the-book rendering.
Overall this release is full of quality of life enhancements and polish. Next release I have something interesting in store. Thank you to all that have helped out in this release, especially those who gathered the many favicons. I appreciate all you do.

I (21M) saw this guy (31M) for about 2 months. I liked him and before anything started we made sure the age thing was not a big deal. The whole time we saw each other, I think I got too invested. He was respectful of my boundaries physically and everything was consensual... even now that I'm looking back at it. On the few weeks before we ended things, I noticed we just got super dettached and I wasn't really getting what I was looking for. He had to point that out to me and now it's really obvious. I wanted him to meet my friends in the most low-key hangout (a picnic) and he couldn't do it. What really icked me was he had to make excuses about it instead of just being clear from the get-go, other than that it was clear he just didn't really want to/wasn't ready for it. With that, I realized we never really emotionally connected to the point that I wanted. The last few days of talking to him before we broke it off was actually so suffocating because it got so superficial, all he gave me was scraps of attention. Although, I did like him and cared for him at some point. My friends made me realize I was just being led on. But we had a conversation on that and he clarified he did really give it a chance which was all I needed to hear because we said we don't do flings before anything started. (And it didn't really feel like it was)
In the end, we at least had one good open conversation about what happened and we agreed that we were clearly just not the right fit. Despite what we said, the age thing did matter for us both, in terms of the stages in life we're in. All I'm wondering is whether I made the right decision to stay as friends... this is mainly because we both did enjoy each other's company and it's really hard to find someone you have so much in common with (yes, it surprises me too). In the end, we at least had one good open conversation about what happened and we agreed that we were clearly just not the right fit. Despite what we said, the age thing did matter for us both, in terms of the stages in life we're in. All I'm wondering is whether I made the right decision to stay as friends... this is mainly because we both did enjoy each other's company and it's really hard to find someone you have so much in common with (yes, it surprises me too). 2023.06.07 15:12 0110110101110110 Hello can someone help me with a weird issue in UE5?
So I am having an issue with my character movement. Everything worked perfect yesterday, but today I am having a weird problem where my player keeps clipping to like ''invisible'' collision. It happens with every other character I try. Camera keeps clipping into player mesh and player itself keeps getting stuck in place even tho nothing is there.
The only thing I did in the meantime until I noticed this was adding a Metahuman into the project. It changed some Common settings but I am not sure what and if that could be the reason for this.
If anyone has any suggestion it is greatly appreciated! :) Thanks.
